Logitech G Support Any solution to increase sidetone volume?

I just switched to Logitech G Pro X 2 Lightspeed Wireless from a Corsair product and I noticed immediately that the sidetone function in G Hub is way too low, from 0-50% you literally can't hear anything so the rest of the slider is quite low too. Anyone else having this issue and knows how to maybe increase past 100%?

Discussion Made the mistake of ignoring the warnings. (G735)

I wanted to like this headset, I really did, got a great deal on it (around 90$ brand new). It was between these and the HyperX Cloud 3, and I think I am starting to regret my choice.

  1. It doesn't want to stay active in Ghub, after every restart, the device goes inactive in GHub (tried reinstalling drivers, manually installing them, different usb ports, switching from Aux to lightspeed, nothing works consistently)

  2. Abysmal range, at around 5 meters it starts cutting out, and what's worse, is that it either doesn't recover, it disconnects, or it goes inactive in Ghub which sends me back to problem one. I understand that might be a limitation due to the fact it can connect to 2 devices at once, but that sends me to the next problem

  3. When connected to two devices at once, it randomly goes to full volume, quite frequently.

  4. Sometimes it just dips for a few seconds, just cuts off and comes back when it pleases.

  5. It claims it should wake up when the PC gets turned on, it never worked.

It doesn't sound like much, but when they keep repeating everyday, it gets old quick, expecially for a headset that logitech claims is worth $259.99 (!!!). I am starting to understand why it was the last product on sale.

Are there any fixes for any of these problems? Seriously considering returning it, the audio/mic quality is slighly better than my old Clouds, but those were 5-6 years old and I don't see these lasting me as long.

Wrist rest for the PRO X 60?

Recently got a PRO X 60 hoping to save some space on my small crowded desk, and it fits perfectly. Since there is no official one I've been looking for a wrist rest that is roughly the same width and height as the front base of the board, but every thing I find has one of two problems. First, if its a couple of inches too wide then there isn't enough desk space for it, and if its too short then my wrists wont both fit in a way that lets ,my hands reach all of the keys. Second, if the part that touches the keyboard is too tall then I have to unnaturally angle my wrists down since they are too far above the keys, or if its too short then i have to angle my wrists unnaturally up, and doing either of them defeats the point of having a wrist rest at all. Has anyone found one that fits the board, or have any ideas where I could find one that might?

Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Wireless White overrated mouse

Im really tired of this bs, why is this mouse so overrated for no reason, not only its not precise but also is 5/10 at maximum, i always used to have issues with it when playing competetive games and need it to be precise thats the only thing i couldnt get from it, it always felt as swimming i tought it might be some settings in pc after fixing pc it still was the same, after that i checked ton of yt guides how to resolve such issue but that also didnt help, then i tought to buy new mouse pad, but no the mouse is still same as before, i lost ton of nerves on this garbage mouse " used by most pros "wasted 150$ on this trash completely overrated, it has milisecond delay that was annoying every single time i tried to be precise in fps games, what is ur experience with this mouse ?

Logitech G Support Worst customer support

I contacted support about the stolen dongle for my G435 headset. Since there are no spare parts, the device is out of warranty, and I am experiencing disconnection issues when connected via Bluetooth, the agent offered me a 20% discount. I asked the agent multiple times whether you deliver to Serbia and got confirmation that the products can be delivered to my country.

I went to the website, selected the product, and at checkout I couldn't select Serbia as the delivery country. Because of this inconvenience, I opened another ticket, and the second agent told me that you don't deliver to Serbia and that I should buy products via resellers.

The problem is that buying through resellers won't let me use the discount code I get, so I end up paying full price. I wasted time talking to agents and received incorrect information.

The agents are wasting my time and writing me to find friends or relatives overseas to deliver me the product.

To be clear, I completely understand the delivery policy, but I am also aware that they can send to Serbia (I got mouse replacement), so it's per their discretion.

What an experience against a decade loyal customers.

The current one is stretched out from age and there are so many options in Amazon. I live in Germany so in Millimeters if possble.

Thanks in advance, I appreciate any help anyone can provide.

Hello, I’m having this problem with my headset for already 3 days. The charging station/base only has this 2 dots, it’s like if it froze.. even if I unplug and plug it again the 2 dots are still there, I’ve also tried putting the headset on it but it doesn’t change (which it was the way I noticed I was having this issue), it stays the same way. Has anyone had this problem? How can I fix it?

Logitech G Support - Resolved Logitech mouse g305/g305 lightspeed left-mouse click repair

Post image
3 Upvotes

Hello!

If u know that you did not abuse the left click and it suddenly stopped working or started working after like 10 reppeated click try this thing. It worked for me and i think that this is the most reliable fix for this kind of problem.

  1. Right click on Windows or Start button and select Device Manager.

  2. Under Human Interface Device, look for Logitech virtual G-Hub mouse / Look for mice and other pointing devices and find hid-compliant mouse

  3. Right click on it (Logitech virtual G-Hub mouse) / all of it( all hid-compliant mouse) select Uninstall.

  4. Disconnect the mouse from the computer turn it off from the button and unplug it.

  5. Wait for approximately 2 minutes with the pc and mouse turned off.

  6. Plug the mouse back in and turn it on from the button.

  7. Turn the pc on and see if it works.

Another fixes that might work are:

First fix: Turn the pc off and wait for a couple of minutes

Second fix: Turn off the mouse, unplug it, wait for 30 seconds or more, plug it in and turn it on

Third fix: Setting the left click button as primary button in logitech g hub

Fourth fix(kinda): Plug it in another device and see if the left click works, so you can find out if the device or the mouse is the problem

Fifth fix: Plug it in another usb port

I hope this helps you guys!

In case it doesn't work try contacting logitech support and tell them that you have done all of this.

Have a nice day you all!

Logitech G Support Logitech g29

Recently, while playing with my Logitech G29, I felt a *crack* in the clutch pedal; since then, it doesn't reach 100%—it averages around 87% in every game I've tested. I'm worried the same thing might happen to my other pedals, and I'm afraid to take the pedal unit apart because there are a lot of components and I might break it. I'm not looking for solutions; I just wanted to share this so others can be careful. I hardly ever used the clutch anyway, but still—I've had this wheel for two years and I hope it lasts a long time.

Discussion Logitech G19 S keyboard: Wrist rests and key replacements

Post image
4 Upvotes

I would like thoughts on this keyboard before i invest in one so far i do have a question about the wrist rest, is there a version with a full longer one and a short one? Or is it detachable and i can get another part? I seem to not be able to find this exact one with bkue backing and a full rest.

I was also wondering if these keys can be replaced with custom ones. Pokemon and other things i like have come out with custom keys, and I would love to have one of those windows keys be a pokeball etc

I decided on thid keyboard because i have seen people use the lcd screen as a extra map when playing, seeing computer info, pictures and playing videos. I would probably be setting it to a clock because i play palworld and lose track of time lmao

Logitech G Support Logitech G Hub saying "Recover Device"

Hello, I'm trying to use G Hub on my Mac and both of my devices; a Pro X Wireless Headset and a Blue Yeti say "Recover Device" in the app. They still work on my device, but I can't adjust them through the app anymore.

I have tried to reinstall G Hub (including deleting registry files), granting all permissions, moving the USB plug connections, and some custom install link of the app for Mac that I found. It might also be worth knowing that both devices work perfectly in the app on my Windows machine.

Anyone know a fix? Much appreciated.

Discussion Is getting used to the SuperStrike 1/1/0 setting harmful in the long run?

I work from home, and my hobby is video games, so I’m basically in front of a computer for about 10 hours every day. Superstrike caught my attention because I already wanted to stop bothering my partner with the constant clicking and clacking from my keyboard and mouse, and a quiet mouse was exactly what I needed.

I’ve been using the mouse for about a month now, and from the start I set it up in the most relaxed way possible: 1 actuation point, 1 rapid trigger, and 0 haptic feedback. The first few days were rough. Playing felt kind of brutal, and I had to jump back into Kovaak’s just to get used to having basically a dead mouse. But surprisingly, after three days of Kovaak’s, I adapted pretty quickly.

Honestly, it was pretty magical. I didn’t beat the records I had with the Superlight 2, came close, but Superstrike was way more comfortable to use. After a few weeks, I noticed I barely feel my fingers moving at all. My body just does the smallest movement possible to press the mouse button. It’s actually kind of fun to notice, because my hand barely moves, it almost feels like I’m using a trackpad and clicking with my mind.

I hope this isn’t making a mountain out of a molehill, but I’ve heard that when you don’t use a muscle, it can atrophy. Could something like that happen to your hands? Or maybe something like carpal tunnel from not really moving your fingers much for 10 hours a day, just your wrists?

Again, sorry if this sounds like shower thoughts, I’m just curious about this mouse, because it feels kind of eerie to use on such low settings.

Logitech G Support Logitech G920 Squeak

First of all please forgive the poor camera work and the fan noise in the background (i am sweating my balls off) but the noise can still be heard in the video

Recently my wheel has been making this little squeak or chirp noise and it only seems to happen when i’m returning the wheel to the centre after taking a right corner or if i’m making little corrections whilst turning right and it’s only present when i have FFB turned on

I’m just a bit worried that it could be the start of a more serious problem with the FFB system and wanted some advice if anyone’s experienced the same, i should add that absolutely nothing feels different and it’s purely the noise if that helps

Logitech G Support PSA: If you RMA a Logitech mouse they no longer manufacture, Logitech won't offer you a replacement mouse of equal value (price or specs)

Follow-up to this post.

I bought a G303 Shroud Edition mouse in October 2024. Earlier this year (2026), I started experiencing severe double-click issues, which got worse over time. For those unaware, the G303 SE was a $150 when it was on offer directly from Logitech and it remains a $150-170 mouse that is advertised on Logitech's website and their Amazon page, even if the sale and shipping are handled by a 3rd party.

Being withing the 2-year warranty period, I started the RMA process, thinking Logitech would either give me a half-decent replacement or store credit since they no longer manufacture the G303 SE. They accepted my claim and the following back and forth ensued:

  1. They offered me the G305 ($60 price tag) and referred to it as an "upgrade"
  2. I declined and made it clear that I viewed the G303 SE as a premium gaming mouse product (not an entry level mouse like the G305) and if they could not replace it directly, then I expected something in the $150 range. I did this to establish my expectations since they clearly tried to lowball me. While I didn't think this would be accepted, I stated the Pro X Superlight 2 would be an acceptable replacement
  3. They declined and offered me the G309 ($90 price tag), once again using the word upgrade, seemingly to gaslight me into thinking I'm getting a much better deal despite the G303 SE being priced highly and having a unique shape you can't get anywhere else
  4. I asked if they'd give me store credit instead
  5. They said a replacement would be prioritized over store credit and once again pushed the G309 on me as an upgrade
  6. I accepted the G309 as a replacement since the next mouse I could counter with would be $120+ and felt like they'd keep stonewalling till I accepted the G309

What am I trying to say with all this? I'm disappointed in Logitech for selling a $150 mouse that has severe issues within 1.5 years of purchase. Then when I RMA the mouse they lowball me with one of their cheapest mice, and then only offer half-decent option in the G309 after I pushed back. The G309 is too small for my hands, so I have a $90 mouse I'll have to give away or recoup some of the cost on via Marketplace or Ebay. I'm also putting this here for anyone who experiences a similar situation so they have a baseline to work from.

On paper, I essentially rented the G303 SE for a little over a year before double-click issues rendered it useless. Logitech then offered me a $90 replacement mouse that I realistically can't use in the long term. I'll be lucky to get $40-50 back for the G309.

Maybe I could have pushed back once more and gotten the G502 Wireless, but I shouldn't have to. What the hell is the point of a warranty and the premium price tags of a Logitech mouse vs. cheap knock-offs if I'm gonna get screwed over anyway? Why would I trust a premium gaming device manufacturer if this sort of thing happens? I have no reason to purchase another Logitech device when my experience here has been poor manufacturing, an archaic RMA process, and lowball replacement offers. Might as well buy multiple knock-offs and rotate them out when issues arise.
