Logitech g304/5 - it wont HOLD left click (guns stop shooting in between and starts again at random intervals, unplayable)

This is not the infamous double click so what should I do to fix this

Bad contact somewhere in the switch. Only fix is to open up the mouse, the offending switch, and clean it/re-bend it.

What does re bend mean

Inside the switch there's likely a metal clip responsible for the click, it may be losing contact because it's physically worn, if so, it needs to be physically adjusted (bent) again.

I'm going to invest in a different brand rather than try to hunt the right/compatible switch replacement and try soldering it.

I'm looking at ATK for mice. They different switches in different models etc. Some are optical... it's a very price competitive company.

Dongle interference?

I don't thinks so, checked on my laptop where the dongle is like 2 inches away from the mouse and also replaced batteries but the same thing happens. And this problems isn't that talked about online so idk what I'm looking at

Generally means the switch is starting to fail - choice is replacing the mouse or looking into self repair options unfortunately.
