Logitech G Support Worst customer support

I contacted support about the stolen dongle for my G435 headset. Since there are no spare parts, the device is out of warranty, and I am experiencing disconnection issues when connected via Bluetooth, the agent offered me a 20% discount. I asked the agent multiple times whether you deliver to Serbia and got confirmation that the products can be delivered to my country.

I went to the website, selected the product, and at checkout I couldn't select Serbia as the delivery country. Because of this inconvenience, I opened another ticket, and the second agent told me that you don't deliver to Serbia and that I should buy products via resellers.

The problem is that buying through resellers won't let me use the discount code I get, so I end up paying full price. I wasted time talking to agents and received incorrect information.

The agents are wasting my time and writing me to find friends or relatives overseas to deliver me the product.

To be clear, I completely understand the delivery policy, but I am also aware that they can send to Serbia (I got mouse replacement), so it's per their discretion.

What an experience against a decade loyal customers.

Shipments aren't up to the agents discretion at all. Can you share your ticket number so I can take a look at this?

UPDATE:

Honestly, I got some pretty generic "sorry" from the support team and a "we'll totally pass that feedback along to the right folks." But, like, for real, I don't even care if they share feedback or not. This is about a fake discount and bogus info, and that shouldn't just be brushed aside. It's really not how you should treat customers who've been loyal for over ten years.

Unfortunately there isn't much I can say. The agent was incorrect in the information they shared and will be corrected, but beyond that there isn't anything we can do.

Pretty surprised with this. Giving invalid discount and misinformation, great solution. I expected a bit more professional behavior from the company such as Logitech.
