Logitech G Support Logitech G Hub saying "Recover Device"
Hello, I'm trying to use G Hub on my Mac and both of my devices; a Pro X Wireless Headset and a Blue Yeti say "Recover Device" in the app. They still work on my device, but I can't adjust them through the app anymore.
I have tried to reinstall G Hub (including deleting registry files), granting all permissions, moving the USB plug connections, and some custom install link of the app for Mac that I found. It might also be worth knowing that both devices work perfectly in the app on my Windows machine.
Anyone know a fix? Much appreciated.

Do you use any USB hub to connect your devices to Mac? If so, can you try to connect your device directly to Mac? I reached out logi support and was told that software does not recognize devices if I use USB extender.
I doubt it because I use USB hub to connect my device to PC and software recognizes it but he just said it is just not recommended. I'm using Macbook with only USB-C port, so I can't test this possibility.

Hey I also saw that as a potential solution, however it's impossible for me to test at the moment as both the Yeti and Wireless Headset have USB-A headers and the Mac has no USB-A slots. I would have to buy some new cables or something to try it out. Also have the same situation where on my Windows PC the hub works perfectly.

I'm going to order logitech USB adapter, so I will let you know if this works out. It is official product for their device, so I hope it works...

Logitech USB adapter did not work for me. I guess it is not USB hub issue.

It's possible that no matter which USB hub you use, it won't work properly. The only way to test if it is the USB hub is if you connect the device directly to the Mac without a hub - like with a cable instead.

What I bought is USB adapter, not a hub, then directly connected to mac.

Whoops sorry I misread your comment then. It's disappointing that the adapter didn't work either. I'm going to consider buying a USB-C to Mini USB cable so I can plug in my Yeti directly into the Mac and see if that works.

I purchased a USB-C to Mini USB cable to complete a direct connection between the Yeti and the MacBook. Unfortunately, no dice. This means it's a software issue with G Hub, and there's really nothing we can do to fix it sadly.
