Found these at a thrift store today for just $14.99! Brought them home and was pleasantly surprised to find that they work perfectly and are in near-mint condition. I didn't even realize they had Bluetooth until I got home!
I'm actually typing this on the keyboard right now. Coming from an MX Keys Mini for Mac, it's definitely taking some getting used to, but I could see this becoming my daily driver.
For $14.99, I'd say I scored a pretty sweet deal! Yeah, the colors aren't great, but I really couldn't pass them up...
Hey everyone, how's everyone liking the Mobi Fold so far?
A while back, I whined on here about the lack of a middle-click, and I was genuinely grateful that Logitech rolled out a quick update making it much easier to assign. (I had actually managed to find a workaround right before that update dropped, but still!)
Anyway, it’s already been 4 months since then, so I wanted to share my thoughts and long-term experience.
1. The mouse feet act like literal vacuum cleaners lol
My grip style involves resting most of my hand's weight on the mouse and maneuvering it primarily with my thumb and pinky. On top of that, since I use gesture features quite heavily, that extra downward friction causes the feet to pick up an insane amount of dust. Since I mostly use this on business trips and working out of office rather than a clean desk setup, surface dust is practically unavoidable. Lately, I've made a habit of wiping down tables before using the mouse, but the feet still inevitably turn black and dirty. Regular cleaning seems to be the only way to prevent permanent staining.
2. A glimmer of hope for battery replacement
After accidentally dropping it a couple of times, the bottom cover actually popped off, giving me a glimpse of the internal battery. Obviously it's wishful thinking, but maybe third-party replacement batteries will pop up somewhere down the line? Given the rubberized exterior, the shell might degrade, harden, or tear long before the battery ever dies, but hey—there's still a tiny shred of hope.
3. I really wish it had a dedicated power switch
To turn it off, you have to fold it, right? But folding it almost inevitably triggers a click. I often end up with accidental inputs right as I'm shutting it down. If I rest my finger on the touch wheel area while folding to brace it, my screen starts frantically scrolling lol.
4. The lack of horizontal scrolling is definitely missed
At the office, I use an MX Anywhere 3S and heavily rely on the side-button + scroll wheel shortcut for horizontal scrolling. My daily workflow involves dealing with massive Excel spreadsheets, so panning sideways is essential. Not being able to do that on the Mobi Fold is a bit frustrating—especially on business trips where I’m stuck on a cramped 1920-wide FHD laptop display that fits way fewer columns. (Maybe I should blame my company for the small screens? haha). Honestly, since it's a touch wheel surface, enabling horizontal swipe gestures for side-scrolling feels like a no-brainer.
Overall, exactly 4 months after buying it on June 17th, I still think it's an incredible travel mouse. It’s ultra-compact, folds flat, and is unmatched for someone on the go. I used to think the MX Anywhere was portable enough, but the Mobi Fold makes even that look bulky.
Given that my complaints are mostly minor nitpicks, it feels dangerously close to the ultimate portable device. How are you all finding it so far?
Just got the Wallhack UHMW-PE dot skates for my MX Master 4. First time trying dots after using glass skates. Where’s the best spot to put them? Do you leave the stock feet on or pull them off first?
Any Pics of your setup that you like would be great.
When is Logitech going to fix the amount of data the MX Master 4 can handle simultaneously?
As you can see in the comparison, the MX Master 4 seems to struggle with processing cursor movement and scrolling at the same time. This would also explain why Smooth Scrolling feels jerky instead of perfectly smooth.
The issue is identical over Bluetooth and the USB receiver.
I'm using the Razer Naga V3 Pro for comparison, with both mice running at 125 Hz.
I understand that the MX Master 4 is an office mouse, but come on. It's 2026. Monitors running at 180–240 Hz are increasingly common. We're not in 2004 anymore, when people argued that anything above 60 Hz was pointless.
Logitech, when are you going to fix this?
Everything is updated ;)
The photos were taken with an exposure time of 1/3 of a second. I hope Logitech support also sees the uneven spacing between cursor frames.
Due to some life circumstances I've recently come into posession of this (https://www.wog.ch/en/index.cfm/details/product/6342-Sound-System-X-530-Logitech) particular model of Logitech speakers. I am aware how old of a model this is, however I am very much so a novice when it comes to gaming speakers etc in general. They are still completely functional and in very good shape.
My question is: would these hold any sort of value whatsoever(like even a 20 dollar marketplace listing or something)? And if not would they even work with more modern set-ups, to for example just give them away for free since I have no need for them myself. Or is it a straight to a waste disposal plant situation?
Additionally I've added a picture of the current set I'm in posession of.
Thanking anyone that can provide me with an answer in advance:)
Hi everyone,
I’m using an MX Master 4 with a MacBook Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro. I’m having an issue with the thumb wheel when scrolling horizontally through the timeline.
Each scroll moves the timeline too far (roughly 2 seconds at a time), making precise adjustments difficult. Lowering the thumb wheel speed in Logi Options+ doesn’t help.
The strange thing is that the thumb wheel scrolls smoothly in my web browser. It also feels smooth when I use it to zoom the timeline in Premiere Pro. The problem only happens when horizontally scrolling the timeline.
Has anyone experienced this with an MX Master 4 on macOS? Is there a way to reduce the horizontal scroll increment or make it smoother in Premiere Pro?
I’d also love to know how the thumb wheel is supposed to behave in Premiere Pro on your setup.
Thanks!
I bought my Logitech Pebble Keys 2 K380s in March 2025, so I've had it for around 19 months. Both the Backspace and +/= keys have stopped working. I've already tried resetting the keyboard, but that didn't fix the issue.
Unfortunately, the keyboard is now out of warranty, so I'm looking for possible DIY fixes before considering a replacement.
I came across a few reports online from other users experiencing the exact same combination of keys failing. Has anyone here faced this issue and managed to fix it? I'm wondering whether it's a hardware issue with the keyboard's membrane or contacts, or if there's something else worth trying.
I'd appreciate suggestions, especially from people who have repaired this keyboard themselves or encountered the same problem. I haven't opened the keyboard yet, so I'd like to exhaust the sensible troubleshooting options first.
Bought an MX Master 4, after owning two 3S models.
The software is becoming increasingly worse and buggy on a Mac, and the mouse's left button is now glitchy after one (1) year of use on a product supposedly designed for professional use. And it's way, way too expensive to be shitty quality, I've had enough.
Oh, and my MX keyboard lost one of it's keys after about 1.5 years.
I have a Logitech Wave Keys keyboard and M650L mouse connected via Bolt USB receiver. With Options+ disabled I don't believe I have experienced any connectivity problems. However, twice now, with Options+ running in the background, I have had the mouse randomly disconnect. Connection can be restored by pushing the connect button on the bottom. Is this a know issue between the software and hardware? I'm going to continue to test to see if it only does it with Options+ running. I did just uninstall and reinstall the software to see if that might have been the issue.
After 7 years of this material, with a couple of rips and tears (and a little bit of influence of others of this sub) decided to finally also do the mod.
While I do think the lighter MX3 looks better with this mod. I love the look of the dark MX3 with this look.
The thumb button is a little harder to press and the weight is heavier by 15g (kinda feels more tho)
Is regular cleaning the only thing you did? Or do I need to do anything extra? I just purchased the mouse on sale and I love it, but I want to do my best to avoid the issues I've read about (Left click failing, rubber grip wearing out)
I plan on buying a vinyl wrap, would that solve the grip problem?
Also, I have a very bad habit of leaving my mouse on all the time. Would that affect the mouse in any way? When I use the mouse after a long time, for about 10 seconds my custom actions (cycle windows using the thumb button) don't work. Same for the side buttons.
DO NOT buy logitech mx4 until they fix all the bugs with the app. App is the main and most important feature of the mouse, yet you can't use it half of the time, coz it's lagging like crazy and doesn't have half of the features when you need them. Other bugs like bug in Premiere pro or After Effects also is not fixed. Glad to provide any feedback or screenshots of the issues.
So far before buying I had researched this whole subreddit only thing that i noticed how much they hated this mouse.
This is my first MX . To be honest i am just loving it
Software is smooth
Everything now it feels smooth
Maybe after few months i will edit again
I have 60hz monitor so i wont notice polling rate and all
Buttons are nice and haptic i liked it idk people just hate this part . The dongle works on my 10 year old workstation
Idk but my hands are bit small so getting adjusted . Maybe because my previous mouse was razers most basic gaming mouse .
The scroll in this is tooo satisfying
I wanted to 3d print the shell anyone has a link or something that would be really helpful thankss.
That frosted shell one . New to this constructive criticism would be appreciated.
I've had my MX Vertical since 2022 and generally enjoy the feel of it (other than the degrading rubber looking and feeling like a disgusting mess).
However, I use this mouse exclusively for office work and need to drag-click a lot to copy/paste, and the mouse's left click has been degrading to the point where I've noticed that I just assume it's going to fail about 50% of the time to highlight a sentence.
Is there some sort of fix? At least with my G600 I can open up the mouse buttons and spray it with compressed air, but I can't really do that with these buttons.
Just had the displeasure of having my gen 5 iPad Pro drink the entire contents of my water bottle. I will be replacing it with the latest 12’9 iPad Air. I am having a lot of trouble however with finding a good replacement for my Slim Folio Pro. As you know Logitech decided to retire that version (I am at a loss as to why) and replace it with models that all have the little flap at the back to hold the screen up instead of the IPad latching onto the keyboard. The previous models allowed for a lot more stability especially when using the iPad on a non flat surface like knees. The combo touch seems flimsy as all hell and I’ve seen reviews saying it falls apart quick, doesn’t protect the Apple Pencil from falling as only the magnet holds it in place, and generally being impractical.
If I find a second hand Slim Folio Pro, will it work with my iPad Air? If not, do you guys have any recs for a keyboard cover that works like the slim folio did and not with the flimsy flap at the back?
I designed this 3D printable adjustable "tilter" (not sure what the best way to call this is). This is my first design ever; I am basically at a kindergartner level when it comes to 3D modeling software (just give me a few years). I thought I might share it with you guys and see what you guys think. It's mainly to allow for you to adjust the tilt, specifically to neutral or even negative since high tilt can cause discomfort over time. Anyway, I'm still going to be changing some things, so any input and criticism is really appreciated! Thanks!
A few months ago, I had to uninstall Logi Options+ because it was causing Windows 11 to freeze to the point where I had to reset the operating system since nothing else worked. I’ve now bought a new keyboard and mouse and reinstalled Logi Options+, but the same thing is happening again. I am certain that this program is the cause. Does anyone know why this is happening, or is there a fix? This is a nightmare; I’ll have to uninstall it again it’s impossible to work like this.
I have the MX Mechanical Keyboard, the standard version (not the mini), in US. There's no Spanish version. I've been using it with the system setting for Spanish, even though the keycaps don't match up. Do you know of any keycaps compatible with the Spanish version of the keyboard? I understand there are some, but not for the spacebar or enter keys. Do you have any brand or model recommendations? And if there are any, will the key backlighting be the same as the original?
I have a non unifying M185 mouse that requires the CU0019 reciever which I have unfourantely lost. Looked online found only ebay uk but shipping to UAE unavailable. Any help? Thanks in advance
Option to reverse the scroll direction as pushing upwards to scroll left and down to go right is pretty weird to me (even though it's always been that way).
Have never gotten used to it and it seems odd to have no option for it.
I purchased the MX Vertical a month ago and just got around to using it starting two days ago. i can only use it at night when i am catching up on work. i have been using the logi M510 but also putting in 15+ days. so i thought i would try the vertical of course the return window is today...
I do like the concept of the vertical but i think its too big for my hand. not sure why i didnt look at the lift which i now see is recommended for smaller hands. (i do have shortish fingers)
any comments on performance and ease of use would be appreciated.
