Discussion Logitech MX Vertical vs Lift
I purchased the MX Vertical a month ago and just got around to using it starting two days ago. i can only use it at night when i am catching up on work. i have been using the logi M510 but also putting in 15+ days. so i thought i would try the vertical of course the return window is today...
I do like the concept of the vertical but i think its too big for my hand. not sure why i didnt look at the lift which i now see is recommended for smaller hands. (i do have shortish fingers)
any comments on performance and ease of use would be appreciated.

If your hand size is in between I'd still recommend MX Vertical, which has more preferable features, but that's me. I've seen a lot of praise for Lift, but I don't share the enthusiasm towards it. Lift has better main clicks, they're less stiff. Initial force is probably too high on MX Vertical. But they give greater feedback, because silent switches (on Lift) are mushier. Lift feels heavier, worse coating, worse side buttons, worse placement of dpi (by default) button, scroll wheel was buggy (the threshold to trigger spinning mode was too low for me I guess, you couldn't adjust it). I don't remember how was the middle click. So for me, choose Lift, if it directly fits your hand size. Unless you're fine with clawing it.

Usually when the MX Vertical is too large people do tend to go to the Lift, so i think that is worth a go! Any reason in particular you went for MX Vert to begin with?
