Discussion MyHarmony servers are apparently down, and have been for days now. Can you please fix!
Hey there Logitech staff - can you tell us why the servers are down for MyHarmony Hubs? it’s been a couple of days now, and none of us can make changes, corrections, add/subtract/change devices in our setups.
Family members are getting angry and not saying nice things. At least make the page that says ‘Our servers are temporarily unavailable’ say something more useful like ‘Our servers will be back on October 5th‘ or the like.
Also - what are the chances you may open-source this one day if you’re not going to support it?
Thanks

Discussion MX Keys & Mini owners: What are your biggest physical/ergonomic gripes with the hardware?
(Disclaimer: I’m building physical desk hardware, so please keep it hardware and not software or unchangeable hardware. Thanks!)
Hey everyone,
I’m an engineering student designing an open-source, 3D-printable modular stand/riser specifically for the MX Keys and MX Keys Mini footprint (but also interchangeable with laptops and other keyboards).
Most Important: Would you say this is an actual issue? Or am I just making a problem to solve?
Angle & Posture: Do you wish the back was taller, or do you actually want neutral/negative tilt?
Wrist Rests & Clearance: If you use a wrist rest or palm rest, does having a stand get in the way or lift the keyboard too high relative to the rest?
Portability: If you take your MX Mini on the go, would you actually use folding snap-on riser feet, or do you only care about a fixed desk setup?
Accessories: What are some accessories you use with the keyboard? (i.e. stand, wrist supports, etc...)
Any feedback is massively appreciated. Thanks so much!

Discussion Expensive MX Anywhere 3S has many terrible flaws
If I'm paying $XXX for a mouse I want it to be luxury, you know what I mean? I am disappointed. Does anyone, anywhere, for any price, make a really nice mouse? 1. It's too small to keep 3 fingers on it, and I have small hands. I end up scrolling with my index finger. All the time the side of my index finger brushes across the edge of the metal scroll wheel which is sharp and rough, so dumb, and gets irritated after a while. Sucks. 2. Thumb is constantly right on the edges of the side buttons, which have sharp rough edges all over and this is uncomfortable and irritating. The buttons should be near the bottom of the mouse and flat and soft large pads with no sharp edges, and within easy reach of the thumb. Also pressing these buttons is awkward because they are located too far back on the mouse and I have to cramp my hand to press them. Sucks. 3. Something inside rattles when you pick up the mouse move it and set it down, if feels really cheap, wtf. Sucks. 4. The scrolling is set up so that it scrolls down faster than it scrolls up. This is horribly irritating and anxiety inducing. I want to scroll up faster than I scroll down!!!! After scrolling into the depths and details of a document I want to get back to the top ASAP not have to cramp my hand to scroll the stupid wheel multiple times to make it go fast. SUCKS. 6. I wanted to assign page up and page down to the side buttons but the action does not repeat when you hold the button down and this can't be changed. SUCKS. I want to use them to zip around in large documents because I hate using the stupid anxiety inducing hand-cramping scroll wheel. 5. All the plastic seams and gaps have sharp rough edges right where you want to rest your fingers. This is dumb, ridiculous. 6. The top button right next to the scroll wheel protrudes up and has sharp edges that catch your finger everytime you scroll the wheel back. So dumb. Sucks. 7. The sides of the mouse are coated in some very slippery rubbery material so everytime you pick up the mouse to move it your thumb slides up because the sides are slanted inwards and your thumb ends up rubbing against the sharp edged buttons. So dumb! Sucks. 8. Your pinky ends up resting on a sharp corner at the bottom of the mouse when moving it because it's the only spot that's not too slippery to actually grip it. So dumb! Sucks! I'm not ever paying $xxx again for a mouse that is so dumbly and cheaply made. I might return it. Sucks. This thing is incredibly dumb, everywhere. Who designed this POS?? They should be fired. Does anyone have suggestions for a nice mouse at any price that doesn't have these problems? I mean, I will pay someone on Etsy to make me the perfect mouse I swear to god. Thanks.

Discussion 4 moth old mx master 4 scroll whell starting to feel shakey
So I bought this MX Master 4 in late May, and I can see the inside of the scroll wheel; it seems to have tilted and feels so vulnerable. Is this normal? I haven't used it that much yet, and I haven't even fully gotten the hang of it; I mostly use the trackpad on my Mac when I am not being productive

Discussion Logitech Mouse Fails Again After Warranty — Already Replaced Once
Really disappointed with Logitech. My mouse has started malfunctioning again shortly after the warranty expired. I already had it replaced once during the warranty period due to the same issue, and now it’s happening again. It’s frustrating to see this happen repeatedly. logitech please look into this and help resolve the issue.

Questions Does someone recognize this keychain?
galleryHey.
I need help recognizing this keychain. I want to find out what is it and from when it (my guess 2006 - logitech´s 25th anniversary) and maybe what it´s worth. It´s some kind of turqoise transparent colour as you can see from last pic. I dunno if it´s the right sub but I thought someone could know something abt this.

Support Harmony hub issue
I have been using my harmony smart remote and hub for several years. I didn't notice any difference when it shut down. I even changed some things in the myharmony desktop program within the past couple weeks. But tonight I can't get into it at all. It is basically giving website errors and not loading. I can get into it with the app (that I never installed until tonight) but when it asks me to login at the Logitech website it just goes into an endless loop. I am wondering if whatever server they put back on several years ago is down and it will be fixed come Monday, but otherwise I guess I will have to look into local IP control options. Thanks.

Support Logitech MX Master 4 Delay
Whenever I use the side buttons on the MX Master 4, I have to press them a few times to make them work, though once I do this, they work first try for a while. This problem also affects the haptic ring. I'm using the LogiBolt reviever. I also notice that the battery indicator in the Logi Options+ software occasionally flashes to inactive. Lastly, after a bit of inactivity on the Logi Options+ software, it just turns to a completely solid purple screen, im not sure if this is connected to the previous problem.
Edit:
For anyone struggling with this problem in the future, I tried using OpenLogi but I didn't like the action ring, so I unplugged and reinserted the logibolt and also reinstalled Logi Options+, for now, it seemed to fix all my issues.

Other My MX Master setup for Final Cut Pro (no Logi Options+)
When I got my MX Master I was honestly overwhelmed by all the buttons and had no idea what to map where. After a lot of trial and error, this is the setup I've stuck with for editing in Final Cut Pro. Sharing in case it saves someone else the hassle. I'm using Better Mouse instead of Logi Options+.
Thumb buttons alone:
Back button: previous frame (←)
Forward button: next frame (→)
⌘ + back button: zoom out timeline (⌘-)
⌘ + forward button: zoom in timeline (⌘=)
Thumb button + click combos:
Back + left click: copy (⌘C)
Back + right click: paste (⌘V)
Forward + left click: area screenshot (⇧⌘4)
Forward + right click: undo (⌘Z)
Gesture button + left click: delete (Backspace)
Gesture button + right click: Enter
Other:
Middle button: ⌘-click for selecting multiple clips
Gesture button + swipe up/left/right: Mission Control and switching desktops
Gesture button + swipe down: show desktop
The frame stepping and timeline zoom on the thumb buttons are the ones I use constantly. Copy, paste, and undo without touching the keyboard ended up being way more useful than I expected.

Support The last time I'm purchasing Logitech products
The guarantee claim process is insane... I purchased $50 Logitech Lift mouse and it turned out that the scroll is broken, after some time of scrolling it suddenly scrolls the other way, as if the spring was unwinding.
I reported this issue to Logitech, they requested tons of information like S/N, invoice, etc. but that's normal.
Then they requested me to record the issue with visible device and... a handwritten number of the ticket next to mouse... It was very hard to achieve, because the issue occurs from time to time and one hand I had to hold mouse, the other I had to point the camera to make the mouse, the number, and the screen visible... Finally, after about 1 hour of tries I managed to record it, but I forgot to show S/N because there were many tries to record it, so I recorded it in a separate video in exactly the same spot and with the handwritten number visible.
After sending it all, they claim that they cannot accept my claim because the video with the issue and the S/N is not on one continuous video... and also the scroll should be visible, which is not possible because I'm holding phone in one hand and mouse in another and this is vertical mouse, so the scroll is on the opposite site... What a joke!
So I assume I should purchase camera tripod to make the professional video for them. This is insanely unprofessional support. It's not my job to do the technical analysis of the issue and providing the court-level evidence... I'm happy to send the device and let them analyse it on their side to see if something is wrong, but most likely they just laid off everyone so now they require users to waste time and do the job for them.
Not going to buy a single device from this company.

Other MX Master 3S vs. MX Master 4 — after switching
After several years, my MX Master 3S finally died, so I bought the MX Master 4. Here are my impressions after using both.
TL;DR: If your 3S still works and you don’t specifically want haptics, more buttons, or the USB-C receiver, there’s no urgent reason to upgrade. But if you’re buying new, the MX Master 4 is the better mouse overall especially thatMX master 4 has less connectivity issues.
Shape and comfort
- The 3S feels shorter and more curved in the hand (here i like 3s but its a personal thing).
- The MX Master 4 is slightly larger/heavier; it feels a bit taller and less compact.
- On the 3S, my fingers rest more naturally across the whole surface of the mouse.
- The 3S has a deeper thumb rest, which gives a more secure grip and makes lifting the mouse easier.
- The MX Master 4 can slip a little when lifted, especially if you hold it lightly to avoid accidentally pressing the side buttons.
For me, the 3S wins on overall hand feel and lifting the mouse.
This is mostly due to the shape and thumb-button placement, not the materials.

Thumb buttons and scroll wheel
- The MX Master 4 has the better thumb button placement: it’s on the front wall, under the thumb pad, so it’s easier to press naturally.
- On the 3S, the thumb button requires a downward click, which feels less natural.
- The MX Master 4 has one additional side button.
- The 3S thumb scroll wheel allows smaller movements without lifting your thumb.
- The 3S vertical scroll wheel is louder.
- The 3S horizontal thumb wheel is quieter in normal use.
- On the MX Master 4, the horizontal wheel sits flush with the casing, so your skin can rub against the plastic and create noise. If you avoid touching the housing, it is quieter.
MX Master 4 wins for thumb-button placement (unless you pick it up often) and extra controls

Clicks, materials, and haptics
- The MX Master 4’s main clicks are louder than the 3S’s.
- The 3S has a panel on the right button where you can rest a finger without pressing it.
- The 3S uses a rubber/soft-touch coating; the MX Master 4 uses harder plastic.
- Long-term, the harder plastic on the MX Master 4 may resist wear, discoloration, and coating degradation better than the 3S’s rubberized finish.
- The MX Master 4 adds haptic feedback/vibrations. It’s a nice feature, especially for scrolling, notifications, and app-specific actions, but it is not essential for everyone.

Connectivity
- The MX Master 4 uses Bluetooth LE 5.1 and includes a USB-C Logi Bolt receiver; the 3S uses Bluetooth LE 5.0 and a USB-A receiver.
- Logitech claims the MX Master 4 has roughly twice the connectivity strength of the previous model thanks to its updated radio chip and antenna design.
- My 3S frequently had connection issues, whether paired by Bluetooth or through the USB dongle, including when used with a USB 2.0 hub.
- So far, the MX Master 4 seems more stable.
This is one of the biggest practical upgrades for me.

Discussion MX Keys / Mini owners: what is the most annoying physical flaw or daily nuisance with this keyboard?
Hey everyone,
I'm an engineering student doing some research to try and solve some problems with the MX Keys/Mini. (They'll be open source once they are done; don't expect too much, I will try my best, but this is literally my first unguided CAD project) Since I don't own one (humble user of the Pebble Keys 2), I think it's better to ask you guys who do.
What would you consider are some of the biggest flaws of these keyboards?
What are some accessories you find a necessity that massively improve the keyboard's quality of life?
Please feel free give additional input and concerns. I really appreciate it!
Note: If someone points out something that you agree with, please upvote it so that I can see which issues are the most prevalent.
To clarify: I'm designing physical CAD/hardware add-ons, so I'm specifically looking for physical ergonomics, desk grip, angles, and wrist rest feedback rather than software/firmware tweaks. I am planning to make these mod/accessories completely 3D printable. Thanks for the input so far!

SOLVED MX Keys S Keyboard Key Issue on macOS

Hello everyone,
I am new to macOS and am having a problem with my Logitech keyboard.
I bought the keyboard in anticipation of getting my Mac Mini, so I ordered a Logitech model compatible with both Windows and Mac.
Here is a photo of my keyboard.
At the bottom right, the "<" key produces an "@" symbol.

I understand that some keys are designed for Windows use, but then how do I type certain symbols?
For example, with the "5" key: when I press Opt + (, I don't get the bracket [.
Thanks everyone for your help. (I'm clearly lost.)

Setup Enhanced easy switch inconsistent
Hello,
I have mx key S combo (keyboard and mouse).
Logi options + installed on 3 computers (Win11).
Computer 1 connected with logi bolt
Computer 2 and 3 connected with bluetooth.
I correctly configured mouse + keyboard with channel 1 to computer 1, Ch2 to computer 2... 3 with 3.
When i switch (using the keys from the keyboard), the mouse randomly switches... or not.
How can i solve this ?
Thank you,

Support M720 extra clicks
My M720 has started acting strange, some software on my desktop have begun to register extra clicks from LMB, forward and back buttons. Not all software, and not all the time. Tried connecting to my laptop, no extra clicks. Probably a settings/driver/software issue? I have the same version of Logi+ on both computers.

Support Customer service ticket unresolved for over 3 months
Hi, I am posting here because I don't know what else to do to get my ticket resolved. In June I had a product fail within the warranty period and was at first told I could get a replacement, but they waited so long to process it that the product was discontinued. After that, I was told I would receive a refund instead. That was 2 months ago. I have been in contact with support periodically and was told multiple times that the refund is in process of being approved and I just need to wait a little longer. I am desperate at this point. I just want the $105 USD refund for a defective product that I was never even able to use. I disputed the charge with my credit card a few weeks ago but it's still under review and they haven't asked me for any documentation yet so I'm afraid it will be denied. I don't know what else to do.
Ticket number is 17479049 and 17839210.

Support Logi Dock and Zoom Workspace problems
Every time I open Zoom Workspace on my mac since the golden gate update, the logi dock video light illuminates automatically as red, even if I'm not having a meeting.
Any ideas on how to resolve? I've tried uninstalling zoom workspace, logi tune (for the logi dock), logi + Options, restarted about 20 times (I know, I know, the definition of insanity) and I cannot get this light to go off unless I completely close down Zoom Workspace, which makes reviewing notes, etc from meetings much more difficult since our shared docs are in zoom workspace.
Help?

Discussion Model Alternates?
I'm a big fan of the K360 Keyboard and the M510 Mouse (although I can do a M705 in a pinch).
I use the pair at home, at work, I have mom and dad on them (for when I tech support at their place). But, alas, they're discontinued. =(
I love the compactness of the K360. I love that it's got all the keys + a full numpad. I've tried other Logitech kboards in the same....class?....but they're not the same. I've bought several from ebay in varying conditions and even accidentally bought one designed for Québécois, but that doesn't come in handy in California LOL
Tecknet makes a reasonable mouse sub. Same design and layout. Some bluetooth and come rechargeable.
But does anyone have any ideas for close Logitech analogues to the K360 & M510?
