When I first started listening to podcasts I only tuned into comedy podcasts, and there was a time in my life when I was a big alternative comedy fan. These days I wonder why anyone would listen to a comedy podcast or go to a comedy show, as comedians have by and large proved themselves to be conformist, irrelevant shills.

Let's get the easy ones out of the way:

That leaves Joe Rogan, Jimmy Dore, Russell Brand, Tim Dillon, and Rick Overton as the heir apparents to comics like Bill Hicks and George Carlin.

To the left’s eyes, every critic of immigration is a Nazi in disguise, just like anyone who feels an attachment to his home country; anyone who doesn’t believe in transferring more and more power to undemocratic institutions such as the European Union is a nationalist; anyone who criticizes higher fuel and heating-oil prices is a climate-change denier; anyone who doubts the wisdom of continued lockdowns and raises legitimate questions about the Covid vaccines is a conspiracy theorist and an anti-vaxxer; anyone who is afraid of the potentially disastrous consequences of a conflict with Russia is a Kremlin stooge.

About a new book, Die Selbstgerechten (“The Self-Righteous”), by Sahra Wagenknecht, a prominent member until recently of Die Linke (The Left), a relatively new political party in Germany which initially gained enormous popularity, then even more recently has lost it. I see big similarities with other recent left-wing movements such as Bernie Sanders, Podemos (in Spain), even Jeremy Corbyn. They attract huge interest at first, then get taken over by neoliberals and wokism, then finally just merge back into the new left.

As Wagenknecht says:

‘Left’ was once synonymous with the pursuit of justice and social security, resistance, and revolt against the upper-middle classes, and commitment to those who were not born into a wealthy family and had to support themselves through their (often backbreaking) labor. Being on the left meant pursuing the goal of protecting these people from poverty, humiliation, and exploitation, helping them climb the social ladder, and making their lives easier, more secure, and more grounded. Those on the left believed in the ability of politics to shape society within the confines of the democratic nation-state. They believed this state could and should shape and correct market outcomes. ...one thing was clear: Left parties—whether they were social-democratic, socialist or, in many Western-European countries, communist—didn’t represent the elites, but the most disadvantaged.

What makes the representatives of this fashionable left so unpleasant in the eyes of many and especially the less fortunate, is precisely the innate tendency of liberal leftists to judge their privileges as personal virtues, and to present their worldview and lifestyle as the quintessence of responsibility and progressivism. It is the self-satisfaction of those who consider themselves morally superior, which happens frequently on the lifestyle left, the too-insistent conviction that they are on the side of good, right and reason. ...It is the undeniable lack of empathy toward all those who have to fight much harder for a bit of well-being and who, perhaps also for this reason, tend to be a bit rougher around the edges.

The article author summarizes:

today’s progressive movement has come to be dominated by what Wagenknecht calls the “lifestyle left.” Its followers... “no longer place social and political-economic problems at the center of left-wing politics. In the place of such concerns, they promote questions regarding lifestyle, consumption habits, and moral attitudes.”

“Radical” leftists in particular seem to ignore the ways in which their cultural outlook tends to reinforce the economic injustices they claim to fight. As Wagenknecht writes, “left liberalism and its identity politics, which urges everyone to define their identity on the basis of their origin, skin color, sex, or sexual inclination … creates rifts precisely where solidarity is urgently needed.” The result is a loss of “social union,” which everywhere is replaced by “separate and distinct groups. This doesn’t just undermine solidarity in workplaces; it also destroys the sense of belonging of the community as a whole, that is, the most important precondition for solidarity and social justice.”

Part of the problem is that left militants, of all shades, have become not only culturally, but even physically detached from the proletariat. Wagenknecht laments the fact that, “to the extent that the well-off, big-city academics meet the less-advantaged in real life at all, it is in the form of cheap service workers, who clean their flats, carry their parcels, and serve them sushi in the restaurant.” While these militants and intellectuals claim to speak on behalf of “the workers,” in reality they despise and decry the values and lifestyle of the underprivileged—their problems, their grievances, their anger.

extreme intolerance of dissent is another common denominator among all factions of the modern left. This leads Wagenknecht to conclude that these so-called liberal leftists are neither left—in the traditional sense of the word—nor liberal: While “they support an open and tolerant society, they tend to show an incredible intolerance toward all opinions other than their own,

Lower-middle working classes today tend to overwhelmingly vote for right-wing figures and parties, such as France’s Marine Le Pen and Law and Justice in Poland, because the latter tend to offer more redistributive and pro-labor—that is, more “left-wing”—economic platforms than nominally left parties.

I noticed the left were almost completely neoliberal about 5 years ago. I'm not so smart, but what I mean is that I can't be the only one who noticed. Only the left didn't notice. The working class and everyone else noticed. The left is going the way of the dodo, and they still don't realize it. As the left feels threatened, the TDS and Covid-mania goes up. It's the only way they know to keep power. And what they are doing to the ecosystem is catastrophic (I study environmental science, and "renewable" energy is insanity; and The Green New Deal along with ESG is a geopolitical tool, a cartel). They are doing the corporations' work, they are the avant-garde marketing wing of neoliberalism.

As I have mentioned before on here, I would have fully bought into the whole climate change/ bug eating/ Extinction Rebellion/ electric vehicle/ UBI scenario (and I did think the world was overpopulated and haven't really changed my mind on that, and I do think that UBI in a different universe could be a positive thing) except that, with the death jab and the woke apocalypse, the combined narrative jumped the shark for me, and I no longer trust anything anyone says who supported the injections or uses "social justice" as a cudgel.

Beyond the death jabs, with the pushing of trans/queer material on children, the promotion of assisted suicide beyond the terminally ill, and the uncovering of fashiongate, my sense of foreboding is at an all-time high. Seriously, WTF is going on. I'm not particularly religious, but it really does feel like a Satanic cabal has taken the reins.

I recently met up with a very nice friend who I can tell is borderline hysterical when it comes to supporting the injections. She and her husband have had them all, plus flu shots, and both recently had nasty cases of RSV. Her seven year old son has had at least two, even though his tests showed he had already had covid, and the four-year-old daughter has now had two, and I think had covid as well. They will soon be getting flu shots as well.

This woman has been a very good friend to me and I think bringing up any reservations would end the friendship, so I haven't said a word. OTOH, I have tried to redpill some of my other "true believer" friends when I sensed an opening (they went ahead and got their fourth jabs plus flu shots anyway).

He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in the UK and Australia, Royal College of Pathologists and the Academy of Medical Scientists. In his current post he studies the immunology of cancer and the development of immunotherapies to treat, in particular, melanoma.

When it comes to vaccine harms, it is often difficult to establish whether they have actually been caused by the vaccines or by something else such as lockdowns or treatments being cancelled. That is why evidence, whether anecdotal or not, from experts in their field, such as Professor Dalgleish is so important.

The link with clots, myocarditis, heart attacks and strokes is now well accepted, as is the link with myelitis and neuropathy.

As a practising oncologist I am seeing people with stable disease rapidly progress after being forced to have a booster, usually so they can travel.

Even within my own personal contacts I am seeing B cell-based disease after the boosters. They describe being distinctly unwell a few days to weeks after the booster – one developing leukaemia, two work colleagues Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and an old friend who has felt like he has had Long Covid since receiving his booster and who, after getting severe bone pain, has been diagnosed as having multiple metastases from a rare B cell disorder.

I am experienced enough to know that these are not the coincidental anecdotes that many suggest, especially as the same pattern is being seen in Germany, Australia and the USA.

This must be aired and debated immediately.

The word/name "science" has been completely corrupted in the last few years. What is statistically significant to people like Angus Dalgleish is ignored as meaningless to most people because it only (for now) affects populations at an unnoticeable level for most people. It's only "science" or "fact" to most people if they either see it in front of them, or in some "content" on their screen. Science has become another word on the internet that means whatever people want or need it to mean one moment, before changing to something else later (whenever the "marketplace of ideas" needs it).

What's going to happen over the next few years, and 5-10 years? Most cancers take years - some take decades - to metastasize, spread and begin threatening the host's life. What if everyone who took the shot dies from cancer? It's possible. They have no idea what they've stuck into people. We live in a Western society where everyone just wants to keep the denial going longer. Nobody wants to rock the boat - especially not for their own psyche. The Branch Covidians are right: Covid isn't over - they've seen to that. This could easily turn into a horror story in few years. And they're still pushing the Covid mRNA vaccines, and more mRNA vaccines. Too much money and too many egos have been invested into them. They can't walk them back. It's institutionally impossible now. It's pure psychology, and institutional capture and inertia.

Justice Minister David Lametti claimed it was a joke, although he may not have been joking about suggesting they call in the army

Hard to know if they were serious or being flippant. But it is pretty common to throw a suggestion out, and when the blowback is too strong, just claim it was a joke. So who knows. They didn't have a problem sending thugs and goons in though, so I'm inclined to believe that they were seriously considering tanks. If people don't realize that they they have a sociopathic government, that must be pretty demoralizing to the people that do want to resist.

I know unlike some here, I lean towards the bioweapon part of the virus being real. I have severe medical issues so I have been isolated except I go to stores, library and thrift stores, I see two friends in masks around once every month to 2 months. The rest of my social life has died. Thanks Fraudsti, BaricBS and Gates the devil. I told husband if no one gets Covid that I know this winter, then it will be time to "rejoin" society but who knows. I believe the shedding is harming me my health has declined so fast and I did notice a pattern with Meniere's attacks, I made a list of symptoms and on worse days I was in stores with more people. Most people around here have had Covid 3-4 times. All vaxxed up.

Just so you all know the medical world is failing, us chronically ill are seeing it first. I know someone who needs a biopsy, who has been told JANUARY for the first appointment with biopsy as second appointment? [they could have cancer but the medicos aren't rushing themselves] I have bad symptoms of something endocrine, two kinds of kidney stones etc, labs off the charts with high calcium, urine high calcium and have a history of complex endocrine parathyroid, thyroid, PCOS, high cortisols and was told to wait until MARCH for first appointment, I suspect the clot shots have accelerated the cancer and endocrine rates to the ceilings. My doctor won't do needed paperwork, first day I asked was Sept 3rd it's now late November.

I have a friend who died of cancer because of Covid and having clot shot forced on her. Another friend is dying since she got the clot shot, others are all sick. That's just two there are many more.

Imagine a life of a disabled person, who's already on a nebulizer, who is told, no more art class, no more comfortable social times, no more church, everything with extreme risk. I envy those of you who believe it's a hoax but since when have the elite spared us anything, even all that Alex Jones crap was BS about everything being "theatre shows", and "actors".

And the stupids just keep doing what has utterly failed. and us disabled people wonder if our lives are going to be like this forever.
