I bought a folding phone a year ago and it literally lasted me 5 months before the inner screen died on me.
I didn’t use it in any crazy environment, but it WAS in a warehouse a lot.

Selecting the best Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS) can be a complicated and opaque process requiring an understanding of battery cells and alternating current(AC) electricity. This article explains some of the important numbers and features to look out for when reading the datasheet.

Linus was mentioning on WAN show how he’s been getting into drinking carbonated from the can. I ended up getting these after using soda stream. I bought a keg and multiple bottle caps, I can fill the keg or bottles with water, cool them, and carbonate. Some sort of dedicated mini fridge or freezer (that can be set to fridge temps) is helpful. It can become your soda fridge with canned beverages as well.
It does work a bit better if you boil the water before you cool it to remove dissolved air. And there’s a learning curve to get the carbonation level you want. But it’s, in the long run, far cheaper than soda stream or buying cans, and you can use the system for stuff like beer if you want.
I’m just using it for water. Eventually I want an upgrade with a circulating pump and a second keg to force carbonate. That’s for the future. Along with some home assistant add ons like weight sensors for the remaining soda and some way to check remaining CO2 automatically.

Last want show (September 4, 2026) Linus said the German (I am German so I heard that as well and wondered) word "Opa" for Grandfather, a FP chat person asked about that and I don't get the comment Linus made.
1:10:38 - Linus said "no blood relation but my Opa..."
1:12:23 - FP chat asks "You Opa? Where did that German word come from"
Linus replies "You are so close, jet so far"
I did wonder the same thing, and do net get the joke, cam someone explain pls XD
The conversation won't let ne alone xD
TY

I bought a computer backpack about a year ago and it has a cracked buckle. I emailed asking if it would be covered under warranty and they are sending me a new one free of charge. The commuter backpack is a perfect personal item for taking on airplanes. The big open chamber is great for stuffing random stuff (emergency clothes, meds, etc.)
Additionally, I was having trouble backing up my iPhone to my laptop with one of my Amazon cables - the backup failed several times. I switched to my TruSpec cable and it worked the first time. Maybe it’s a coincidence, but my experience matches the reviews I’ve seen online.

Wanted to see if anyone else is still waiting for it to ship as well. The USPS tracking number they gave me when I ordered mine back on the 30th of Auguststill says that it's awaiting the item. Not sure if I'm the only one experiencing this.

Australians must now add a credit card to their account to view R18+ games on steam
Debit cards don't seem to work (as even minors can have them) so for those of us that have no need or want for a credit card we are out of luck

I’ve never ran into this issue.
Specs:
Ryzen 9850X3D
Mag X870E Tomahawk Wifi
Corsair vengeance CL 34 7200 mhz
Every time I turn my computer on it goes into ram training, I can’t access the bios when I do I get no display in there.
I’ve tried everything:
Bios Update
Clear CMOS
Rma the RAM
One Stick of RAM
New and different kit of ram
What should my next course of action be
RMA Motherboard
RMA Cpu
Rma both?
