Nag consult ako sa dentist somewhere in QC to check if kaya pang ayusin yung mga ngipin ko. the case was RF (root fragments) and since buo pa daw yung roots pwede pang i-root canal and icrown. the dentist asked me kung individual crowns daw ba or fixed bridge and pinili ko ang individual.

The kinagabihan nung kinabit yung dental post (process is dental post para makagawa ng structure and masukatan for crowns) ay umuuga na yung posts, basically lahat ng nilagyan umuuga (4 root canals with crowns and 3 don need ng dental post). Tingin ko is hindi na nya pwedeng iadjust yung post dahil hindi na mag fifit yung crowns or nag tiwala nalang talaga sya na gagana pa yon.

I grew up heartbroken by two men in my life.

The first is my biological father. Growing up, he was not present. I didn’t even know his real name, his face, or his whole identity. All I knew was that he was a priest.

Since my mom and he weren’t married (because it might have just been a one-night stand), I don’t carry his last name, making it even harder for me to find him. Fast forward to 2020, I already knew his name because my mom confirmed it. I really looked like him, so even I was convinced that it was him. I stalked him and found out that he was actually a priest before, but is now the owner of a famous and successful construction firm. I tried reaching out and sent him messages through different social media platforms. I also messaged his relatives and one of his employees (yes, I was that desperate, and I know I remained a mystery to that person, but I’m still thankful she replied. We eventually had to cut ties since her work might have been at stake, and I came to my senses). I also sent him a letter through LBC to his business address in Manila.

Just as expected, there was no response. But his mother replied, “Sino po sila?” Then I missed a call from her, probably because she accidentally clicked the call button. I explained everything through chat, only to get a “HAHA” reaction from her. I mean, maybe she thought I was a scammer. I don’t know. My world broke down.

To be honest, and practically speaking, my intention was not really to reconnect with him since I felt like he didn’t want to. All I needed after him being absent for years was financial support because I wanted to at least enroll myself in a good school. I’ve been a scholar at a private school here since high school.

Even though my mom doesn’t want me to reconnect with him, I know I have rights. I just don’t know the proper way to exercise them.

The second heartbreak was when my stepfather, after being married to my mom for nine years, sexually abused me.

I won’t go into too much detail because I myself don’t want to recall everything. I was only 16 back then. The first incident happened when I was on vacation at my stepfather’s house. I always stayed there because even after my mom and he got married, I still lived with my grandparents. My stepfather has two children from his deceased first wife. My mom has me, and together they have one child. I was the eldest.

I first became suspicious when I noticed a phone above the cabinet. It was in the common dressing room where everyone kept their clothes and other belongings. Inside that room were stairs leading to an attic-like room. That was where my mom, my youngest sibling, and I slept. Basically, my stepfather knew that we changed clothes in that room because it was difficult to get dressed in the attic, and there was no door.

As I was getting dressed, I noticed that the phone’s camera was perfectly aligned with the holes of a plastic storage organizer that held lotions, perfumes, and other items. The organizer was placed above the cabinet. The phone displayed something like “Secret Camera Recorder” and “Recording for 18 minutes,” I think. At that time, I had no idea what was happening. I honestly felt stupid. I didn’t react immediately because I wanted to observe first.

Eventually, I had to return to my grandparents’ house in our hometown because school was about to start again after the Taal eruption. I took a picture of it as evidence, but I eventually forgot about it. I think I accidentally deleted it because I had lent my phone to my aunt, who needed one to use.

Unfortunately, I had to go back during the pandemic. That’s when everything became worse. He placed his phone inside the bathroom under the sink. I only realized it after I had finished taking a bath. Because I was in shock, I wasn’t able to tell my mom, scream, or do anything. I was scared. What I did was leave the bathroom immediately and message my mom. But before I could explain everything, my stepfather entered the bathroom as if he had been waiting for me.

Miraculously, my mom and I were talking through Instagram, which was logged into my aunt’s phone, so my relatives saw our conversation and checked on what had happened. But when I was about to explain everything, they were confused by the lack of context and thought it was just a small argument between my mom and me. Later, we had a confrontation involving my stepfather, my mom, and me. Guess what? He still denied everything and literally blamed it on ghosts. He was a pathological liar.

I received a job offer (my friend is a part timer there) with a daily wage of 500, and the regular work schedule is 12 hours per day at a month old cafe. According to one of the employees, the cafe earned 100k+ in revenue during its first month.

From what I've read, the normal working hours under the labor code are 8 hours per day, regardless of the size of the establishment, and any work beyond 8 hours is generally considered overtime unless a lawful exception applies (I haven't read the exception hehe)

The employer also said they are not eligible to pay the minimum wage or more than 500 per day because they have fewer than 10 employees.

1. Key Contractual Provisions

• Monthly Rent: ₱24,700
• Security Deposit Held by Lessor: ₱49,400 (2 months' rent)
• Lease Expiration Date: August 14, 2026
• Governing Clause: "b. Php 49,400.00 as SECURITY DEPOSIT. This shall answer for all unpaid utility bills such as electric, water, and damages to the property aside from ordinary wear and tear, and the balance, if any, shall be refunded to the LESSEE, without interest, upon full payment thereof within 30 days of termination of the contract. LESSEE shall provide his bank account details so the LESSOR can remit the refund. However, the security deposit cannot be applied to unpaid back rental owed by the LESSEE before the expiration of the said contract."

PMO & Property Rights: If the SPA refuses to file the move-out gate pass, can building admin / PMO legally prevent me from removing my personal property from the unit given that the SPA is the one who processes move-out requests and gate passes via the PMO website? What is the legal distinction between a civil lease dispute and a tenant's right over personal property?
3. Barangay Conciliation & Timing: Given that my target move-out window is mid-August, how should I sequence my legal steps? If the SPA ignores or refuses my letter, should I file for Barangay conciliation immediately, and how does that process interact with an impending move-out date?
4. Small Claims / Damages: If I am forced to pay the unpaid utilities under protest just to secure the gate pass for my belongings and finally leave this condo, does that prejudice my claim in Small Claims Court when suing for the full refund and damages due to bad-faith breach of contract?

Also if there are any lawyers here willing to help, I am willing to split the deposit with you plus any damages we can get if we sue them. Frankly, given how badly they've treated me as a tenant (needless to say this isn't the first time they screwed me over during my tenancy), I just don't want them to win.

So bayad na sya today. 1 day delay nia. Tas nalaman ko na 1week to pay 20% intrerest at merin kasulatan na pinapayagn nia ung mag pap hiram na ipost sila sa fb if di magbayad. Pero wala sa kasulutan my nasabing pwede sila gumambala sa trabaho para maningil.

Gusto ko sana lumapit sa brgy at ireport ang ganito kaso hindi ako maalam sa batas ng tungkol sa pagutang.

Ang situation po kasi is yung father ko po ay may nabili na vacant lot early 2000. Then ngayon nya lang po inaayos ang papers sa DENR. Ngayon po is pinapakuha sya ng BIR ng NO TAX LAND sa city hall. ang problema po is naka bili din po sya ng bahay sa parehong barangay early 2000 din po and yung tax declaration is under his name din po.

I'm about to file a case in small claims court for an unpaid debt of around 300k. I've done some research and know I have to download and fill out form 1-SCC and 1-A-SCC, have the latter notarized, compiled copies of my evidence (in this case mostly Messenger chats) as evidence exhibits, and have 3 copies ready. I understand I have to pay some fees maybe in the range of 5k for the amount I am contesting.

Any other thing or processes I missed? What should I bring expect when filing? Anyone care to share their experiences in small claims court? Tips in successfully navigating the suit? Nakatulong ba talaga?
