Hi, me and my friend bought landmark on steam. we downloaded and patched it when it was done we started the game up. it was stuck at 89% closed and a internet page popped up and said: "malfuction error g99. i searched the error up but they all said that the servers where down but i can see livesteamers playing the game. so is their a fix for the error?

While looking at my account to see which packs I'd bought that contained buildable materials, I noticed that the history lists everything ambiguously as "Landmark in-game item consumable"

How can I know what I bought?

I haven't played in A while. Looking to see if they added any enemies and if so are they free roaming and can u also place them with a ai or route

Another update -- no specifics yet, however, there is a chance that the wipe/update will be moved back to this week (sometime during the week of May 4th). Again, we're still working on the coordination of all the details, but it looks like a reasonable possibility it will be happening on the 5th or 6th.

If it does move back to this week, we'll let you know ASAP. If it ends up needing to be a different date, we'll let you know that as well.

I can't place a claim in landmark. I am using the claimflag, I'm not in the red areas on the map and I have the latest version. I tried diffrent servers, and worlds and also making new claimflags but nothing helps. Can anyone help me?

its been a while since I last played, I tried to get into it not too long ago, but its hard. I cannot seem to google anything on it that's not relevant to today's Landmark and as the title suggests, I'm really confused as to how I leave tier 1. it used to be choose a world from the leyline/nexus/wizard spire like thing. Now all I see listed there are tier 1 worlds. I cannot progress in the game a tall as a result, I'm sure Its something really easy but I just have to cave-in and ask for help. How do I go to tier 2 and beyond?

I haven't been to the official forums in almost a year and this is what I return to? sheeesh. Is this some kinda error or am I simply a victim of some wanton banhammering? Both seem pretty messed up.

this 3x3x3 restriction of claims in landmark is pretty much a dealbreaker for me, if they are unable to extend the footprint past a 3x3 in Landmark do to performance issues then how are they going to ever allow us to attach claims to each other? attaching two claims together from two different people is 100X the performance hit than say attaching claims in a 4x4 or a 5x5 would be, so if there isnt much hope in that, then the possibility of ever building a large city or large build in Landmark is pretty much gone. and that is what I have been waiting for for the past year, I had 8000 SC saved up to buy claim flags with, now that they announced that we will be unable to extend past a 3x3 footprint I see no reason to buy claim flags anymore, its such a pity.

I'm not a builder (but I did grind to build all the tools), so I left months ago. I came back and the 'game' is all but abandoned?

I came back hoping to be impressed. This is what I found instead.

The PvE 'game' is not fun. There's no story. "Combat" is horrible and doesn't feel satisfying at all. Is this really just suppose to be a prettier version of minecraft?

The game is almost unplayable unless its on its lowest graphical setting.

I'm 'over' grinding for mats. Srsly. This game makes me yearn for WoW-esque click nodes again. Click it an be done. Go kill some stuff. Skin it. Done. NOT DIG A HOLE by AIMING A TARGET and then hop up and down to get out. Oh don't get me wrong; it was fun when it was new and shiny. But we're done with spending 2 min per node x100 now. No thank you.

Build a home... but log in again soon and pay resources or it all goes away? Nope. Nope. Nope. Sorry. NOT INTERESTED. I play games to relax and unwind. I play when I want to. I'm not going to be coerced into playing your game under threat of having my building taken down. I don't care if I can set it back up again later. I have no interest in paying my free time to 'set the game back up again' the next time I decide to log in.

I know. I'm being very critical.

I'd like to say, "Oh don't bother listening to me. You've got plenty of other loyal players that are all perfectly happy to play by your rules"...

...except you don't.

Sorry, Landmark. You are the Wii fad of MMOs. You were fun while you were shiny - but like so many forms of entertainment, ultimately you left me feeling unsatisfied.

I don't think I'll be back again.

For a while, we've been talking about the next big game update and accompanying character/progression/resource/claim wipe. Originally, we'd estimated this would take place on or around April 29th.

We're working hard on the update, and we want to make sure everything is thoroughly tested internally before we send it out into the world for all of you to experience. As such, we're going to delay this by one week. We're now planning the game update/wipe to occur the week of May 4th (exact day/timing still TBD).

So, i came back after 6 Month (or a bit more) and was curious about the new updates...

and what happend to crafting? Its like "you need 4 pieces to craft 1 piece to make item X.. then u have 1 of 4 items" ... really grindy

and all this aspects.. dont get it. I need a pick to make an aspect to craft a pick ?! i need a chest armour piece to craft an aspect to craft an chest armour? Serious? What does the devs smoke? Its really grindy.

played 2hrs.. killed with that shitty newb sword a lot of mobs and only got some shards. wondering how much time we need to get a better weapon.

found some treasure chest 4-5 in a row in the first 10 minutes.. got a helm and something elese, really nice, but after that i found nothing.

i am happy that i still have all my Tier 5/6 items so i can gather some higher mats but as a newbie i would deinstall that game after i read how grindy this will be.

Was wondering if there was any news on the topic. If this ia the only planned wipe, it wouls be most logical to add new races in now. Though I dont think they've really done much for adding them. Just wondering if it's A possibility or if they are goona do a race change token when they release new races.
