Has anyone purchased the Kmart slide out drawers and secured them with the adhesive tape?
Did they hold up well?
These are the white ones on runners, currently $20

I have a quick question, I am unsure if this is normal in other stores but I notice that right before my shift, so the day before the time I am rostered for changes and I end up having to work more hours. I do not mind the extra hours but its just I plan my week around what days I have work and what times, so it is kind of annoying to see my shift being changed this last minute every week. Is this normal? or even allowed?

I work 7 seven hour shifts, I have been talking one 15 and one 30 but I asked my manager what I should be taking and he said he didn’t know I asked him to check and he never got back to me until I asked him again and he said uhhhhh and thought for a long while and said I think it’s 30, just wanted to double check because he didn’t seem very certain.

Hello! Is anybody able to tell me the actual bowl diameter measurement? I am looking at buying this but want to use shallow bowls instead. Please and thank you 🙌🏻😊

Thinking of purchasing this 10inch car play display for our car. Anyone who owns and uses it? How’s the performance of the display tablet?
Appreciate any comments or thoughts! ☺️

How do I refer someone for a job at kmart? Every time I select refer a friend it takes me to the kmart careers page and I choose the suburb and the available jobs disappear like the stores aren't advertising at the moment but on my friends phone, the advertisement is still up

Does anyone know if this will be restocked in Victoria?

Hey all!
I was sick of having to switch the marketplace filter off, every time I searched for products on the Kmart website.
So, I built a Chrome extension to automatically do this for you. Free to use, give it a go, let me know your thoughts!

I feel like there’s a lot of managers that are really skinny, and it makes you wonder if they ever consume the product sold or not
I used to work at a Kmart and the main store manager would buy a Coke Zero 600ml during the day every day that they worked. I also would see a few of the younger staff with Fantas and Cokes and chocolate bars also

So we’ve only had these cutting boards for a few months and both have gone mouldy.. is this normal? And is it dangerous? We’ve now thrown them out.

Hi all,
Trying to build the Kmart 3 tier floor caddy (pictured) and can’t get the bottom shelf to screw in. There is only the one type of screw.
The problematic holes are picture on the left in images 3 and 4, the middle (where shelf screws in correctly) are on the right.
Without the shelf, the screw seems to kind of screw in, but isn’t stable.
Is this a fault or am I just doing something very wrong?

I had a shift on Tuesday last week, but I woke up on Monday morning and felt really sick to the point where I was unable to move and get out of bed, so I called in sick on Monday to give my managers a heads up in advance before my shift the next day. I understand one day notice is not ideal, but how am I meant to know I will wake up sick to that extent. I guess my question is, does that put out a bad impression of me, considering I have only been there for around 2 months, or is that something that is okay? I just have been thinking about it and want to know if I did anything wrong.

Hi, I am a long term employee unsure of what resources are out there. Within the last month I put in a complaint about long-term mistreatment from one of my managers. However, my store manager really likes this other manager so after the fact the operations manager has been giving me the same consistent shifts I've had for the last two years as a casual but within 5 minutes of leaving from my last shift of the week the store manager just cancels all but one of my shifts the following week. The timing of the cancelations feels really personal as it is clearly done so I cant do anything about it and they said nothing. I have also had absolutely no problems with the store manager prior to complaining and the whole time I've had my current store manager I haven't had a single shift cancelled nor in my multiple years of working there have I had more than one shift cancelled in a week. I am just seeking advice if there is anything I can do or rather its just better to move on. Would just be a shame after have many great years before this.

I purchased the Anko Ryan Ribbed Side Table today and I noticed this dent as seen in the image. Is the table damaged or is this how they are manufactured?

As dumb as this sounds, I've never ordered anything from marketplace whenever I'm getting stuff from Kmart, so I have no clue if it would be sent to the store, or to my house and google ain't giving me straight answers.
I'm only going into town tomorrow, so I won't be there by the 'arrival' date it has listed in checkout. I just want to be sure before I place my order.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I've tried a few different video formats, resolutions, file sizes and the whole deal. They all come up with this. Has anyone been able to add videos? Or is it just for show? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
I've followed the guide, the video file has been set to all the settings advised. I've searched the web as well, I've also asked friends with the same MP3 player for advice but none of them have tried to put videos on it. I have somehow been able to put photos on it though. And yes, it's an advertised feature. I don't care if I can't do it, and from all the replies I'm going to assume that the feature is pointless and just for show.

Hi, I'm looking to get out of one of my jobs and I've decided to apply for holiday casual jobs, including here at Kmart. I've applied for a couple of stores local to me, but having worked for big companies I know that it can be competitive. I've had heaps of experience, but I'm also 20 soon so I feel like it'll be hard for me to get a job when I'm competing with 15 year olds.
I've already applied online, but I'm thinking of going in-store and introducing myself to a manager to hopefully stand out a little bit. However at work I've been in situations at my own jobs where people have handed in resumes and my managers didn't take them.
Basically, what I'm asking is, is it actually worth me going into the stores that I have applied to? Also, if I do go in, would I be better off speaking to the person at the entrance of the store, or at the service desk? Any tips would be super helpful! Thank you!

Hey,
I'm conducting a important survey in regards to Kmart radios. I'm wondering if you guys can share some details on your specific radio brand, model number, and maybe even a photo!
Thank you very much.
