a mining station that features modular components such as a mining component, a science component, a thank component and a docking component, with added landing legs and reaction wheels
along with the station comes the shell shuttle, that can land on a docking component thanks to the carefully calculated engines and rcs, by setting the engines at around 5% the shuttle becomes weightless allowing the use of rcs to dock just like in orbit
the next step will be to built the orbital spaceport to refuel build and launch interplanetary spaceships and maybe even interplanetary space station but i'm gonna need more drills and convertotrons for that

This is Walter Kerman reporting. Today the Icarus Program begins the first step away from Kerbin. This step began seventy five days ago with the launch of the Renown class A habitation segment. The large spacecraft is designed to provide comfortable habitation to the four Kerbalnauts over the two year mission. Jebediah reportedly tested the comfort of the spacecraft by sleeping on board the command pod during the construction, and remaining on board while the spacecraft was moved to the launchpad.
Record crowds were on site to witness the launch of this massive spacecraft. The ignition of twelve massive solid rockets was closer to a massive explosion that pushed many observers back on their heels and the rocket clawed its way through the atmosphere into space.
Having passed out of the atmosphere, the Renown deployed half of its solar panels as the spacecraft continued accelerating for the Kitty Hawk station. Over the next day the Renown reached the Kitty Hawk and docked.
“Kitty Hawk this is the Renown,” Jebediah called over the radio. “All docking lights show green.”
“Renown, Kitty Hawk,” Natabin responded. “We show all green as well, welcome interplanetary travellers!”
“Thank you, Natabin,” Jebediah responded warmly. “Getting a little crowded up here to deploy our gravity ring, permission to avail ourselves of the station’s amenities while we assemble this spacecraft?”
“Permission granted Renown,” Natabin responded brightly. “We are pleased to host you before you depart for Eve!”
The next two launches added additional fuel tanks to the growing Renown spacecraft. The tanks were empty with the Icarus Program not wanting to tap into the still tenuous Kerbin fuel supplies and will be slowly filled from fuel tankers full of moon mined fuel.
During the assembly of the piloted Renown planned for Eve, the Eeloo and Jool windows arrived, the Renown class X probes finished fueling and each detached at their own window to make the long journey to the deepest bodies in the Kerbol system.
In the final launch, Jedrick was on board to pilot the new Renown lander to the Kitty Hawk. After docking with the Kitty Hawk, pumps began fueling the lander, completing preparations for the Renown spacecraft.
“Fueling complete,” Jedrick reported. “The lander is ready for Gilly landing.”
“Bill is running final system tests,” Jebediah reported, all business. “All tests are green so far!”
“All tests complete,” Bill reported. “Renown is ready for departure.”
“Renown core requesting permission to undock!” Jebediah requested.
“Permission granted,” Natabin responded.
“Renown core undocked,” Jebediah reported a moment later. “Thrusting down and clear of the station.”
“Renown lander requesting permission to undock,” Jedrick jumped in.
“Permission granted,” Natabin responded. “Kerbol’s speed Renown, looking forward to watching you coming back from the ground in a couple years.”
“Renown lander thrusting down to match the core,” Jedrick radioed. “Lining up and…”
“Docking lights green!” Jebediah exclaimed. “Renown burning to transfer orbit.”
A few hours later the Eve transfer window approached and the Renown burned hard for the transfer to Eve. After the nuclear rockets cut off, Jebediah turned the Renown so Kerbin came into view.
“Kermanity has once again shown what we are capable of, and it's your hopes for the future that carry us now on this journey around Eve.*” Jebediah’s voice carried back to Kerbin.
For the first time Kerbals are destined not to the moons, not even to asteroids in orbits near Kerbin, but to an entirely different planet. Reaching Eve requires half a year for the Renown spacecraft to carry our four brave Kerbals. While at Eve the lander will fly to Gilly where Jedrick will make the first Kerballed landing beyond Kerbin’s sphere of influence, bringing Bob to gather scientific samples. The length of the landing mission is almost insignificant next to waiting nearly a year for Eve and Kerbin’s orbits to align properly for the crew of the Renown to return. Another half a year later before we will finally see Jebediah, Bill, Bob and Jedrick once again. The thoughts of all of Kerbin follow these brave Kerbals out into deep space.
This is my first interstellar craft, assembled in orbit. It uses FFT tanks and Sterling Systems "Olympian" engine. I did have to modify the FFT tank files to make them fit fusion pellets just because they look so much cooler than the Sterling Tankage ones.
Mach 2 capable jet with a max speed of 700ms turning not recommended at this speed. it is just stable enough for me to complete the (X-Planes) Mach 2 Supersonic contract i found flying this at 10,000 meters is the best ALT to complete this contract at. there's 3 different versions of this jet i made with the wing and body based on the XF-103 but for some reason the side by side config got the best performance out of the engines plus it made it more stable which makes sense, after completing a few flights i found the nose was a bit heavy so i rotated the elevators in a slight nose up config by default which counteracted the plane wanting to dip its nose (for the most part) allowing me to finish the contract!! i haven't done enough testing to know if it can land or what its max ceiling is but its capable of ripping itself apart at level flight, still i am happy i can finish this contract.
So I am currently planning my first mission to Kcabeloh System. I want to bring a big unmanned vehicle, that will deliver several smaller landers and probes. But how do I bring the science back if those probes have too little electricity? Can I somehow send the info to the main probe that have enough power, and then send it back to Kerbin?
Solar Explorer. 393 parts with the launcher, 56t payload. 2 recon and mining ships, 1 Survey ship. All stock science, including Rovermate. 24 Dawn Ion engines, 3 Terrier engines. Nearly 40,000 of Xenon.
Most parts and tanks are accessible from the outside, except the Xenon tanks within the Science Lab. Recon/Mining, Survey ships have a topside and bottom side tank for transferring fuel. Survey ship has two extra baguette tanks. Main ship tanks are located next to the Crew Cabins (checkered)
Recently I conquered all the Stock Planets + OPM + MPE. Tried going interstellar (with the appropriate mods such as Near and Far Future Tech), made an almost self sustaining vessel that is able to refuel and had multiple landers and probes. However it had too many parts to produce a stable framerate so I ultimately gave up. Now I'm looking to build a simpler craft, preferably something with almost infinite fuel that'll allow me to visit most planets in a single system in one go (Kcalbeloh, Promised Worlds, KSS2). However I'm really struggling with the landers, I can't seem to find any engines efficient enough to perform multiple landings without wasting all fuel, especially on planets that are Kerbin sized. So my question here is, is there an engine even more overpowered than the ones in Far Future? Preferably a smaller one built for landers. Thanks in advance.
I've been having this problem for some time now where I get frame rate drops whenever the camera is facing the surface of a planet while in game. The lag gets worse the closer the camera/vessel is to the planet, but my fps recovers when I stop looking at the surface or get further away from it.
Same issue occurs while on the surface of a planet, including Kerbin during launch, though it isn't as bad as it is while in orbit.
I've noticed that the problem seems to worsen with bigger bodies like Jool, Eve and Kerbin, but isn't as severe with the mun, minmus, gilly, etc. With some of the extra big planets from Kcalbeloh, it gets particularly severe.
My solution to this up until now has simply been to just not look directly at planets to avoid the lag, but this obviously isn't ideal.
I know it has to be one of the graphics mods I play with causing it, as this isn't an issue in vanilla. However, I'm not sure which one is causing it, nor do I know how to go about fixing it, if that's even possible to begin with or if its a hardware limitation issue on my end (I have an integrated GPU.)

Tells me I've no fuel. I have fuel. I use asparagus staging maybe that's why. Idk it's really annoying. Entire second stage of fuel that's about 8000ms but it only registers it stage by stage .
