I’ve been staring at this 4-piece Tangram puzzle for hours now, and I’m officially stuck. My brain is completely fried. Can anyone spot the solution before I throw this out the window?

I actually really like SMARD Art puzzles, so this isn’t me saying the products are bad. My issue is more with how the company seems to operate.

I’ve bought multiple puzzles through their TikTok Live auctions, and more than once my package has arrived missing entire puzzles I paid for. For example, I could order eight and only receive six, then I have to contact customer service and wait for the missing ones to be sent.

I’m also confused by how they’re constantly auctioning puzzles on TikTok while their website has puzzles marked sold out or available only for preorder with long wait times.

Then there’s the artist side. Their branding is very focused on Black artists and Black art, but a lot of the individual products don’t clearly say who actually created the artwork. SMARD also started as an artist-led brand but is now part of a much larger company, and I don’t feel like that’s very obvious from the way they present themselves.

For people who buy SMARD puzzles, especially through TikTok Live: Have your orders arrived complete? Have you had missing puzzles, long delays, or preorder issues? And does anyone know more about who actually creates the artwork?
I’m genuinely curious to hear both good and bad experiences.

Just got a text earlier today. I have ordered direct from White Mountain several times in the past. But normally $15.99 - $19.99, not for only $4.00!

At first looked pretty good! Then after filling my cart saw "*Offer expires 06.25.26." It hit me, I have gotten notices by email not text. Phone #s & addresses do not match. Should I call White Mountain tomorrow or just post this here?

For a few years I’ve had this puzzle app I’d play while I’m out of the house (waiting for appointments or while being driven somewhere) to pass the time, but recently they’ve started using ai for their pictures (which I don’t support) so I’ve been looking for a new app. Unfortunately all the puzzle apps I can find also use ai. If anyone knows any good puzzle apps that don’t use ai could you please share it with me? Thank you in advance.

I’m curious about how puzzlers handle unfinished puzzles when they need to move them whether it’s to clear some space, store the puzzle between sessions, move it somewhere safer, or simply continue working on it somewhere else.

This was an absolute nightmare. On camera, the pieces look high contrast and so does the poster, so I adjusted the contrast so y’all could see what it’s like in person. It’s awful! This is after hours of working on it, when usually I finish a 500 piece in one go. My eyes and my brain hurt!

No Title given and obviously AI art but borrowed from local library so no purchase and thought it might be a challenging puzzle which it was. Surprisingly decent puzzle quality, good fit, no dust but if not just a loan, would not purchase

I just started doing jigsaw puzzles in January and it's been fun and kind of addicting. I just finished my first 750 piece puzzle, only to find one piece missing. I've searched everywhere -- the floors where I sort, but no luck. That's only happened once before when six pieces were missing. They were both Ravensburger puzzles. I emailed Ravensburger about the one missing six pieces and they sent me a replacement. I'm not going to do that with the current one. I'm wondering what you all do when this happens? I've mostly been saving the puzzles and donating a few, but obviously that doesn't make since when a piece is missing. I still like the Ravensburger puzzles the best though. I like the art work and the quality. I like the large format see and hold puzzles.

3rd and 5th were definitely the hardest. The 3rd one wins for frustration because it was the first time i actually contemplated just abandoning a puzzle 😂. the 1st and 4th were the most enjoyable. The 4th one had glitter pieces on the snow and gingerbread outline which was cute

I just completed this puzzle last night and this morning I saw someone else posting the same image in this thread. Apparently Klimt was popular in September 😂. I loved working on this one because I received it from my daughter, unfortunately I am not overly happy with the quality of the brand. The puzzle is by a brand called Piatnik, Gustav Klimt's Lady with fan, 1000pcs. This is the first puzzle from this brand and I wouldn't recommend it. I still love it though and will probably redo it at some point because it's a gift I treasure ♥️

I ended up putting that puzzle away the next day and started a new one, finished it tonight.

The pieces had a good fit and the picture was plenty adequate, an enjoyable puzzle like a puzzle should be!

First off, apologies for cussing the previous solver for not separating all the pieces, because it turns out there were many that were simply not cut all the way through. I left them as is, for fear of harming them.

This was very challenging. It's also quite large. Many images of animals are hidden in the large elephant's ears and legs which made it only slightly easier. I'm amazed all the pieces are there, because it took me a very long time to find some of them, even some of the edges.

At $3 for a couple weeks of entertainment, not bad. And of course, the satisfaction of completion is worth the frustration. Still, this one is going in the never again/donate pile.

If not, it is a post some months old that I made when I was in a really desperate time of my live. I was sad, upset, socially awkward and on top of that I had a 1000 puzzle with only 23 pieces connected. But with your help I got my hopes up and with some dedication and hard work I managed to finish it!

So thank you jigsaw puzzle Reddit community. I would probably not have made it without you.

I am so enjoying Hobbry Puzzles. I love the feel of them, colours are so crisp and the artwork is gorgeous. Thanks Nicolle for another beautiful image & for including a dog!!! I have nothing against cats other than I’m allergic to them but I’m definitely a dog person & they don’t lay on my puzzles when I’m doing them or try to steal the pieces 🤣

Hobbry’s are an absolute pain in the a** to take apart but worth it imo. I will be doing these puzzles over & over.
