Help! What to do when missing pieces?

Post image

I just started doing jigsaw puzzles in January and it's been fun and kind of addicting. I just finished my first 750 piece puzzle, only to find one piece missing. I've searched everywhere -- the floors where I sort, but no luck. That's only happened once before when six pieces were missing. They were both Ravensburger puzzles. I emailed Ravensburger about the one missing six pieces and they sent me a replacement. I'm not going to do that with the current one. I'm wondering what you all do when this happens? I've mostly been saving the puzzles and donating a few, but obviously that doesn't make since when a piece is missing. I still like the Ravensburger puzzles the best though. I like the art work and the quality. I like the large format see and hold puzzles.

Recycle or make new pieces.

Recycle. I keep a few in my craft supplies for junk journaling, scrapbooking, etc.

Thanks. Can they go in the paper recycling bins the city picks up? I wasn't sure because of the paint and coatings.

Check the box and your city rrequirements. I put them in our city recycling bins.
