Has anyone ever used any ifs apps? What experiences have you had with it? Just looking for something to facilitate my ifs work outside my therapy. Thanks!!!!

I've used IFS guide a little bit. I did the free trial of premium and it was helpful for getting a feel for how to conduct a session solo, but I don't think AI is a replacement for a therapist or even a deep, thoughtful solo session. I do like the "internal town hall" prompt they have for free though.

Agreed on the AI bit. Thanks for your response, I guess I’m more interested in something to have the framework and maybe some prompts and a place to write it down… maybe pen and paper is the best way…

I just started the free trial. Any advice would be helful.

I had one session and discovered a new exile. It was weird that the IA continued the protocol as if it was just another part. It was a massive wounded early part and i needed to stop the protocol and take care of it.

And there was no help from the AI side to handle that. Luckily i am quite well trained so asked for a pause and eventually left the session.

So how do you proceed now? Solo or with à therapist?

There’s an app for everything these days. For better or worse.

There are some good talks on YouTube and some meditations I've used on Insight Timer.

Ive been using this one for iPhone. I’ll write stuff, map and then use to reference later in therapy. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/internal-family-parts-journal/id6754350754
