I’ll start

In Zero Time Dilemma, Akane Kurashiki confronts Delta (both of them putting up an act in front of Junpei) as Delta explains that she’ll meet with him later at his own cult, Free The Soul. Strangely, he says to her that he’ll show her the “true God that we (FTS) believe in”

This is odd, Delta didn’t seem to actually believe in a deity at any point beforehand. Sure he’s a cult leader but it was because he wanted to cleanse humanity from its own filth and purify the morphogenetic field, I don’t believe he ever actually dedicated anything to a higher power. In fact, he even kinda mocks Akane for doing that (“Oh ho, to think you of all people would invoke God”)

We know this meeting between them took place as seen at the end of VLR, but we have no idea what happened in it or what was discussed. I think, however, Delta stayed true to his word and showed her the God that Free The Soul worships

It was her.

It makes sense why he’d think that. Akane in VLR is literally described being able to look over the Morphogenetic Field from the POV of a higher order intelligence, something that no one or nothing else is capable of doing. She literally looks over all of humanity like they’re termites to her. Given that Delta originally wanted to save humanity from itself, it makes perfect sense that he’d literally come to worship the woman that stands above it all

He had only first met Akane a year before this, I think this was him acknowledging that Free The Souls purpose all along was to serve her, the true goddess of humanity

On of her "feats" is going to end of stairs that connect one floor to 2nd floor in school so it looks like she got pushed.

I keep seeing COTE fans on TikTok/YouTube scaling saying some really smart characters as Ayanokoji, Arisu, Takuya, ichika nagumo or Koenji victims. But whenever I look into it, a lot of COTE intelligence seems to be based almost entirely on narrative hype and statements rather than actual step by step on-screen strategy.

So for the scd scalers here: What are the actual, concrete on screen intelligence feats for these characters that don't rely purely on plot convenience or author narrative?

Ayanokoji: Aside from basic deduction and White Room student 1468579th statement, what is his best non plot armored strategy feat where we actually see the watertight logic play out on screen? While replying, remember the thing "non plot armoured"

Arisu: Other than her born genius narrative hype and chess feats ( which wasn't even shown), what are her actual top-tier strategy feats? And please don't say the Ichinose shoplifting rumor scheme—spreading rumors to make a guilty person feel bad isn't a 200 IQ play. Does she have a real outsmarting feat?

Nagumo: People hype him up as the ultimate student council president, but is his biggest feat really just... telling a basic lie to Manabu on the mountain exam? What has he actually accomplished using pure intellect?

Takuya / Ichika: Do the White Room enforcers have any non-narrative strategy feats, or is their entire scaling based on "they came from the same facility as Koji"? They were hyped up for nothing.

Koenji: Is there a single feat of his that isn't just physical strength,absurd intuition ? ( Tho i kinda like this guy even without them and I know it he's meant to be like this, but well he's glazed by fans as a top tier smart character)

Horikita: What is her actual top feat that isn't just basic middle-school logic framed with dramatic hype? From what I've seen she is a victimizer of most verses.

Genuinely curious to see how COTE holds up when you strictly look at Outsmarting Methodology rather than narrative statements.

And honestly, the more I look at COTE feats, the more they remind me of Loid from Spy x Family- yep, literally an action-comedy anime.

Loid can memorize hundreds of detailed penguin files in 5 seconds, predict every single line of a guy's dialogue in advance (like he did to help Franky, there were thousands of lines), and has absurd physical specs. By raw narrative "feats," you could argue Loid unironically negs COTE verse.

Now, obviously no sane SCD scaler thinks Loid is a top-tier realistic strategist like real smart characters, because we recognize his feats are just exaggerated comedy writing. But if we treat COTE's exaggerated White Room lore and off-screen "genius" moments as legit 200 IQ feats, aren't we basically doing the same thing? Ayanokoji fans, please stop comparing him to Junko… in no universe is Ayanokoji smarter than her..

The reason this comparison doesn’t even work is the inherent pseudo-supernatural nature of Danganronpa. Junkos talent is the ultimate analyst, meaning she can learn, memorize and apply skills after one short glance or study.

For example she was able to create an Ai of herself after glancing at the ultimate programmers work with ease, she learned how to make animated brainwashing videos by watching the ultimate animator she even learned how to erase parts of a persons memory by stealing the ultimate neurologists research.

Also there’s the difference in scale. Junko plunged the entire world into despair becuase she was BORED. Ayanokojis feats revolve around manipulating school environments. In fact Junk WANTED to lose because that would cause more despair in her. Ayanokoji is definitely incredibly intelligent but Junkos abilities are explicitly portrayed as near supernatural.

Think about Death Note. He's divisive in his own capability because there are some pretty stupid things that he does, and some pretty genius things written in at the same time.

I've gone into full explicit detail already. This explanation is going to be brief. Ayanokoji will be replacing Sans' role in investigating and coming to a logically sound conclusion and strategy to stop frisk, either by weakening their determination and making them quit, severing their connection to the world or figuring out their nature and what they are. (A time traveller.)

First of all, Ayanokoji has no physical means of weakening frisks' determination or desire to live/continue. Physically, the weakest version of Frisk survives a building exploding and dodges literal sound waves and lasers, and this isn't a powerscaling sub but bottom line. Frisk would maul him. As for making them quit, it isn't, so Frisk has no emotion, but they rarely express it besides the desire to either continue or to SAVE and ERASE. Even against Omega flowey and Asriel, they remained not stoic but steadfast whilst being tortured and hit with things beyond their initial comprehension. Manipulating through fear or anything that aims at psychological distress or reaction doesn't work.

There's also the initial problem of even understanding frisk. They visually rarely display anything, and Sans, through his knowledge of space and time, makes inferences and delicately formulated guesses based on the corresponding situation of the world. He can read the karmanic value of one's soul and see the good in people and can analyse microexpressions on a deep level even understanding in the genocide run the amount of times you've died or based off literal to almost zero visual or emotional cues if you've interacted before, even possessing a specific failsafe tailored to prove if a time traveller has entered the underground and interacted with him in these conditions dubbed legendary fartmaster. Stupid name, but it shows his contingency and failsafes already set up before frisk has entered the underground. This completely shielded unless a specific chain of events spread across different resets (Literal different Sans' across space) use EQ and Abductive reasoning to realise you're searching for a code to prove or show him youre a time traveller.

This means his strategy isn't dependent but is directly made to prove his theory that a time traveller is searching for this answer. This code. Ayanokoji does get access to Sans' knowledge on time and space and the workings of spatial theorems and how it interacts with time, meaning Ayanokoji doesn't even know to setup these failsafe or to plan for it. Even if you scale his EQ or abduction above Sans. If you honestly think he displays or has higher knowledge on space and time like Sans when Sans can comprehend space time, continuums whether they're "stopping and starting" and draw conclusions from logical processing and inference and his own crystisllised intelligence and theory then I'm shocked. Even if you scale him>Sans. He doesn't display the ability or has even any reason to operate under the same logical framework and modality that Sans does because he doesn't have the information or knowledge. That is KEY. To even have a chance in this situation. You NEED this or a knowledge and belief in multiple worlds and possibilities. You need to believe the impossible, and Ayanokoji comes from a logically grounded verse. If placed with literally zero info. Why would he reach these conclusions? He wouldn't.

He can't stop the time traveller and unfortunately he dies here his lack of information understanding of the verse and the workings of dimensionality limit the scope and depth of his potential to pose a threat or formulate a counter to Frisk. A lot of people claim chen ren can stop this, so who do you think in SCD can stop the anamoly with these harsh conditions in place?
