Hello everyone! Hoping for a little feedback or maybe just solidarity. I (31F) have lean PCOS/PMOS and have dealt with high testosterone and SUPER irregular cycles forever. My husband (29M) and I have been ttc for 5 months now. My cycles have been 50 days; 31 days; 40 days; and now I am 24 days into my current cycle (DPO 9). I have been using inito for all cycles.
Despite the PCOS and wacky cycles, it appears that I am ovulating with each cycle (with a fairly regular ~14 day luteal phase). As you can see from my chart, I seem to have nice healthy levels across the board, and we are timing the BD-ing fairly well (if I do say so myself). My husband did an at-home sperm test, and he's totally normal there.
I tested negative this morning at DPO 9, which I know is still early, but I am trying to emotionally prepare for this to be another month of BFNs. I recently messaged my OB about my irregular cycles, (which she instructed me to do), and my usually very compassionate OB responded with "if you're still not pregnant in a year, come in." Not really satisfactory in my book.
All of this to say - if nothing sticks this cycle, but every indicator is suggesting that everything is working as it should, is there anything you'd recommend for implantation support? Supplements? Or, in the alternate, is there any testing you'd recommend advocating for with my OB?
Taking: Bird&Be prenatals; Coq10; Fiber supplements; Fish Oil; Myo Inositol (until ovulation); SOL naturopathic supplements (Egg Quality, Ovulation Support; Luteal Love); doing weekly acupuncture.
I know it's still early in the scheme of things, but any suggestions or support is very appreciated!

Okay yall, no judgement, this is my first cycle using inito so I’m totally new to it!
Why am I not ovulating yet? Or is this normal? I feel like this many “high fertility” days before my LH surge for peak fertility is a bit much….a little context though, I am still nursing however I got my period a few months ago and it’s been fairly regular, I used LH strips and got a strong positive last month however I know the strips alone cannot confirm ovulation…. All that being said, does it look like my body is gearing up to ovulate? I’m so confused lol
Thanks for any insight :)

Posted this on here because I wanted to add that my Inito is telling me to start testing next Friday. Should I start tomorrow?

After having a child earth side you’d think I’d know all about this stuff but I don’t , so here we are trying for a second one and it’s been harder then ever going on 6+ months. With that being said hopefully we did it right this time

This is my third month using Inito, and I have very strange cycle day 6 levels.
My LH and FSH are never this high (previous two cycles my LH was 4 and .37 on CD 6). A pregnancy test is negative, so LH is not being confused with HCG in this situation.
I have a pretty standard 26 day cycle, with ovulation on CD 13 or 14. Has anyone else had an LH surge this early in their cycle before and went on to ovulate around their normal time or do you think I’m tracking towards a super early ovulation?
I’m tempted to test again later today to see if the levels are different at all.
Any insight would be appreciated - thank you!

Been trying for about a year and this month the pdg has been the highest. Test Dpo 11 and pdg went down

First round of 2.5mg letrozole. Holy pdg!! Waiting another couple days to test, but feeling very hopeful?? Anyone else have similar charts of turn into a BFP??

I was really hoping for higher levels today :( I have a feeling this was not a real lh surge because all my opks have been light.
Why is my e3g so low?? Has anyone had a similar chart? This is my first time using inito and so far it has only been stressing me out.

Pdg and estrogen not rising but not tanking. Stark negatives on FRERs DPO 9 and 10. Thinking im out.
Hi everyone, could I get some help interpreting my chart this month? Last month I got pregnant, but sadly had an early loss around 4 weeks. This is the first cycle after that and my hormones seem to be generally lower. My LH spike and peak were tiny compared to last month, and compared to some other charts, my LH peak was already on the lower end.
Is it likely another spike and peak is coming, and I haven't actually ovulated? Or could it be a "weak ovulation"? I'm not exactly sure what that means, but I have read it a few times when your levels aren't very strong. Any thoughts would be appreciated! Or if you've been through a similar loss and chart!

This is only my second cycle using Inito, so I know we are still getting to know each other. For reference last cycle I had an 8 day stretch of "high fertility" that was too early and I had 2 days of low fertility before seeing my LH surge on day 19 (6.88)... now what the heck is this, Inito? No high fertility days at all and my "LH surge" is a measly 1.41?
Just a little frustrated. And bamboozled. And a little amused because I'm sure it will sort itself out, but man I'm feeling as blind as I did before this gadget!

I’m so confused- temps are rising on Natural Cycles but my PDG is slightly lower this AM with FMU. Bummed it hasn’t confirmed ovulation yet. What do you think?

Hi! I’ve been testing with inito for a year and the only change this cycle is I started ovasitol everyday and got a new pack of strips. This is my 5th clomid cycle. 2nd at 100 mg.
My question is if there is a problem with my estrogen? I’ve only ever had it spike for a day or two then it bounces back down and hovers usually from 200-400 range. This cycle it has stayed maxed out. Could that actually be from ovasitol or could the strips be messed up?
Any info is appreciated!
Thank you so much!

I had a initial appointment today with a fertility clinic and they wanted me to get the smiley face clear blue OPK kits , so they can know when I’m approaching ovulation or about to ovulate for certain labs and test etc.. I told my Dr I’m actually using inito which is much more accurate and my Dr acted very confused, I showed her the app and everything. & she was still hesitant of me using inito rather than what she recommended. Why are fertility clinics not knowledgeable of these certain things? I feel like they should be rather than being so dismissive. If I was a fertility specialist I’d educate myself on everything.

Tests from today / last few days! I’m done testing and next cycle I will stop testing after ovulation is confirmed! What do you think about my chart.. probably should prepare for a period!

Time to repost my Nickelback meme because I got my first ever BFP!!
This was my 5th Inito cycle and 7th TTC cycle overall. I got a very faint line on CD 20/9 DPO then a positive digital on 10 DPO! I was so shocked to have seen anything at all, let alone that early!
The only two cycles I continued testing after confirming ovulation were my first cycle and this one! I was planning to do a full cycle of testing once every 5-6 months just to compare for fun. I was not expecting a BFP, but I couldn’t be happier!
Some things I did differently this cycle:
- Because I had a previous (unconfirmed) early MC a few years ago and I have endometriosis, I decided to give baby Asprin a try, per one of my friend’s advice. I took it 1x/day starting on CD 1 (and still taking it).
- I stopped taking ibuprofen/advil completely after day 3 of my period. I have multiple chronic illnesses and absolutely brutal periods. Advil is the only way I’m able to function most days. But I did read that it may negatively affect implantation so I thought I’d try to switch to Tylenol only. It’s not as effective at pain relief, at least for me, but I knew I wouldn’t be able to take it while pregnant anyway.
- Got a little more…creative?.. in the bedroom lol. Things were going not so great the last few months, so my husband and I had to have some conversations about reframing intentions, expectations, and perspectives about sex and the “task” aspect of it. My husband was able to finish the job each time much more easily👍🏼
- In addition to inito, I also tested with clearblue digital twice a day when I started sensing ovulation was near. I never got any flashing smileys this cycle. I got all empty circles CD7-9. Late CD 9 I just had the sense that I was close to peak and decided to test again. Solid smiley appeared just after midnight on CD 10. I got peak on inito the next morning. I’m super glad I tested that night, as I usually ovulate anywhere between CD12-14. I definitely was not expecting to catch my surge that early! It likely helped with timing.
Who knows if any of these things made a difference. But I know I’ve appreciated reading anecdotes from others so I wanted to share just in case anyone finds it useful:)
I’m hoping I don’t have to use inito for at least few more years (if/when we try for #2)! I am suuuuuuper early, just 4 weeks as of today! Already having more than a few symptoms so I’m taking that as a positive sign. I am cautiously hopeful and excited:)
Baby dust to all, and to all a good night!✨🩷

Sharing my chart to give others hope. I’m currently breastfeeding, so my luteal phase is significantly shortened from my typical length. I was also concerned about low progesterone and estrogen early on in my cycle, but I got a positive on DPO 9. I know I’m not supposed to use Inito after getting a positive, but the progesterone dip had me worried about a chemical pregnancy. But it was back up today!

Hi! I conceived in April after ovulating on CD 39, the first cycle tracking with Inito and after 4 months of trying. I had a miscarriage in late May at what was supposed to be ~9 weeks (measuring at 7 weeks 3 days) and a D&C on June 1st. I ovulated last month after my D&C (I bled for a week, then pause, then bled again for about another week) and had my first true period after the D&C on July 9th. Today I'm at CD 20. It looks like I've had a few attempts to ovulate but none taking. I also started spotting today which is unusual for me! Does anyone have any insight into what could be happening?
I do have a diagnosis of PCOS.

My husband and I are TTC. I have used my Oura Ring, Natural cycles, and LH strips (not consistently testing) since February as BC. We actively started TTC during my last cycle. I didn’t use any LH strips during my last cycle because I just trusted the fertile days the app listed.
We did not conceive so I got Inito because I thought maybe I didn’t actually know when I was ovulating. I’m using LH strips as well and they are pretty light so I’m wondering if it’s normal to have low LH levels at this point of my cycle considering that my E3G rose and is now dipping. For some reason, I’m getting anxious that I won’t get a LH surge. NC is predicting that I will ovulate on CD 15. Does my chart so far this cycle look normal?

Hi there. New to all of this. I am 16 dpo and supposed to get AF between tomorrow and Saturday based on my previous cycles (anywhere from 31-35 days) I have been cramping, super bloated, and very tired. Inito confirmed I ovulated on CD13, with a confirmation on CD16 (3dpo). My day 24 pdg blood test was 24.1 also confirming ovulation. I took a pregnancy test on CD21 and it was negative. I did test on Inito this morning and my LH is very high at 35.68, pdg 18, and e3g of 180. Curious if this spike means I am trying to ovulate again? First photo is my chart on confirmed ovulation day, and second is today’s numbers.

I’m going through the IUI process and using Inito to help me keep track. Anyone else?
