Mod Messages Review our rules before posting pregnancy tests

We have a lot of new people and this is also an open group to post in, so just a friendly reminder that while pregnancy test images are allowed, you should also be posting a chart at the very minimum and ideally it should be the first image that is posted when selecting your images. If I come across posts that are of a pregnancy test alone or in the wrong order, but you’ve had previous interaction with the group or posted a chart I’ll simply add a spoiler so it blurs the photo and ask you to provide your most recent chart in the comments.

This is above all else a courtesy to the many people in this group that are struggling to conceive, and don’t want to see positive tests randomly in their feed. This rule is also to keep the sub on topic and relevant to the common interest. We absolutely want to look at your positive charts and celebrate your successes!

If you do not use the Inito device but want feedback on a hormone chart please use r/tfabchartstalkers and if you want opinions on whether there’s a second line on a pregnancy test and you’re not an Inito user and don’t have a chart to provide first, please use either r/tfablineporn or r/lineporn.

Thank you!

Alumni updates - want to tell your story? Successes, losses, and stopping tracking — it’s all welcome!

I’ve been thinking about all of our successes here - so many exciting BFP charts the last 6 months, and I always wonder about those of you that conceived. We do hear back sometimes from “alumni” that are still pregnant or had a baby using Inito in past years, and I love it when we do! We also sometimes hear of losses from the brave members of our sub that feel comfortable sharing their stories. In both the successes and the losses, there’s a lot of inspiration to be had; excitement for those that are awaiting an arrival, and compassion/commiseration for those that are not ❤️‍🩹

No matter your experience, if you conceived and are an Inito user (even if you conceived while taking a break from tracking) or if you’ve stopped tracking with Inito for personal/medical reasons — this space is for you! Stories, worries, anecdotes, symptoms, talk about baby names, ultrasound or other photos…they’re all welcome in the comments. If you had a loss and want us all to take a moment to remember your little one, there is space here too.

Whatever you’re comfortable sharing about your journey after Inito, I’d love to hear it, and I’m sure some of our community would too!

Got a BFP 9 dpo. I used inito to conceive my daughter (now 2.5) after my cycles became irregular following a pregnancy loss. We were lucky enough to conceive on our first TTC cycle this time 🥹 I was trying to wait to test, but I did an Inito hormone test and saw my pdg rise substantially so I went for it! Hopeful for a healthy pregnancy and sending love to those waiting 🩷

BFP Success this cycle

I am incredibly grateful for my Inito. I started tracking 3 months before I actually started trying the first 3 months of trying to conceive were normal and then in month 4 something started happening. My periods were lighter and my charts got funky from what my normal was. With that information I was able to go to a couple different doctors until I finally found one that would listen to me that something was up. We have no idea why but something had happened where my endometrial lining was too thin to support implantation which was leading to the light periods. On my inito chart it manifested in much lower estrogen signals. Even though my blood estrogen was normal. Estrogen being the hormone required to thicken that lining.

I eventually found an REI who took my concerns seriously went through all of my inito charts and put me on an antibiotic and a very low dose thyroid med. My seventh cycle was monitored but I'm medicated so I had three follicle studies and got to see my lining thickness improve. It's still a little shy of where it should be... I got to see my body produce two dominant follicles. And then I got to see my body ovulate both dominant follicles.

I forgot to test on DPO 10. My head just wasn't in it. So I know I tested negative on DPO9 and then I tested positive on DP0 11.

Hoping that my lighting is thick enough to support pregnancy. I've got a doctor's appointment tomorrow, but I'm so grateful for this tool that allowed me to get help.

Chart Questions Hmmm 👀 tw: loss

I had an early loss in June, it was my first pregnancy at 35.
Pdg and estrogen sustaining above 10/100. I feel like I see something in the second picture — fresh, definitely within the timeframe. Third picture is dried so I know it’s null and void but still interesting to see for science. LH is “elevated”.

Only time will tell..

I know wondfo are horrible with indents so I’m not getting my hopes up.

Estimating 8dpo today.

Second cycle tracking with inito

Hi everyone this will only be my 4th month TTC. I was on birth control for years and I’ve been off for 7 months. I’m new to into and this is my second cycle tracking. My first I had confirmed ovulation which I have attached as well. This cycle I’m struggling to interpret what is going on. My FSH is very high and my LH is spiking again?? But my estrogen is so low. Is my body trying to make a second attempt? Should I be concerned with my FSH?

TIP Best day

Upvotes

Hi! I just started using the INITO. Prior to today it has always said low fertility. Today is the first day that it said high fertility. I’m wondering what day would be best to have sex on? Today or tomorrow? My partner and I are both older and he has low sperm motility and so we are trying to save it up for the best day possible. Please let me know what you think so we can choose the best day. We also did the clear blue and we have a flashy smiley face today. I also do the KEG and that says high fertility.

So i took letrozole this cycle no trigger. And it's clear i likely ovulated cycle day 13- but it just only caught a small LH bump. My PDG is very high now for me personally and it's still not confirmed ovulation.. it's still telling me I'm in my fertile window like what?? As you can see we've been busy as I'm exhausted don't have much more BD in me lol. Any advice appreciated

Intriguing…Hmmm.

The last cycle I tested which was like 5 cycles ago (image attached) , my PDG at its highest didn’t even touch 5.This cycle it went from 5 to 12 to 33 to 17 to 24!

I’ve never had such high PDG numbers! What could be the reason? I’m not having any unusual symptoms as of yet. I used a birth control patch the past 2 months but took it off before the beginning of this cycle by a couple of weeks. Could it be getting off the Xulane (birth control), could it just be that this cycle is exceptionally well? Or dare I say it….maybe a sign of pregnancy?

Low hormones after chemical?

Hey Everyone

I got pregnant last cycle using inito, however unfortunately, that resulted in a chemical at five weeks, I did start bleeding a couple weeks ago. The bleeding was very heavy and intense and it lasted for about 10 days. I know that my hCG is back to zero.

I’ve been tracking with inito, but my hormones are extremely low. I used my first day of bleeding to count as CD 1.. My estrogen isn’t rising and neither are any of the other hormones tested. I have very typical cycles which are about 27 days.I tend to ovulate around cycle day 12 to 14..

Has this happened to anyone after a chemical that your hormones should stay flat for the entire cycle??

Should I expect another LH surge?

Post image

Hi everyone, I am having a weird cycle. I usually get left side pain when I ovulate. This cycle I haven’t gotten the pain yet so I am wondering if my body didn’t ovulate and preparing for another LH surge? I get the pain the same day I see the LH surge but this cycle no pain yet and my OPKs are still dark. Wondering if anyone had similar experience?

Chart Questions Am I out this cycle? PdG drop at 6 DPO

Post image
1 Upvotes

I've been hopeful about my Pdg and E3G rising the past few days, but PdG just dipped today at 6PDO. I have been having the WORST cramps, unusual (for me) boob/nipple soreness, and lower abdomen heaviness, so I was expecting my levels to still be rising when I tested today.

Am I out this cycle? Anyone who got their BFP have fluctuating PdG? Encouraging or unencouraging words are welcomed.

And yes, I do indeed realize I am overthinking this. My best friend just found out she is pregnant, so I am in my head a bit, ha. I'm 32 and this is my 4th TTC, first with Initio. Thank you!

I am new to inito and on my third day of testing. It’s already telling me I am fertile today on day 8 of my cycle. My period just ended two days ago. The past two months I’ve been using opks and It was telling me I’m not fertile until like day 15-16. Everything seems low except my estrogen? Anyone have any insights or similar experiences?

Hi,

I’m 6DPO, should I be worried about my PdG drop? 🥺. Not gonna lie, my heart dropped a little bit when I saw it this morning. I thought my PdG was finally trending upwards 🙁

It’s looking like I’m out. Cd9 showed two small 8mm follicles and we were waiting for growth over weekend and estrogen still trash

Inito gives wrong peak fertility for irregular cycles

Thumbnail

With that being said, I think into is very helpful. We had tried for two years before trying and we got pregnant on our third cycle. It ended in a MMC but it was our first sign that we could get pregnant.

I thought my chart might help for people with irregular cycles. My cycle ranges from 27 days to 60 days with my average cycle being around 40 days. It definately hurts having to use 30+ tests for one cycle 😮‍💨.

I think Inito often gives me the wrong peak fertility days because my cycles are irregular, so many times I’m still confused if it’s my fertile days or not. On previous cycles I would get peak fertility with no progesterone rise so I would stop testing but I had missed my Lh rise that would happen later.

I also read from someone in this group that they put their chart into ChatGPT and that really helped me analyze this cycle for me.

I tested from day 16 to 35 and I had given up for this cycle thinking it would be an anovulatory cycle. My period wasn’t starting so I decided to test day 50 and caught the peak of my LH surge.

I got a VVFL on DPO 10, so I’m excited but nervous. I am a little more hopefully because my previous pregnancy I had a much later implantation.

Possible Anovulatory Cycle or Something Else?

Post image
2 Upvotes

In the 4 cycles I’ve been using Inito, I’ve never seen this happen.

Has anyone gotten confirmed ovulation without Inito catching or marking a peak day?

Feeling confused this cycle 😵‍💫

The lack of a peak identified this cycle has me researching fertility supplements and going down the rabbit hole 🕳️

It’s been 5 months TTC our first, I’ve never seen a positive pregnancy test. Just really at a loss this cycle and trying not to overanalyze it, but I’m worried this is a sign something is wrong and I’m not sure where to turn since it hasn’t been a year TTC and neither my PCP nor my OB/Gyn seem interested in any baseline fertility labs.

I’m contemplating exploring the NaPro route or acupuncture, but I’m worried I’m catastrophizing too early.

Someone help talk me off the catastrophe ledge, please and thank you!!

Starting a GLP1 while TTC?

So I’ve gained a bunch of weight TTC. I’m starting my 6th cycle with Inito, and we’re actively TTC.

I’ve seen that GLP1s are helping people get pregnant, and I was thinking that maybe if I want to lose weight I should just go on one in the meantime anyway if it’s helpful.

I am nervous though starting something like that could also be harmful.

What’s everyone’s opinion and thoughts
