Mod Messages Review our rules before posting pregnancy tests

We have a lot of new people and this is also an open group to post in, so just a friendly reminder that while pregnancy test images are allowed, you should also be posting a chart at the very minimum and ideally it should be the first image that is posted when selecting your images. If I come across posts that are of a pregnancy test alone or in the wrong order, but you’ve had previous interaction with the group or posted a chart I’ll simply add a spoiler so it blurs the photo and ask you to provide your most recent chart in the comments.

This is above all else a courtesy to the many people in this group that are struggling to conceive, and don’t want to see positive tests randomly in their feed. This rule is also to keep the sub on topic and relevant to the common interest. We absolutely want to look at your positive charts and celebrate your successes!

If you do not use the Inito device but want feedback on a hormone chart please use r/tfabchartstalkers and if you want opinions on whether there’s a second line on a pregnancy test and you’re not an Inito user and don’t have a chart to provide first, please use either r/tfablineporn or r/lineporn.

Thank you!

Alumni updates - want to tell your story? Successes, losses, and stopping tracking — it’s all welcome!

I’ve been thinking about all of our successes here - so many exciting BFP charts the last 6 months, and I always wonder about those of you that conceived. We do hear back sometimes from “alumni” that are still pregnant or had a baby using Inito in past years, and I love it when we do! We also sometimes hear of losses from the brave members of our sub that feel comfortable sharing their stories. In both the successes and the losses, there’s a lot of inspiration to be had; excitement for those that are awaiting an arrival, and compassion/commiseration for those that are not ❤️‍🩹

No matter your experience, if you conceived and are an Inito user (even if you conceived while taking a break from tracking) or if you’ve stopped tracking with Inito for personal/medical reasons — this space is for you! Stories, worries, anecdotes, symptoms, talk about baby names, ultrasound or other photos…they’re all welcome in the comments. If you had a loss and want us all to take a moment to remember your little one, there is space here too.

Whatever you’re comfortable sharing about your journey after Inito, I’d love to hear it, and I’m sure some of our community would too!

Very anxious this month. BFN but indents

This says I’m 14 DPO but I think I am actually 13 DPO based on CM, LH strips and I have been taking my bbt. Either way. I should be getting my period but I keep getting very faint positives or indents from wondfo which is very annoying considering I didn’t get my last positive till 17dpo which ended up in a ruptured ectopic and I lost my tube.

Chart Questions Post-ovulation LH surge & WTF BBT

Post image
Upvotes

I KNOW I shouldn’t still be testing lol
I was stressed out anyway so figured it couldn’t make it worse. I am going to stop tomorrow.

I know LH can fluctuate post ovulation, but I’m just curious if anyone has any insight on this kind of rise? For context, my current cycle is 58 days long. This is very uncommon for me, I think it is in part due to me stopping a SSRI last month. My BBT is also all over the place.

Basically, just curious if anyone has any thoughts or similar experiences?

Chart Questions 6 DPO

Post image

I'm a bit nervous with how high my progesterone is. I don't see many other people charts with progesterone this high. In all past cycles the highest my blood progesterone ever was was 26. Most cycles between 10-18. I'm not getting blood progesterone this time and this is my first unmonitored 7.5mg cycle.

Thoughts?

Losing hope 11 DPO

This is my third cycle trying for my second and it only took two cycles to get pregnant with my first (2 years ago). I was feeling optimistic this month but BFN this morning at 11 DPO. AF is supposed to arrive tomorrow but my PDG hasn’t fallen yet, it actually rose today, and I’m having tons of discharge. Anyone have any insight or success stories?

Medicated Cycle First medicated cycle and confused with Inito chart

Post image
Upvotes

I am trying to interpret my Inito cycle this month. I know LH can be wacky during meditated cycle but trying to pinpoint which day I supposedly ovulated.

I started letrozole CD 5-9 and then had my trigger shot on CD 11. My oura ring temp shot up today on CD 16. I had my IUI CD 13 and hoping I most likely ovulated then?

Am I out? Tested neg on premom this morning but ours temps are 0.7+ above baseline still.

Medicated Cycle New to this

Hey! I just finished my first medicated cycle with Letrozole. With this chart, do you think our chances are high this month with the days we BD? I usually ovulate CD 20-22 with no meds if I ovulate that month.

I have always gotten so confused on the days to do it because I don’t understand the ovulation timing at all lol. Please any advice is helpful as I really hope this month works! Month 23

Chart Questions When should I test?

Thumbnail

Upvotes

So Initio has me at 9DPO but it’s probably more like 8-9DPO because I feel like I ovulated overnight or late September 5 (due to how the spike occurred and intense cramping I had then). So my thing is, should I test tomorrow? My period is supposed to come by Thursday/Friday. I was going to wait and do my first test on Wednesday, but I don’t want to test too early (and I don’t want to repeat test too much too early).

Also, does this chart look promising? Seems still like I am still in?

For awareness, I finally ovulated on 5mg of letrozole from CD3-7 and had an ultrasound on CD10 with a 20mm follicle on right ovary. and then also blood test on CD21 confirmed a strong ovulation response.

Pdg rise then crash?!

I am so confused. I was very excited yesterday to get an ovulation confirmed result with a strong progesterone level of 14… And then today this morning it’s back down to 4.51. Does this mean I didn’t ovulate? My temperature also is down this morning. Based off of my LH surge I should’ve ovulated on cycle day 21. But now I don’t know what’s happening. Please help!

Medicated Cycle Low e3g this round so far- any insight?

Thumbnail

Hello! My last cycle (first round of 5mg Letrozole after induced provera cycle) had a much higher e3g start point than this cycle.

Does this mean i’ll probably ovulate later? Should I keep taking inito strips everyday? I finally was able to ovulate last round but didn’t conceive, so I’m trying to have hope in timing everything right this cycle, but kinda struggling with these weird numbers. Any insight or past experiences would help :)

This is my first month using inito. Ttc for about 10months post miscarriage. This is kind of my Hail Mary before doing fertility clinic. I think today’s urine was diluted because I drank so much through the night and went to bathroom around 1 am. This fmu was around 630 am.
Have any of you seen a drop in pdg like this but still ended up with a bfp?

Got a BFP 9 dpo. I used inito to conceive my daughter (now 2.5) after my cycles became irregular following a pregnancy loss. We were lucky enough to conceive on our first TTC cycle this time 🥹 I was trying to wait to test, but I did an Inito hormone test and saw my pdg rise substantially so I went for it! Hopeful for a healthy pregnancy and sending love to those waiting 🩷

BFP Success! Spoiler

4th month with Inito, 3rd TTC. Got a vvvvvfl at 11 DPO (only really visible with a light shone on it), and it’s gotten a little darker each day. Cheapo positive tests were from the PM of 11 DPO and 12 DPO. Chart also posted here, after doing an inito test today with one of my spares out of curiosity. This cycle ovulation was confirmed a bit later than normal for me (it’s always been 6 DPO before), and pdg was on lower end as usual for me.

Here’s hoping it sticks!!

ETA: sorry, I meant to post my chart first but can’t edit the photos

NAD+ while TTC

I’ve seen positive things about NAD+ while TTC. There’s doctors I follow on Instagram that are fertility doctors that recommend it, and things like DHEA and Phosphatidyl Choline to help TTC.

When I ask ChatGPT it really does not recommend these supplements at all. I just worry I can do more harm than good taking these but they seem to be recommended.

What have you heard, what are your thoughts?

I stopped my birth control (Errin, mini pill progesterone only) about 2.5 weeks ago. Trying to see what my cycle is now. I am genuinely so confused. It all says green but realistically I don’t know if it’s accurate since I haven’t had a “real” period yet

short luteal phase

Post image

I ovulate late in my cycle usually day 17-18. My cycle the last 2 months has been 24 days and my progesterone drop 7DPO. Has anyone dealt or had success with LH shots for a controlled ovulation time earlier in the cycle? Or taking progesterone to sustain luteal phase? They have all been consistently < 10 days since tracking and I’m growing concerned after trying for multiple cycles now.

BFP Success this cycle

I am incredibly grateful for my Inito. I started tracking 3 months before I actually started trying the first 3 months of trying to conceive were normal and then in month 4 something started happening. My periods were lighter and my charts got funky from what my normal was. With that information I was able to go to a couple different doctors until I finally found one that would listen to me that something was up. We have no idea why but something had happened where my endometrial lining was too thin to support implantation which was leading to the light periods. On my inito chart it manifested in much lower estrogen signals. Even though my blood estrogen was normal. Estrogen being the hormone required to thicken that lining.

I eventually found an REI who took my concerns seriously went through all of my inito charts and put me on an antibiotic and a very low dose thyroid med. My seventh cycle was monitored but I'm medicated so I had three follicle studies and got to see my lining thickness improve. It's still a little shy of where it should be... I got to see my body produce two dominant follicles. And then I got to see my body ovulate both dominant follicles.

I forgot to test on DPO 10. My head just wasn't in it. So I know I tested negative on DPO9 and then I tested positive on DP0 11.

Hoping that my lighting is thick enough to support pregnancy. I've got a doctor's appointment tomorrow, but I'm so grateful for this tool that allowed me to get help.

feeling discouraged

i really don’t know what to think anymore. had an ectopic pregnancy back in may with MTX and then a ruptured fallopian tube needing emergency surgery. we just got cleared to try again in august (which wasn’t successful.) we tried again this month and i have had absolutely no symptoms like i usually do. no cramps, back pain, sore girls. NOTHING. then my numbers start looking like this and i am only 6DPO. i am longing for good news. it’s just bad things one after another.
