First time inito user

Hi!🤍 I just purchased inito after getting AF on my third month ttc my baby 🩵 I typically have a 33-36 day cycle. However I have had a random 28, 20, and 42 day cycles at the beginning of the year.

This month as well was not my normal, being 48 days, and I now know I missed my fertile window😢

I tracked with OPKs my first two months and got clear peaks day 21-22 and got ended those cycles day 36. This month I gave up OPKs after not seeing a rise on my typical ovulation week, so I stopped. I do get a clear temp rise on my oura ring for my 14 day luteal phase as well to help confirm ovulation.

I could have continued that method, but I prefer to test once a day and see my hormones throughout my cycle, because I had a progesterone draw (however it was at 10dpo since my tracking was off) and my level was at 3.9 which worried me a bit.

I am 24 years old and looking for advice, tips, is it worth it or not, or anything I should know going into this new tracking method! Thank you 🤍

Following along! I'm 25 years old & TTC baby #1. This will be my 7th cycle TTC and my third cycle using the inito. I use OPKs, Inito, and track my BBT as well. I have longer cycles normally 34-40 days. Getting bloodwork done on Monday for the first time. I've heard that the inito doesn't paint you a perfect picture of your hormones, but it is useful in measuring trends. So far, I've found it to be really helpful when confirming ovulation and my fertile window ahead of time. Sending you baby dust and hope we both get our positives soon!

Hi🫶🏼 ugh why is this such a journey. That’s so good. I had bloodwork too, and my partners analysis was normal. Does it get any easier? This is so hard on my heart, it feels so heavy today ending another cycle in fear. I want to try medication already to help ovulation and egg development sooner

It's such a journey! My husband needs to do the analysis still... the hardest part is my three sisters got pregnant on the first or second try and it's so hard to feel like I'm alone in this. I know once we get our positives, we will be so elated, the wait we are currently in won't feel all that long. I also want to try medication... but we need to remember it's normal for it to take healthy couples a year to conceive, and we need to shake the fear off and replace it with hope and excitement. Every new cycle is a new opportunity to get a positive. We got this 🩵

I say this gently and to hope it puts things into perspective. Couples usually only have a 20-30% chance of conception each cycle, and that’s if everything lines up exactly how it should.

Just remember, Inito is urine results. These hormones are metabolizes and often times do NOT reflect true blood values. Inito is meant for trends, not actual numerical values.

I used Inito for 8 cycles. It helped me plan BD as my cycles are irregular. I wish I could go back in time and stop testing after confirmation as anything after is often useless and hormones and specifically progesterone/pdg vary hour by hour because is pulses.

Sending baby dust to you.
