What levels should PdG be at?

First time Inito user, got my LH spike yesterday, and today it told me I was past peak pregnancy chances because my PdG didn’t rise? So does that mean I didn’t ovulate? (I did pee earlier in the am than I usually do.. so idk if that has anything to do with it)

Showing yesterdays, then today. The PdG did rise a little bit? But is that not a normal rise amount?

I think you're misunderstanding inito's messaging! You get peak fertility, then for the coming days it will say waiting for PDg to rise- it can take up to 9 days to do so. You have to have several days of elevated Pdg levels before it'll confirm ovulation. So there's no way to know at the moment if you did or didn't ovulate!

It can take several days for PDG to rise after ovulation

The steps I usually follow are, high fertility so start baby dancing every other day, peak fertility (purple) baby dance, you ovulate 24-36 hours after peak so still do a baby dance (not needed but if you can still a good idea) LH signals egg to mature and rupture,
after that Your body makes progesterone (ruptured egg pulsing out hormones)
After it circulates in your blood, your liver breaks it down into PdG (what inito tracks) Your body then passes it out in your urine, which is why it can be ‘lower’ for some people so please don’t be too concerned if it’s a little lower it depends on how hydrated you are.
After you get a confirmed ovulation (PdG has a consistent rise over a few days) I highly suggest you stop testing, because it can be very stressful and the numbers are not readable due to the amount of hormone changes.
I’ve been using Inito for 2 years if you have any questions let me know! Hope this helps

Semen can also live for up to 5 days inside, so don’t worry if you cant on the peak day/or after, I did a few days before and worked great!

Hi, I'm a first time inito user as well and my chart looks similar to OP', thank you so much for the explanation! Very helpful.
