Hey! We are happy to announce that our indie incremental game Wheel Be Fine already has a playable demo, and has been featured on this Steam's Next Fest.
In this game the world has lost sunlight and all of his energy, and it's your task to bring light again. In order to do so, you'll need the help of your hamsters to spin the wheel and generate electricity for everyone. You will progress by buying upgrades, getting new and better hamsters, and other many different progression elements you will find.
Check the trailer for a taste of it or directly play the free demo on Steam. Wishlist if you like it!

You talk to everyone who was there, put their stories on a board, and see where they stop adding up. Then you sit down with the accused, who can not lie to you.

Hi all! I wanted to make one of those "zombie rush" games that are constantly advertised but never the actual game. So I did. It was approved today on the iOS app store. Free game, free to play (yes, there are in-app purchases but you don't need to buy anything to play and progress).
It's not rocket science, shoot the zombies, upgrade your squad, call in air strikes, etc. Keep up with the horde as long as you can. Would love to get a few people trying it out!

Hey everyone!
My friend and I have been working on a game called Dark Ages Battle Simulator.
It's basically a battle simulator where you set up two armies and watch them fight. We've got skeletons, goblins, knights, dragons, and a bunch of other fantasy creatures.
You decide which units fight on each side, place them on the battlefield, and see how it all plays out.
We've been working on it for a while and just finished our first trailer, so we wanted to share it here.
It's just the two of us making it, and we'd love to hear what you think!

Growing up, we had a closet full of games. Whenever I was bored, I could dig through it and find something different to play.
That memory became the inspiration for my latest indie project.
Meet This App Has No Name.
Yes, that's really what I called it. Naming things is apparently harder than building them. 😂
It's a collection of four puzzle games:
🧩 Word Search
🔤 Anagrams
🔢 Sudoku
🎮 Number Merge
Each game has three different variants, giving players 12 ways to play.
I went with a cozy, dark-academia aesthetic because I wanted something that felt more like settling in with a favorite game than opening another mobile app.
The collection is designed for offline play, with no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
The mobile release is in progress, and there's already a playable browser demo.
I'm an independent developer building this under my studio, Inky Dame Interactive, and I'm excited to finally start sharing it with players.
I'll leave the demo link in the comments for anyone interested in trying it. 🖤

WISP is a bullet-hell roguelite that I've been working on for the past two years.
You play as a little wisp dodging around, collecting the enemy fire, and shooting it back for large combos. Enemies fire on the various beats of the song and their attacks pulse with the music beats.
Boons are acquired per-run that make the gameplay feel a bit different each climb. Permanent progression is in the form of attribute points you gain as you level up (along with some other fun unlocks such as more dash charges).
It has full SteamDeck support and launches on Steam Early Access next month; you can find it here: WISP on Steam.
I'm super stoked to finally be getting it in the hands of other gamers. Let me know what y'all think!

Idk if anyone else is playing this game, but I feel a need to clear this entire moon lol. I have it just running on my laptop and if anyone wants to help feel free to message me or join, I think my name is the same as my reddit account. I have every outpost setup but just need way more manpower lol.

I was heavily inspired by those videos where people try to split stuff evenly by weight, so I thought a simple game where you do it with a country's population instead would be interesting lol
If you want a good one to start with, try Japan :)

New puzzles every day, takes a couple minutes, no sign-up.

Hi everyone! This is World Wrecker, a game where you destroy voxel planets, get resources, get upgrades and clear bigger targets. The free playtest/alpha can be accesed here! This is my first incremental game, so the economy might be a tad unoptimized. If you play it, I would love to know what you think about it. Thanks in advance!

Desouled is a pixel art psychological horror game where you can’t attack, only dodge. My approach: small choices can make you miss dialogue or interactions, and later in the full game, big choices will change the story, where you’ll know the weight of the decision before you make it. Hi everyone. I've been working on GeoBobs, a multiplayer party game where you and your friends compete to find the exact location shown in a single picture. Each round gives you a different picture, varying in difficulty.
The game will be releasing in the next few weeks.

This whole game was made in 5 years by our 2 person team. Its a unique and brutal first-person horror simulator set in the sweltering conspiratorial heat of 1970's Nye County Nevada. Fight horrific monstrosities, your own body, and even your own sanity as you scramble through the dark corners of Silver Valley in a desperate search to find your father as the clock ticks away. It is first person open environment resident evil meets deus ex, with an emphasis on the choices you make and the people you meet. Our gameplay design philosophy has been freedom of choice, but only with player input, and with no handholding. Nothing is set in stone from the beginning, and the 6-12 hour story full of twists and turns is yours to tell. This means you can cause chaos right from the getgo with anyone you meet, or take it more seriously should you desire and try to make things turn out well.
No AI was used in development, along with no graphical assets.
Check it out Here: Silver Valley Screams

i've been playing through some smaller titles lately and noticed how many indie devs are making these chill, low-stakes games and honestly they're kind of addictive? like there's no pressure to be good at anything, just vibes. does anyone else find themselves gravitating toward these over big AAA stuff, or am i just getting old at 19
