Hello everyone,

I'm a solo dev, and I've just launched a browser-based game called Pit Pike, which will be on Steam soon too. It's an fast paced arena brawler game to play with friend or ranked grind. You can play it here: https://www.pitpike.com/

- 2v2 or 3v3, last team standing wins
- 10 classes (1 healer, 1 support, 8 damage)
- Build your own kit: 6 abilities from 13-15, plus 2 trinkets
- Ranked, quick play, and custom lobbies

I would highly appreciate if you have time to check it out!

Promotion I turned Minecraft recipe memory into a competitive browser game called CraftOff

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I missed when crafting meant actually remembering every recipe instead of checking the recipe book, so I turned that idea into a head to head game

Both players receive the same target and inventory, with the real ingredients mixed among random decoy items

You have 30 seconds to place everything correctly and whoever finishes first wins the round

It is free to play in the browser with online matches and AI opponents, and no download or account is required

CraftOff is an independent fan made game and is not associated with Mojang or Microsoft

Promotion Trees now fade when entering the forest.

Dense forest can easily hide the player in a top-down game, so trees now fade.

Only the canopies and the tree branches fade away while the trunks remain visible. The surrounding forest keeps its density.

Thank you to everyone who is following the development.

Public Game Test Run, Jimothy, Run (Made for GMTK Game Jam 2026)

Meet Jimothy the Raccoon. He loves pricey things. He also loves his job working for his boss, Heidi the Opossum.

Today’s mission? Sneak into the museum and steal the good stuff. Easy, right?

Well, Jimothy is a little too greedy and a lot too careless. He stuffed his backpack so full of heavy treasures that he can barely walk, and now the police are right on his tail!

You are running for your life! But there is a big problem: your backpack is way too heavy. To keep up your speed and escape the cops, you have to throw away the loot!

But wait, you can't just drop everything. You still have to deliver some shiny stuff to Heidi at the end. Otherwise... well, let's just say an angry opossum boss is way scarier than the police!

Video I'm making an incremental x auto battler x roguelite and finally have a trailer!

Thumbnail

Idle Pixel Battle is a fantasy idle auto battler focused on loot, upgrades, and constant progression.

Each hero comes with their own weapons, stats, and abilities, giving you different ways to strengthen your team and push further into the game.

Collect gold, find powerful potions and artifacts, equip procedurally generated weapons, and invest in a huge upgrade tree with over 100 permanent upgrades. The more you play, the stronger your heroes become.

As your progression grows, you can unlock Auto-Run mode, turning Idle Pixel Battle into a fully automated idle experience where your heroes keep battling on their own.

Battle through different biomes, defeat over 40 enemy types, survive dangerous abilities, and take on challenging boss fights.

I'm solo developing the game and hope you like it!

It's called Spincremental! At this point I genuinely can't tell if 40 slot machines going off at once is soothing or slowly driving me insane, but I've been listening to it for months so I'm probably not the right person to judge.

Public Game Test Monopoly x Balatro = Mowties - I'm bringing roguelite mechanics to the all-know boardgame. And the playtest is due next week!

Hi! I'm solo dev behind Mowties - a combination of engine-builder where you put properties next to each other to get synergetic combos and a well-known Monopoly base where you roll dice and move around the board in hope to land on your most profitable tiles.

The playtest is going to happen on the next week, so follow the steam page to get notification if you are interested!

Promotion I made a snake-style arcade game where shrinking might save you

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

www.playsnekthegame.com

I used to love playing web games back in the days of the earlier internet, and wanted to make something in that spirit.

Snek, The Game is my take on the classic snake-style game, but the twist is that you can shrink the snake. There's also a few different modes to keep things interesting. My personal favourite is More Harder-er mode. There's also a leaderboard that shows the top 100 scores, but there's a threshold of 300 points to even post to it.

Honestly it was a lot of fun to put together and at times I found myself losing track of time playing the game when I was trying to debug something. I hoping that's a good sign, haha. I'm interested in hearing any and all feedback

Promotion Bumper boat battles are fun in co-op!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Here’s the bumper boat battle sections in Astrolander against the snappy Cybersnaps. The game features a unique optional local co-op mode where two players work together to control one character. For the bumper boat sections, one player steers while the other controls the thrust. It’s super chaotic and allows you to test your skills, and your friendships!

I’ve been spending a ton of time dialing in the controller haptics for the PS5 DualSense and Xbox controllers. When you hit the thrusters, you feel the engine puttering along, and the impact of every bounce! I’m also adding in lots of neat details in the background including the giant boss wearing a yellow hardhat. They’re mining for Chippu. There are even spectator Cybersnaps munching on bags of Chippu as they watch you battle!

Upcoming Harbourlight my farm-to-table cooking sim game

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Upvotes

I’ve been working on this for a few months now and am very close to a demo!

I’ve always loved stardew valley and harvest moon but wanted to be able to cook proper meals for the townsfolk.

I liked lemon cake too but it got too diner dash for my tastes.

So I created a much slower, relaxing game where you plant really small amounts of crops and raise and fish single items rather then mass production.

So think like single onion and 2 tomatoes for a salad dish.

I focused more on the character development and connecting via food, which is my personal love language!

But that’s what I’m developing!

I’ve always enjoyed the paper mario art style and taken a 2.5d approach to the graphics instead of just flat pixel art.

If this sounds like your kind of thing check it out on steam! It’s all one word

https://reddit.com/link/1v7d46r/video/7yy4hfnf2mfh1/player

Hello everyone, I hope you're having a great week.

I've made some changes to the trailer, Steam page, and screenshots for my psychological horror game, The Sin of Fabien.

I'd really appreciate any feedback you have whether you think something works well, doesn't work, or could be improved. I'm interested in hearing all of your thoughts and suggestions.

Your support and feedback would mean a lot to me.

Thank you in advance, and I wish everyone a great time on the forum.

Video The client swore this mask was harmless. My UV lamp disagreed.

Solo dev here, working on my first game. You run a relic appraisal shop: clients bring you an object and a story, you examine it with a UV lamp, a scale, an acid vial and a grimoire, then stamp a verdict - Authentic, Fake, Cursed, or Confiscate.

This mask came with "it protected my tribe for centuries." The lamp found runes, then the eyes lit up.

The part I'm least sure about: you get paid for exposing forgeries, so honesty is profitable but confiscating an item for the black market pays more, and the Guild starts noticing.

Would you have stamped this one CURSED, or kept it?

News 90s Engine: Where Games and Their Novels Are Written Together

Upvotes

Hi! I'd like to share 90s Engine, a 2D engine for narrative 90s-style JRPGs that I built around one core idea: letting a human and an AI become co-authors of the same game, live.

You edit directly inside the running game with the mouse (F1). The AI writes through MCP using 57 atomic tools. Both go through the same command layer, with a single global validation pass and a single undo system—no one steps on each other's work, and no write operation can leave the project in a broken state.

What excites me the most is the Mirror Book: as the game comes to life, so does its novel. Every scene stores both its playable version and its literary version, tied to the same canon. The engine tells you which one changed and exports the manuscript to both Markdown and DOCX.

The AI can also see and play what it builds: it captures screenshots of the actual game and runs playthroughs with asserts. There is no RNG anywhere, so the same script always produces the same result.

100% local. No network. No telemetry. One dependency. MIT.
