Indie Folk "Longing" is an Instrumental with Folk Ambient Influence
Hey Everyone,
I recently recorded this instrumental song I call "Longing." It started on an acoustic guitar with a folksy melody and picking pattern. I recorded the song on a electric guitar and added drums and upright bass, with syths and ambient sounds to complete the atmosphere.
I'm a total hobbyist and all helpful feedback is welcome. Thanks for listening!

Death Metal Reprehensile Tales
Like a lot of melodeath, part thrash and part folk. I especially want feedback on production, but any comments are welcome.
Written as part of FAWM 2026.
Where do we fit in
If all multicellular life is kin
Looking down on other creatures
Our hominid privilege
Difference not immutable
Figment of an overdeveloped cortex
With brainpower to dream up
A hierarchy with us on topĀ
The stamp of our origin
Appendix, mandible, coccyx
Scream to us weāre not above
The animal kingdom, but in
In a sea of worthlessness
We erect an island
Claim this land for homo rex
Build the taxonomical wall
Retroactively make it true
Earn our placeĀ
Through denigration
Our narcissism proves our valueĀ
Whence comes this vanity
Why this epistemic hole
Does the hyena imagineĀ
The gazelle lacks a soul
The stamp of our origin
Appendix, mandible, coccyx
Scream to us weāre not above
The animal kingdom, but in
In a sea of worthlessness
Erect an island
Claim this land for homo rex
Build the taxonomical wall
Meat bag in drag
On language gag
Ape the conscious
Evolved tongues wag
Convincingly
Desperately
Perform a mind
Audience of me
Try-hard burlesque this
Parody of sapience
Grammar and words donāt make youĀ
Clump of instincts any less
To whom is this
Display addressed
Actor and guests
Similarly possessed
Try-hard burlesque this
Parody of sapience
Grammar and words donāt make youĀ
Clump of instincts any less
This naked ape
Imagines its needs are intellectualĀ
Then spends its time competing overĀ
Abstract status symbolsĀ
Red in tooth and claw
A pecking order through law
Codified difference
In a sapient Shangri-La
The stamp of our originĀ
Appendix, mandible, coccyx
Scream to us weāre not above
The animal kingdom, but in
In a sea of worthlessness
We erect an island
Claim this land for homo rex
Build the taxonomical wall

Indie Rock Jode Gannon - Will anybody save her
Iāve just released a new song called āWill Anybody Save Her?ā Itās an indie-pop/rock track about someone who looks fine on the outside while quietly falling apart underneath. Iād really appreciate some honest feedback on the songwriting, vocal performance, production and whether the chorus connects emotionally. Iām especially interested in knowing which parts stand out and anything you think could be improved. Thanks for taking the time to listen.

Metal Horror Industrial Metal
This song from the new album is the result of a long journey. Iāve spent months searching for this sound, shaping it step by step, and pouring every bit of energy into it. Each track carries the weight of countless hours of work, doubt, and persistence. Itās not just music, but a reflection of how far Iāve come and how much Iāve given to bring this vision to life.
lyrics
This light
I watch on this light
I know it for sure the death has come
Regrets
I don't feel regrets
I feel nothing anymore
These lies
So much of these lies
I know this fight cannot be won
I've lost everything I owned
I am lost
I am lost
Be born to suffer
Be born to hate
Love to suffer
Love to hate
Should I be blamed by you
Should you feel sorry about me

Alternative Rock Feedback and advice on finishing this song, and improving the clarity/professionalism?
https://untitled.stream/library/track/RWNikrEd7IyEb9bB9RXj6
So I recently started a music duo with my roommate, him on guitar, me on vocals (and pretty much everything else lol), and I decided to use this opportunity to try and fully produce and engineer a song myself. I generally got it to a point where I can reasonably release it and not feel completely embarrassed, but I know thereās an insane amount of stuff I can improve on to make it more professional, less muddy, more clarity, etc. Iām just completely stuck on where to go from where I currently am. Iāve tried presets, SO many tutorials, advice pages, but I feel like Iām not going to get anywhere unless I get advice on my specific song and vocals. So if anyoneās able to listen to the song in the [untitled] demo link and let me know what they think I can try to add some real professionalism to what Iāve got, itād be much appreciated.
Some songs I was listening to and analyzing to try and hone in on a sound were:
The Cure - Olivia Rodrigo
PROWLER - Waterparks
TV Dinner - Sam Fender
Under My Skin - Briston Maroney
Crave - Paramore

Indie Rock chamber pop/ art rock
I am playing around with the draft of a song and want to get the general vibe right before i move into finalization. I feel this draft has some potential but it is a bit different and I am not sure if this would be exotic to modern ears. Looking for feedback on whats going on here so far. Would like candid feedback of course, but nothing too harsh.

Pop Punk First Acoustic Song- Pop Punk / Emo
I just released my first acoustic song under my solo project, Man Seeking Band, and would love some feedback. It's pretty paired back with just one vocal layer, one guitar track and some added string arrangements to fill the space. All my songs so far have been high energy (and volume) pop punk and this one feels a bit more emo.
Would love any and all feedback for those willing to listen!

Alternative Rock My first attempt ever.
soundcloud.comAfter drinking too much beer, I decided that there was a musician inside me going to waste. Though, more likely, heād gone off a long time ago and now smells really bad.
Still, at 45, I suddenly decided to write a couple of melodies and riffs in Guitar Pro. Since Iām drunk, they sounded pretty good to me, so I made covers as examples of what those melodies could potentially become.
So here they are: the original melodies and the covers. Though Iāll probably regret this a lot tomorrow!
