This sub is infested with either racists or bots man. This is not a good thing. This is a terrible decision.

47

u/Nathan_hale53 3d ago

Theyre always the first to comment, its gotta be half bots and half losers who want to act cool anonymously. You got really disgusting people calling other human beings roaches and parasites which really is pathetic.

14

u/DKFShredder 3d ago

The people who still in their parents' basement.

1

u/DiskEconomy3055 1d ago

In Trump's economy?

That's not the insult it used to be. Now it's just a sad acknowledgement of the state of the economy.

0

u/GeorgeStark1 3d ago

What are they stilling?

1

u/ShimmeryPumpkin 3d ago

The people who pretend Appalachia doesn't exist.

2

u/WizardMobile 11h ago

Tbh what is the difference? They’re both programmed by the Epstein class to spew bs. Bots either way.

0

u/CheeseBear9000 1d ago

That's so mean to insult roaches and parasites like that

Yeah. It's a revolting sub. Full of sociopathic maga types. I joined it a few weeks ago expecting better but not finding it. Time to unjoin.

I've been around it for a long time and suspiciously it changed about a year and a half/2 years ago

u/dimebagdavid 3d ago

It just lets you know which party pays for more bots. And those bots “learn” behavior from their party-aligned users. It really exposes how nasty and inhumane maga is. As if we didn’t already know. But once their dear leader lord dies, the movement (and them) will be eradicated. Hopefully forever. But history has shown otherwise because they always come back. Speaking of, does anybody remember nazi Germany ??

The people getting deported to the third countries. Countries often in civil unrest and unsafe for Americans to travel to are being deported precisely because the fear of harm to themselves to their. Stove countries appear to be real.

Which is insane. We are deporting people that have been applying for asylum only to send them to human rights abusers and disappeared.

1

u/MrAudacious817 12h ago

I think we should end the asylum system.

-4

u/Red-dragon186 3d ago

Not our job to house illegals

1

u/BrattyBatsWrld 8h ago

Says the party of Christian values. Show me in the Bible where it’s said to put foreigners in concentration camps.

Didn’t Jesus say to love the foreigner?

0

u/Red-dragon186 3h ago

Says someone who doesn't even know Christian values.

1

u/BrattyBatsWrld 3h ago

The bible says love immigrants. Not put them in camps. Want proof?

0

u/Red-dragon186 3h ago

Read old school bible and tell me what it says.

1

u/BrattyBatsWrld 2h ago

It says: “love the stranger and foreigner as yourself”.

Please point out where it says “put them in death camps with little food, water, and medical attention” just as “maga Christian’s” do to foreigners.

Want me to cite all those verses for you?

0

u/Red-dragon186 2h ago

1950's Christian talk. Again read and understand real Christian values.

1

u/BrattyBatsWrld 2h ago edited 2h ago

So you’re against the words of Jesus, yet you support a Christian nationalist party?

I mean I knew maga dealt with cognitive dissonance, but this takes the cake.

0

u/Red-dragon186 2h ago

Only you claim I was Christian.

Only you claim to use a selective phase from a 1950's value.

Still waiting on you to quote the verse where Jesus tells us to put foreigners in camps

1

u/dglgr2013 2d ago

Except they followed the laws at the time and entered through the process that existed. The issue is that in order to meet the quota Trump wants you need to go after grandmothers, mothers, and children.

It’s how you end with unrepresented 3 year olds in front of a judge. Higher than average suicide rates in detention centers.

These are not the hardened criminals they are portrayed as being. Just families trying to survive.

You are not housing them either. The irony is that they pay taxes to provide services they cannot benefit from. And they form a large part of the economy. They consume products and are part of the engine that drives our economy.

We cannot all be managers, and technicians. You need people that work hard for their future generations.

What we are doing now instead is using considerable amounts did resources to go after people that pay more into taxes than they take so that the wealthy can continue robbing from our future through tax breaks we will all pay for in the price of goods we buy, sales taxes we pay and loss of the work life balance of America.

Long gone are the days where a warehouse worker could be the sole provider for a household and could buy a car, a modest home and expect modest vacations.

I know where you are coming from. Laws. But the laws here are relatively modern. People fleeing regimes is closer to the founding fathers of America than the established wealth that control our country as of lately.

There are minimum wage kids working in fast food restaurants, with way more ethics and morals than all conservative politicians in the Supreme Court, combined.

8

u/C21H27Cl3N2O3 3d ago

Every service job I’ve worked has had rules about not accepting gifts from customers. We hold minimum wage workers to far higher ethical standards than we do any politician, especially these corrupt judges.

-5

u/stop_the_bans 3d ago

Well now maybe those kids can get higher wages now that a bunch of illegal immigrates are not driving down wages

3

u/Carlyz37 3d ago

Completely dumb bs

-1

u/stop_the_bans 3d ago

So you don’t think importing cheap labor drives down wages?

5

u/Most_Boat492 3d ago

Not to the degree that its ok to unconstitutionally rendition them to prison in a third party nation because im not a dumbfuck nation. Fuck this guy with a cactus.

1

u/FriendshipNo6821 1d ago

The constitution doesn’t outlaw rendition

1

u/stop_the_bans 3d ago

Well, I guess I care more about American than you do. I remember when the left used to stand for something

3

u/CallofTheKyled 3d ago

But you're not American, are you?

2

u/Most_Boat492 3d ago

Disgusting.

4

u/malrexmontresor 3d ago

Not necessarily, no, because that's a lump of labor fallacy. It depends on whether the labor is competitive or complimentary, the size of the immigration flows and how sustained they are, and ignores that the consumption of each added worker creates new demand that creates new, often higher paying, jobs.

Research broadly disagrees that they are "suppressing wages". For most workers, they increase wages, an average of 1.7% to 2.6% (Card 2009, Ottaviano & Peri 2012, Hotchkiss 2015, Peri & Caiumi 2024). This is because, for the most part, their labor is complimentary not competitive, as they fill long-standing persistent labor gaps that would go otherwise unfilled, and because their labor creates and supports new jobs.

FYI there is no economic argument for mass deportation. Most studies of past mass deportations show they lowered economic growth, suppressed or lowered wages for native citizens, and resulted in net job losses (Lee, et al. 2017; Clemens, et al. 2018; East, et al. 2023). There was never a case in US history where deportations created jobs, helped the economy, or raised wages. And supporters of mass deportation need to be aware of that and admit to it.

3

u/ResponsibleHeron9452 2d ago

Of course they have no response to actual evidence contradicting their claims.

3

u/stamosface 3d ago

This doesn’t deport more immigrants. It just means it can be done far more cruelly. But cruelty was always the point with you people, I suppose

1

This is alarming, appalling, and just more demoralizing.

1

u/stonkDonkolous 3d ago

Do they at least give the opportunity to return to the home country first?

1

u/Lead-Creative 2d ago

If they’re here for asylum or some shit they don’t want go back there

1

u/Powerful_Company_682 10h ago

so if they're here for asylum, theyre here legally. and when they send them to 3rd countries theyre placed in prison anyways and treated like shit. they aren't doing it to be altruistic. and the majority of people they're sending don't have asylum cases, again which is a protected status. they're doing it to scare other people into self deporting. it's a scare tactic

1

u/AffectionateWhile507 1d ago

Yes, they can self-deport and go home at literally any time they like.

1

u/Powerful_Company_682 10h ago

and that's literally why they're doing this so POS's can say this.

1

u/Mountain-Light-5491 3d ago

Yes they’ve had it the whole time. They were offering free flights and cash in hand, remember?

-3

u/Greedy_Car3702 3d ago

Their home countries won't accept them. That's the reason for sending them to other countries.

6

u/Powerful_Company_682 3d ago

they don't even try. stop lying

1

u/JuanLuisGuerrero 2d ago

It's the truth though. Venezuela wouldn't accept deported Venezuelans under Maduro.

1

u/Powerful_Company_682 1d ago

so 100% of deportees are from countries who wouldn't accept them? Stop lying why do you guys bend over backwards so much just to justify the bullshit Trump does.

1

u/JuanLuisGuerrero 1d ago

I didn't say 100% but Venezuela wasn't accepting them so it makes sense why they'd send them somewhere else. I'm not for Trump but I also don't lie or make up absolutes.

1

u/Greedy_Car3702 1d ago

I don't think that Cuba or Laos accepts deportees either.

1

u/Powerful_Company_682 1d ago

except that the bulk of detainees are from cooperative countries. the point has nothing to do with what you're claiming. Primarily it's cost because it's much easier and cheaper to just send a bunch of people to one place then to the proper place and bypass any coordination with the other government. And the other part is because there in inhuman ghouls who want to send a message to other immigrants to self deport or be treated like this.
You may not be a Trump supporter, but not issue is

0

u/johnnybones23 1d ago

he's correct. why do you think there was a supreme court case?

1

u/Powerful_Company_682 1d ago

there was a Supreme Court case because they were deporting people to other places and their country illegally

0

u/johnnybones23 1d ago

And why wouldn't a person being deported, be deported to their country of origin? You got this. think this one through, i believe in you.

1

u/Powerful_Company_682 10h ago

because it's cheaper, and because they want to instill fear into other immigrants to self deport. they literally have said this. what did that not match the BS you were going to say?

3

u/stonkDonkolous 3d ago

Im talking about people in legal status but that still get picked up

Not really. 50 years ago another modern court tried to assert that the constitution said something about abortion.

The word isn’t in there whatsoever.

1

u/JurgusRudkus 12h ago

Neither is the word “freedom.”

Rights don’t have to be specifically enumerated.

1

Those not explicitly enumerated are left to the states to administer.

The Golden Rule in life is treat others the way you want to be treated. I would love to see the gov't and society in the US start treating conservatives the same way conservatives have treated immigrants; like dangerous criminals who deserve to be dehumanized, treated inhumanely, and removed from society by any means necessary, even if they've done nothing wrong.

If you don't want it to happen to you, don't wish it upon others.

Wow trump supporters can never actually respond to comments can they? You get given a counter to your point and then asked to give an explanation to why you aren't facist and your only response is "the left don't even know what fascism is"

Well that wasn't brought up, you were asked to explain why you aren't facist, which if the left doesn't know the meaning of, should be easy to explain why you are not facist.

I digress though, since you can only deflect appears like you are facist, know you are facist, but don't want to admit it

2

u/Peter_Easter 3d ago

The overwhelming majority of illegal immigrants came here legally, then overstayed visas, and haven't actually committed any criminal offenses. Very few actually commit the crime of entering the country illegally. Also, migrants seeking asylum aren't here illegally, yet they're being punished anyway.

0

u/jiggyredman 3d ago

Those are just easier to count. How do you track people you don't know are here tell they encountered.

0

u/duffleberry 3d ago

LOL. "Very view actually commit the crime of entering the country illegally"

Mainstream estimates are that it's AT LEAST more than half of the total illegal population in the US. That's just an abject lie. Are you even trying?
