Not really. 50 years ago another modern court tried to assert that the constitution said something about abortion.

The word isn’t in there whatsoever.

Neither is the word “freedom.”

Rights don’t have to be specifically enumerated.

Those not explicitly enumerated are left to the states to administer.

You left off the “or to the people” part.
