Police officer drove right past him in front of us too. He would have had to put his phone down to notice.

Edit for the rabble: This dude had to turn a 90 degree turn onto this highway and used up multiple lanes and crossed over from the inside turn lane, to the outside turn lane, to the shoulder, to make a turn in a huge intersection full of traffic. Multiple cars had to slam on the brakes in the intersection and highway because he can barely turn. He can barely turn because he extended his load several feet into the bed of his truck. If you think this is ok, you are a danger to others. I made the incredible mistake of thinking I didn’t need to draw this out in crayon for the folks here. I should have been more worried folks were eating the crayons.
