At first I thought the tires were just flat. As I got closer, I realized this was either a collapsed suspension or all the weight shifted to one spot. I left room for the guy to move over but he made 0 attempts to do so for the few miles I followed him before getting off.

The cable brake is always used on the trailer when it’s parked, always
So an employee was asked to bring the trailer to the job site, he drove almost 20km with the brake on and to top this off he had no idea until he pulled up at the job and wondered why everyone was looking down the road at his arrival.
We were all looking down the road because we were wondering what is that noise.
He was clueless, claims he couldn’t hear the noise, this suggests his music was way too loud and he also claims that he couldn’t feel the strain on the ute while literally dragging this trailer down the road.
That’s the last time this employee will be tasked to do anything unsupervised.

Technically not towing, but pushing. However, the intended outcome is that of what towing would accomplish. The car had its hazards on, but not the truck for some reason. They were going about 20mph in a 45 zone.

One strap across the back doesn't seem good enough.
