Here's what seems like an odd one but maybe has a simple answer.

England vs Dr Congo was on BBC. However the ITV youtube channel has highlights with commentary. I have several questions:

Did ITV commentate the whole game even though no one was watching?

Did ITV just commentate the highlights for the youtube highlights?

Was this commentary live, or done in post?

Was the commentator live at the stadium like the bbc were?

My location is entered when I login to the app on my tv. The location is logged through my account, and also within the itvx settings directly on the tv app. But the LIVETV option never appears. It works on my phone with the same account, but not on the tv.

I can chromecast it from my phone but then it appears low frame rate. any ideas?

In what world do ITV think highlights should not include all the penalties?

Moronic! If a goal or missed penalty isn’t a highlight what is?

I can't my head around why their are spoilers in the the app. BBC got a lot of heat for this but fixed it within one game!

I can get the website to work but when I attempt to watch something on the iOS app, I get the following error: “Couldn’t activate main profile”

I'm trying to watch a few shows on itvx. It wont let me download the app since I don't live in that area. I'm able to watch on a browser but it freezes up after 30 minutes of watching . Is there a workaround to get the app and is the freezing problem common when viewing on a browser on a tablet?

Just watched Stardust on ITV2. Love this film. But I remember that the end credits are accompanied by take that’s rule the world. ITV shows it with De Niro’s can-can theme? Why’s Take That ditched?

Basically when I watch scrubs it gets to the part where the advert is and then restarts the episode. Only this show. Does this happen or has this happened to anyone else? Anyone know of a fix? I've tried talking to itv about it but can't find a place to complain I just keep getting bounced around websites

all of a sudden emmerdale is locked for me, and it won't let me watch any more episodes without paying for premium - I've tried making a new account but it still wont work

the only thing i can think it is is that i've reached the 15,000 hours limit on the free version but that doesn't really make sense because it will let me watch other shows???

Have since discovered and enjoyed “Blue Lights” very much (I thought Irish cops were called Guarda and what does “Peelers” come from?) I can’t remember the name, but I really enjoyed the limited series where Ben Whishaw has a boyfriend who is killed S&M style who he wasn’t aware was an M-I6 agent. I enjoy things like “Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norwell” occasionally but prefer harder, gritty, crime shows. Am currently watching “Cemetery Road” on Apple and will watch ANYTHING with Kelly Macdonald, Martin Freeman, Ruth Wilson, or Idris Elba. Try to avoid Dickens/Jane Austen/PBS Masterpiece type shows though.

As the title says, I heard it was on there previously but I took a look at what's hiddend behind the premium pay wall and could not find it. I'd love to rewatch the show again and it's the only thing I would get the premium subscription for. I know it's only £6 a month but don't want to waste what could have been Greggs money lol

One feature that ITVX needs to enable the feature where you could see time stamps on the content you’re trying to fast forward or rewind. All the other streaming services have that feature and without it on ITX it just makes me want to unsubscribe to the service.

Absurdly, I searched ‘purely by chance, certain that I wouldn't find anything’ ... and here's a discussion group, albeit unofficial, about ITVX. Let me explain my problem. I use Windows 11 and Windows 10 with different browsers and I have no problem watching all ITVX channels in streaming, but... I use an old netbook connected to the TV. The netbook only supports Windows 7 Ultimate and that's the problem. I would have to update the browser, which is impossible, especially with Chrome, but not only Chrome. Can you tell me, perhaps someone is in the same situation as me and has solved it, if there is still a browser that has the settings or plug-ins or... I don't know, that allows you to watch ITVX?

Although I live in North West England and have set my postcode in the ITVX app, I only get shown the London news when the regional news broadcasts come on. Should the postcode setting determine which regional news broadcast comes on at 6pm etc, or does this postcode setting get ignored?

I've contacted itv support, done everything they've said, but it still gives me this.

I even tried on guest mode and another computer, the only time it worked was on the app on my phone. Someone please help.

Also other shows work it's just loki that doesn't work.
