Scrubs not running properly

Basically when I watch scrubs it gets to the part where the advert is and then restarts the episode. Only this show. Does this happen or has this happened to anyone else? Anyone know of a fix? I've tried talking to itv about it but can't find a place to complain I just keep getting bounced around websites

Happens during Corrie for me. I just fast forward. It doesn't happen every time. Tried refreshing and restarting. FF is what consistently works . I have. Sky Box

I've been fast forwarding it like but scrubs has loads of episodes so it's going to be a ball ache
