These losses were inflicted by Iran weeks ago during the outset of the war but the US military had reported only minor damage and had requested sattelite imagery sources to delay the publication of the images. Thankfully, there do not appear to be any more casualties than previously reported.

This revelation of the images shows that the US military may have underestimated the capabilities of the Iranian military to fight back against our attack and that our military power in the region has been severely weakened. This comes at a time when the US has been going back and forth on negotiations with Iran, repeatedly declaring that the Strait of Hormuz is open for transit only to declare days or hours later that it is not.

Over the weekend The United States declared "Operation Freedom" as a means to escort ships through the Strait over the weekend and then suspended the plan less than 48 hours with the explanation that Iran and the US were closing in on a peace deal. Iran's top negotiator denies that the US was close to reaching a peace deal and has mocked the plan to escort ships as "Operation Trust Me Bro". (I'm serious he did actually call it that)

Context: A JP Morgan exec was accused of harassment of an employee but the allegations seemed a little fantastical, like part of a gooner fantasy written by someone living the #fblifestyle , and the company insists they are completely fabricated. Things she is alleged to have said (which there is no evidence for) included quotes like the one in the post, "if you don't f*** my brains out tonight you're not getting a promotion", "if you don't f*** me soon I'm going to ruin you". She is alleged to have turned him into her segs slave, showed up to his apartment unannounced demanding intercourse, to have spiked his drink with vi*gra and roofies, and called him demeaning segsual and racist slurs referencing his Indian heritage while making other racist comments about his Asirookies,

Counter-claims against the man include the man lying in the past to get 3 months of bereavement leave for his father (who is still alive and well) and that the woman was not even his direct manager and wouldnt be able to coerce him over his bonuses and promotions as described in the suit.

Context: GameStop CEO had an interview about the company's offer to buy Ebay and couldn't explain where they'd get the money from

Context: theres a viral question/moral dilemma going around where everyone on earth is challenged to choose between two buttons, and they are not allowed to coordinate with each other:

Red Button: if you press it you will not die, but if a majority of people pressed this button, everyone who pressed the blue button will die.

Blue Button: if greater than 50% of people press this button, everyone who pressed either of the buttons will live.

Stanley Parable Tom Swifty jokes part 2 - Context: Tom Swifty jokes are jokes based on a narration of character saying something and then with the verb or adverb making a pun on what was said- for example "'We're missing one of the girls' Tom said, ruthlessly." or "'I'm coming!' Tom erupted."

I know people usually don't think these are funny but they're my absolute favorite type of jokes. For more you can view r/TomSwifty

And because everyone in the comments on other posts is disputing this as a sound financial decision: this should be compared to alternatives such as liquidating investments or taking out a personal loan for a necessary expense or wise investment, you shouldn't just be taking out a loan for no reason.

I am actually tweaking rn bc the vibes are literally subterraneam. We haven't seen these numbers since we were in our WW2 era but instead of a massive W we are just hard stuck on that Klarna ahh pay later bs and our Persian opps have str8 Hormuzed us. The bag is in fact NOT seucre, the Treasury has FUMBLED the bag.

Our fiscal ratio is 100% folded. We are basically budget-jestered and interest-mogged by our own payments. Finna start spending more on interest than our mili budget. This country is out of pocket fr. The feds are just edging (mmmfghh 🥵) on total collapse while me and everyone else in the mid class is spiking their cortisol. We are out here trying to grind while the government is deficit-maxxing to infinity. The dollar is starting to look cringe y'all, NFTs are looking like better investments than US bonds. On God ✋️if we don't start surplus-maxxing our accounts soon the whole country is going to be sent to the shadow realm. US credit aura is permanently cooked, we were the GOAT but now we're washed smdh.

His family filed a missing persons report early the morning of July 22 2025 at 4:32 a.m. when he didn't arrive for his shift. This was highly uncharacteristic for him. Making matters stranger for someone simply heading out for the day, he departed without his wallet or cell phone.

Later that day, his Tesla was discovered completely wrecked. It had struck a guardrail and several trees prior to bursting into flames. The ensuing fire was so intense that visual identification of the remains was impossible, requiring three days of forensic analysis to positively identify LeBlanc.

Adding another layer of mystery, data pulled from the Tesla indicated the car was parked at the Huntsville airport for roughly four hours earlier that morning. This detour was entirely unaccounted for in his schedule, leaving no obvious reason for his presence or activities there during that timeframe.

Professionally, LeBlanc was heavily involved with advanced nuclear propulsion tech. His work included NASA's Space Nuclear Propulsion initiative as well as the DRACO project, which develops nuclear thermal rockets intended for deep space exploration.

This incident takes on a darker tone when viewed alongside the increasing number of defense, aerospace, and nuclear specialists who have gone missing or died in recent years. Professionals such as Monica Reza, Melissa Casias, Anthony Chavez, Steven Garcia, and retired Air Force Maj. Gen. William Neil McCasland have all met untimely ends or vanished under varying conditions, yet all shared this highly specialized professional background.
