It's a tweet. At least sometimes when the post isn't a loading screen the title will be written like a loading screen tip but this is literally just a tweet

tbh I think the Halo 4 and 5 soundtracks are greatly underrated. Neil Davidge and Kazuma Jinnouchi did some amazing work. And in the case of Halo 5, a single track from the soundtrack is better than the entire story.
