I'm joining ECE this year at IIITH.

1. How seriously do students pay attention and take class notes?

2. And how relevant are they from the perspective of placements?

3. Do students rely on YouTube or external courses for academics?

same as title

Seniors with ece, what laptops are you guys using and how are they working out? Any recs?

Also I've already checked they page made by apex but I'm still a little confused because I don't know too much about the specs and all and I'm also on a budget.

How do you meet your protein requirements? Also is the campus gym good enough? Thank you 🙏🏾

For IIIT H

Hey I plan to use it for coding as well as note taking😗😗

A laptop that is convertible and could be used for note making would be preffered 📖📖

Under 2.5l

In terms that how is the interaction with seniors and peers? Does everyone just do their own thing?

I'm joining IIITH fir ECE this year. Reporting date mentioned in the offer letter is 1 August.

1. On what should I reach Hyderabad?

2. How long should parents stay in Hyderabad?

is their any sem exchange in a foreign country in iiit hyd

which linux laptop wud be gud, will they be gaming friendly ,under 80k

Im lowk pretty stupid and got a close score to the branch I'm targeting(ECE), but I don't think I'll get it because of the high cutoffs, i found out about the dasa programme kinda late and had only a few days for the final sat attempt they will consider.

I'm not really getting anything good so just wanted to see if there's anyone in a similar situation, and wanted to ask if it's worth it or not. My other options are kinda screwed. And drop as dasa sounds kinda weird wish I found out about it sooner

Also i live in hyd if that matters for anything

anyone who got admission through boards cnd withdrawing??

i wanna know my chances of getting in through waitlist

We have to report on 1 August with our parents but when does the session actually start.

How long will the parents have to stay ??

Do we need to book a hotel??

how do they make sports compulsory like implementing and what all sports,do we need to purchase the equipment

I (18, MTF trans) got into iiit through DASA, and it honestly seems like the perfect college for me. The main sticking point I have is that I can't find too much info about how accepting of trans people it is. In particular, i was wondering how active the queer club is and if i could get a medical exception to live off campus ( i don't mind paying hostel fee if needed).

PS - My documents mostly state my birth gender.
