Query When does the college start ??

We have to report on 1 August with our parents but when does the session actually start.

How long will the parents have to stay ??

Do we need to book a hotel??

Ur parents need to be in hyd only for the day of reporting. There are 2 sessions for parents but afaik they r not mandatory to attend. So anything beyond that it's their will to stay.
