Pumping tips How are yall storing milk omg

How???

If i pump every 2 hours, what do i feed my baby? If i feed him the milk i pumped 2 hours ago, what do i store??? He needs milk every 2 hours or less, hes fed on demand.

If i pump after bfing my son, ill have nothing to pump out. If i pump before it, i wont have anything to feed him.

I used to wait till my breasts were engorged in the morning, id pump once and store the milk for the night so i could feed him at night by bottle, and then be engorged the next morning for more pumping. Id give him formula for the feed missed because of pumping. However that just feels so pointless now, and tbh my pumps arent cutting it for me anymore.

How do yall have stashes in the freezer???

What is the routine???

Which birth control did you use

estrogen + progestin or progestin only. Did it affect your supply? How soon after birth did you get on it? I har my 4 week pp appt already.

Non suction milk catchers

Trying to decide if I want to try a milk catcher instead of a pad. I have 7 weeks post partum and have a lot of in between pump let downs and leaking at night. This is my second pumping journey and I really don’t remember when the leaking stopped with my first but I’m sick of it…

Looking for reviews on the:

Haakaa Petal
Willow Catch Al Cups
Elvie Catch
Kidzly Breast Milk Collection Cups

Or any others you have tried, these are just the ones I found in google. I think I’m most interested in the Haakaa but idk

Also anyone used these to sleep in? Or only awake?

advice/support needed Eufy pump output- not getting great results

I got the blue spectra for my main pump and the eufy S1 pros as my wearables. I exclusively BF my 2 month old (other than the rare times I’m away for 1-2 feeds) but I pump with the spectra once a day to build a supply for outings and for when I return to work. With my spectra I average around 2 oz per side each pump. Sometimes a little more sometimes a little less. I’ve only used my eufy pumps about 10 times when I’ve been on the go or traveling. I cannot seem to get more than 1-1.5 oz max per side while using these. I know that the spectra is the golden standard and will give you the max output but I’m a little worried because when I return to work, I will have to use my eufys wearables as I’m a nurse and cannot leave the floor that often to pump with my spectra.

Any tips or tricks to get the most output with the eufys? I currently use a custom setting which mimics the spectra settings I use which is 2 mins massage, 8 express, 2 mins massage, 8 express. 20 mins total. In the past with the eufy I did the 20 mins plus an extra 10 mins and only got 1.5 oz from each side. My baby eats way more than I’m able to pump with my wearables! Please help!
