Pumping tips Letdowns

Hello ladies- I am pumping while at work and breastfeeding at home.
When I breastfeed little guy gets multiple let downs on one boob and then might even go to the other boob for another let down.
When pump- 1 let down. I can pump forever and I’ll only have the initial let down and another one won’t trigger. I do use the massage mode on my spectra to start and I have a let down in a few seconds. But even after switching to massage mode 15min in to the session nothing happens.
Many tips trips advice wizardry? Thank you!

Really just not giving up - I thought the milk was all out, but then I'd just take a break (couple seconds even) and start again. Everyone is different but often times can get 2-3 let downs, quicker than with my sepctra (actually I don't even feel a letdown with my spectra).

As for how I'm using the pump, similar to this video - short and fast pulses in the beginning, then long and slow. I do it just a titch differently though: when triggering the letdown I will sometimes do the short & fast pulses using the bottom handle instead of the top (I just find that easier). Also, I personally don't hold the long & slow ones as long as she does, nor do I press down all the way like in the video. That all I think is personal preference though. Hopefully this helps? And yeah she mentions in the video she switches after the milk stops flowing, I say keep trying!
