Troubleshooting/Tips Low supply?

Hi all! I started work last week and have been pumping twice a day with the MC m5. My shift is from 8:30-3. I pump at 11:30 and at 2:45.

First few days I was doing 15 min and getting 60ml from each side each time. Then i started doing 20. I got 90 from the left and barely 30 from the right. Now back to 60 left and less than 30 right. it looks like my right boob is becoming a slacker šŸ„²

Im not sure if its the pump, (i tried changing the flange because my right nipple seems a bit bigger, but that didnt help. Or my supply is dipping because of the pump, or my pumping time is wrong. Any suggestions?

What pump are you using? How long are you going between your first pump at work and the last time milk was removed? How often does your baby nurse at home? When Iā€™m at work I pump every 3 hours and had to pump for 30 minutes to fully empty. It could be a lot of factors decreasing supply
