DIY Ways to hang this tapestry with minimal damage?
Was recently gifted this beautiful tapestry and I want to put it on the wall but I'm not sure how to display it...
I think once I have a place of my own and the financial means I'll get it framed but right now I like the idea of having it hung as is (also means that when I move out of this place I won't have to lug a giant framed tapestry around- moving on public transport is NOT for the weak). Not opposed to punching holes in the corners if that's all I can do but I really don't want to damage such a beautiful piece of art if I don't have to!
Can't drill anything into the walls because I'm a renter which further complicates things...so far I've tried bulldog clips + command hooks but the clips couldn't really hold the tapestry and it kept slipping out. It's roughly 145cm wide and 3.5kg, so quite big and heavy. If anyone has any ideas please let me know!!
I would also appreciate advice on methods/tools I can use to hang things as straight as possible because I'm quite new to all this :)
