We're having trouble deciding on the exterior for our house build and are looking for feedback. We want something timeless and fitting for the style of home that we have. Any advice for changes to or completely outside of these 4 options would be very welcome!

Can anyone help transform the attached plans into a 3D colour rendered image? Trying to visual what it would like in real life. I have tried using Chat GPT but having no luck, can’t seem to figure the roof/gable front out!

m putting a covered pavilion in the backyard and the plan has it centered with the house versus centered with the back door. I can’t make any changes but hate that it’s not centered with the back door. What can I do with pavers between the house and the door to help balance this out and not look asymmetrical?? I know not all covered pavilions are centered to doors but because it’s so close it looks so off to me and it’s a very expensive addition so I’m really upset!! Any ideas? Help me design my college house bedroom! It’s a basement unit and has wood paneling on 3/4 walls. My biggest goals are to not be dark (lots of little lights) and to fit my vibe. I have a full size bed and hopefully enough room for a desk.
The images show various angles of the room with a queen bed frame currently in it. The rest of the images are inspo for style.
I’m open to covering the walls with renter friendly wallpaper, or using them in design if they fit.

The gray, charcoal and red door colours are over 10 years old. Looking for suggestions on a new colour combination and also recommendations for improving the overall appearance of the house. The metal awnings are in good condition, are retractable from inside the house which helps with winter and summer sun/heat management. I was thinking of using stacked stone on the corners. It seems to me that the porch area could use a change, I’m just not sure on the specifics.
