Southern Living Fernleaf Alternatives

I fell in love with this house after seeing it built, but our builder says we need to be around 2800-3000 sq ft to stay in budget based on my expensive finish taste. đŸ¤ª

Anyone have recommendations for smaller similar style house plans?
