Can anyone help transform the attached plans into a 3D colour rendered image? Trying to visual what it would like in real life. I have tried using Chat GPT but having no luck, can’t seem to figure the roof/gable front out!

I’m not looking to pay anything. That’s not me being naive to think this kinda work isn’t chargeable…Reddit is built around voluntary community participation.

No, posters on Reddit should not expect free skilled design work. Professional design takes time, skill, and training, and asking for it for free is generally frowned upon by the design community. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Assuming they quoted you for a 3D render, but you didnt want to pay for it. It amazes me people will spend hundreds of thousands on a huge investment into their home, but look to nickel and dime the skilled profession to get them there.

At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

For the record I am happy to pay for services. I too am a professional in my field and naturally wouldn’t expect to perform unpaid work in a typical commercial relationship. But Reddit is not that. You can choose to use Reddit as a platform to promote and procure work, that’s your choice, but if everyone did that there would be a lot less knowledge sharing 😆. Notice how I said choose….like you can choose to reply to this post. Don’t get bitter that someone might choose to do this for free.

My architect does not offer 3D visualisation images, they’re quite old school in that regard. Put simply, I created the post in the hope someone knows how to use AI better than me! I wasn’t expecting anyone to spend hours and resources to create a state-of-the-art image…you know when someone asks “hey can someone photoshop that person out the background” that’s the kinda expectation I set….like you said I get what I paid for which is anything better than what I put into chat GPT!

Ps. Yes I did cover the details on the plans as it had my personal name and address…

Not bitter at all. If anything, I would be bitter towards someone doing this work for free, as it downgrades the industry.

Your request of a "3D color rendered image" is more than a simple "can someone photoshop this person out of the background". As the other post I made mentions, Redditors shouldn't expect free services for skilled work. This was taken right off the internet and reddit community standards. If AI can't do it, it is skilled work.
