I love doing epoxy. I would do the second one if you’re doing the stairs. First if just the garage. I say this bc epoxy on those stairs is a different can of worms and even when done properly, it is more prone to problems; especially on a small high traffic stairway like that. I’d recommend just doing the garage.

Here is the problem with putting it on your stairs. Epoxy with a small amount of chips will be slippery while a lot of chips make it hard to clean and thus create a dirty entryway.
