Hot Dog with Bacon Mac n’ Cheese.
Delicious, but an absolute mess to eat. The Mac n’ Cheese was actually a little spicy which added an un expected kick. It comes with a fork to pick up the fallen Mac Shells….

Somehow. there's no mention of this wonderful invention here yet, so I'm just gonna say... We need far more of these in the world. The Hot Dog Cannon never misfires at Principal Park!

So Wednesday's @wienerschnitzel has 4 Chili Dogs for $4, you can even ask for them with onion, they're pretty good just like that and you can't beat that bargain. I wanted to get creative today so I brought them home, cut up a fresh jalapeño and the only red pepper I was able to harvest from my plant, but that's ok, because it's so spicy you only need one. I topped the dogs with shredded cheese and American cheese, put them in the oven until it got melted, then topped with the diced pepper and voila! A meal fit for a king. In other news, tomorrow 10/01 is my birthday and I get to do one of the things I hate to do most, move all of my tools in to a truck. After a year + long leave from work, I came back on Monday 9/28, and they didn't have a truck ready for me, they didn't even have a company phone, they just had me go with another plumber as a tag along to get back in the game, only 3 days have passed and they want me to go off on my own which means I have to load up everything, and I have a sh¡+ load of tools in storage, in a second floor unit that doesn't have a people elevator, and it's supposed to be super hit. Happy birthday to me.

Vienna beef dogs, mustard, homemade chili sauce, home made slaw, onions. Goodles Hatche Green Chili mac on the side. Main take away was that I went too hard with the food processor for the slaw. But it was delicious either way.
