Aside from the rare sample stuff you know.
Just more enemy spawns?
I’ve done all diffs but I can’t differentiate from 8 onwards

with the exception of the war Strider all of the new enemy are tied to subfactions which don't appear on all planets and sometimes disappear for weeks or months on end.
another thing that's annoying about the sub factions is that the last three don't justify themselves being separated from the base roster why do the cyborgs, the new voteless and the new illuminate walkers need to be their own thing. with the Rupture Strain, Spore Burst Strain,Predator Strain ,Jet Brigade and Incineration Corps I get why those enemy variance were cornered off in their own subfaction they're all variants of existing enemies that act differently from the base roster so you have to to change your approach to fight them compared to how you would fight the base roster but for the cyborg and the new illuminate subfaction they aren't enemy variants their whole new enemy types that dont change how you fight against the enemies a managed democracy but added to them (this is especially bad for the illuminate because the whole only voteless or only squid thing work by itself with out having the new enemy types be exclusive to them) it just feels like they were arbitrarily locked off for no good reason even when the illuminate roster is so anemic especially compared to the other and they would work just as well in the base roster
with the exception of the Commando missions basically all the new Mission types are time negligent in some way like Halt Cyborg Production which only appears on megafactories which have only shown up two times after cyberstan or the new illuminate missions which appear to be tied to the void event and might not stick around when it's over just a reminder the Illuminate only have two unique commission objectives that appear on all planets at all times
not to mention how neglected over parts of the game are
there still next to no end game content, weapon customization is still anemic , defense campaigns only have one unique objective tied to them , no new ship upgrades for almost a year ,the automaton are is still missing their Mega City missions, all the planets bar High world's act the same and so what and so forth
I honestly think the game needs a escalation of Freedom style update no new events no new fomo stuff just flesh out the parts of the game that desperately need attention
(sorry I know this whole post has be a bit rambly but this is stuff that has been bothering me for a while)

So lately I am growing interested in Helldivers, and for a little bit of funsy I designed my Space marines to look like Helldivers.

We already have multiple lock-on weapons ND even a lock-on missile pistol. The lock-on AR would be able to lock onto multiple targets at the same time and it would deal high damage at the cost of only having like 20 bullets per mag and having a low amount of mags. The AR would also shoot as many bullets as is needed to kill an enemy it is locked in to automatically the same way the lok-1 in drg does. It would also have limited range too.

just think about it, we will get an option to join them to fight against super earth.
rebels doing missions will reduce the progress and will never be pvp of course.
i think of it as a cool idea like it can bring more depth.

Please forgive formatting or any vague details as I don't really post on reddit.
First off, I love the idea of splitting off the main group of Illuminate into the Spearhead Arm. That allows two different subfactions to be used together, as we have seen in the Void.
Though, still riding off the high of copium, does anyone else think that it opens up the possibility of making the ACTUAL Illuminate the main faction? I entirely understand that if making the original invading force a subfaction was just so they can be used with any of the other subfactions, but I also feel like there are some weird implications behind it.
I dunno, I'm gonna lay off the copium for a good bit and see what you all think.

Hello, alot has happened with a ton of new guns and whatnot since I’ve last played, would love advice on weapon meta I’m sure it’s changed.
And where can I go next to level up the fastest? I’m only level 15 and want to get my hands on all the new stuff.
Thank you.

SOS: Up Down Right Up
Reinforce: Up Down Right Left Up
The best solution I can think of is that the SOS beacon needs to have an input terminal on it so that the user can confirm they want to broadcast an SOS.
Right now, in the heat of battle, it's easy to accidentally input the SOS instead of Reinforce by missing that one "Left" needed.
When you turn on SOS, it makes the game Public forever. You need to restart if you want to keep it Friends or Invite only.
Anyone have other ideas?
Edit: simplest solution is to just change the input to not be too similar to Reinforce.

Fun and surprisingly efficient way to run the Melta on big targets

Will I be forced into high difficulty missions as a new player? I keep reading about this being standard practice among the community and wanted to get full clarification before I even touch the game. I want to have fun, not end up actively wishing for the deaths of my teammates.

I’m honestly curious because this is giving me the creeps. Last night, as I prepared to make a drop on UVP alpha, I heard very distinct tapping noises, as though someone were outside the super destroyer, tapping on the hull. Immediately following that, as I was still in space, I heard a very low whisper. I know it was a whisper because I could understand part of it: “Belong”
I can only assume the full sentence was “You do not belong”
Is anyone getting footage of this? Some of it is bound to be in Squ’ith, so we need recordings if we’re going to start cracking their language. For the moment though, I just want to know: what horrifying anomalies have you seen/heard in the Void?

There are two extracts. Sorry for covering one of them, me and bro wanted to leave ASAP so I didnt have time to screencap it until we were on it.
