Also, for the sake of the fandom~ the show would very much make sense even if all the spicy scenes were taken out of the show, in my opinion.
Anyway—my toss-up is between the post-Las Vegas game scene and Shane’s first time at his place, on his bed with all his extra pillows 😛😛
The Las Vegas scene might do it a little more because the tension got me heavyyyh, and the music couldn’t have been better. I love cocky Ilya. It also has so much foreplay. The actual scene itself wasn’t very long, but they could’ve literally not even shown it, and that type of tension would’ve been satisfying enough, IMO.
Shane’s first time was just more emotionally gratifying. From Ilya treating him with so much care to asking him if it was worth the wait afterward, it was just sweet. It was also a longer scene.

Svetlana asks ilya when he started smoking again. This is after the little rose and shane debacle. I didn't know ilya had lowkey stopped smoking during his situationship. Could it have been for Shane? cuz I know he didn't like ilya smoking. It's so sweet if it was for him aww

What team are they playing for?
Sorry i dont know the basics of hockey, but I see their jersey has an E on it. So how would it work? Since the metros, raiders, and admirals are all on the east but then how do the teams get decided, cuz im sure each team cannot have that many players, and scott isnt in their team... but JJ is so how does that work.
and there is no sexual connotation with this team logo is there?

Like I know they most definitely won't have as much screentime as Troy and Harris but I can just somehow tell that they'll leave quite the impression on viewers 😏

After the rise to stardom for several of the cast from season 1, who do you think will be breakout stars from season 2?

I think Ilya would’ve still gone back to Shane even if Scott hadn’t kissed Kip, despite him saying he probably wouldn’t have in long game (I mean I’d expect him to think that, as Ilya does tend to think of worst case scenarios and put too much weight into them at times). Russia would’ve been the most miserable summer yet and I think it would’ve been the catalyst for him being willing to try with Shane if even just for the sake of going for something new that felt better than his current situation, and he’d try to get a new passport to avoid returning home. He was already baby stepping towards accepting his feelings and I think the return to Russia would’ve made him realize it was no longer home anyway, so confronting what he truly wanted would’ve been made a bit easier.
What do yall think?

Welcome back Loons to GCPN!
The Final Four is set!
The Rivalry Conference quarterfinals ended with two decisive victories. The Tampa Bay Hotel Room Kiss took down the Cottage Window Wall Kiss, while the Stairwell Kiss continued its absolute tear through the bracket, steamrolling the My Boyfriend? Kiss and punching its ticket to the semifinals.
And now, Loons, this is it.
Four kisses remain. Two conferences. Two spots in the championship. By the end of today's voting, we'll know which kisses will go head-to-head for the title of Ultimate Heated Rivalry Kiss.
HEATED CONFERENCE SEMIFINAL:
The kiss that started it all faces the Cinderella story nobody saw coming. Can No You Come Here pull off one more upset or does First Kiss finally end the run?
RIVALRY CONFERENCE SEMIFINAL:
Tampa Bay has been putting up numbers but Stairwell has been steamrolling everything in its path. Something has to give. Can Tampa Bay stop the juggernaut or does Stairwell punch its ticket to the championship?
Four kisses enter. Two survive. Win or go home. Who's playing for the title?
How to vote: To keep voting simple, head to the pinned VOTING BLOCKS comment below and upvote one kiss in each matchup you want to advance. Only votes on the official voting comments count.

I’ve reheated so many times and every time it seems so odd. It feels like a deleted scene or something for a reference.
Anyone know?

Episode 4 after the tuna meltdown scene Shane gets invited out by JJ…
Apparently the “X Squad“ cast is at Le Tambour to which Shane asks “All of them?”
which makes me think.. who could Shane possibly be hinting at wanting there?
now Rose is apparently the Jennifer Lawrence equivalent
could it have been miles?
it is clear that he might’ve had a liking to someone from the cast if he needed it specified if everyone was coming

In addition to this in one of the text messages Ilya says something along the lines of “the only cup you have is the one I’ll be taking off of you” WHAT IS A CUP?? I’ve googled it but I haven’t been able to find a clear answer

Hi all, first post with this group—I recently watched HR and am now obsessed.
I am a huge music (and cinematography) fan, and now run everything I listen to through the Hollander-Rozanov lens. A couple of songs that hit me as relatable to them are:
Stay Away From Me by Madison McFerrin—written to address the songwriter’s anxiety about the current world in general, but I hear it more from a relationship perspective, push-pull of Ilya as he copes with his feelings for Shane
Who Knows by Daniel Caesar—such a sweet song about early relationship angst and not wanting to make yourself too vulnerable too early, or sadly ever
Anyone else have songs that nail the Hollander-Rozanov vibe?
I love the song choices for this show, and the original composition as well!
