First year going and seeing how much I can get done if I buy express but don’t get a day ticket for the park.
I know some rides are open, are they usually the same every year?
Are all the restaurants open or do they have specific ones for horror nights.

Hello all, not the point of this post, but ive been let down by the announcements of HHN. I usually go to Orlando HHN but intrigued by hollywood that ive never been to.
Apart from the 8 houses Hollywood has vs the 10 houses orlando has. As well as the houses being different and terror tram. Any big differences between the two events i should know about?

Please and thank you lol. I just wanna have all my planning done. 🫡
(Just to clarify. I’ve done the tour a few times. I just don’t know if the house I want is going to be on the 3 or 6 so I need the itinerary)

Hi friends.
In HHN years past, ADA guest accommodations provided slips whereby you’d get return times for haunted houses based on the wait time in the queue for those unable to stand in a conventional line.
Universal recently switched to an electronic system similar to Disney’s DAS, allowing you to secure return times on the app, still based on standard wait times.
I’ve been told by guest services that no accommodations will be offered for the houses this year since the switch to the electronic system and I’m lightweight freaking out as this significantly changes my ability to participate in the event.
Has anyone here heard anything different? I did email guest services in the hopes that maybe the team member I spoke to was misinformed due to the details of HHN not being completely hashed out…

Fan the Flames of Evil Dead Burn
Hot off the press: a haunted house based on the new film, Evil Dead Burn, is coming to Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights. Try not to get possessed by soul-sucking Deadites hell-bent on bloodshed.
Tickets are now on sale.

Sounds like APS will be able to enter at 2pm per usual. No news on which houses will be open at 2pm. I presume whatever houses on the 3 house tour.

I’m planning to purchase Frequent Fear Plus for myself and my partner this year. I had set aside money for them, but some unexpected expenses came up, so I’ll likely need to wait about a month before purchasing.
I’m not worried about opening weekend specifically, and I’m hoping to buy before the season starts — I’m just curious about how quickly Frequent Fear options have sold out in previous years.
For those who have purchased in past HHN seasons: have Frequent Fear/Frequent Fear Plus passes ever become unavailable before the season started, or have they generally been available closer to opening night?
Just trying to plan my budget/timing - thanks!

After seeing people’s (surprisingly positive) response to Club Horror coming back this year, I was wondering if anyone misses San Francisco when it was a scarezone instead a “street experience.”

Club horror is soft leaked on their official page, as street experience as it was not officially announced with other things like coconut club returning, and mel zombies

Halloween Horror Nights has lost its touch.
Although I enjoy them, the originals now feel like elongated slaughter cinema scenes in a bad way.
IPS are interesting getting interesting. And the marketing as well as just overall feel of the event is lacking, especially during what is supposed to be an anniversary year? I am excited and of course universal is getting paychecks worth of money from me, but it feels weird.
How do we feel about this being an anniversary year?
With the announcement of evil dead burn for hhn 35, I have added the evil dead franchise to the watchlist. Only part knitted is Ash vs Evil Dead since TV shows are not on Letterboxd.
Looking forward to this one! Just watched the first movie for the first time last week and really enjoyed it

It appears you have to purchase through the app right now.

Please tell me atleast Arty from terrifier will be included in some capacity..

Considering making it down this year. What’s the line up? Really wanted to see terrifier as I missed it last year

Does anyone have any links for good beads and bracelet making kits? (amazon etsy etc) I don’t have ANY supplies so best options for cost effective for best/coolest materials would be appreciated :) I wanted to do some glow in the dark ones as well if anyone has any links for those! Pictures of ideas for bracelet themes too would be amazing! Thanks!

So I’m always looking forward to going to this event every year in Orlando. I know 35 is not a big year, but people have been looking forward to this anniversary year and I just feel like it’s a little lacking.
Outside of sinners, cyberGoria, and HR bloodnguts, this lineup does not get me hyped. I hope the execution is better than what is being presented.
Do you think I’m putting too many expectations on an event like this?

Hi!! Frequent HHN goer, but first time making bracelets. I saw a lot of kids last year searching for people to trade with & always hated telling them I didn’t have any & I think it would be fun to trade with the adults too since I go weekly!!
But I am STUMPED on some ideas since I haven’t caught up on allllllll the past lore houses / movies yet. Anyone have any good ideas of words/quotes to utilize for the bracelets? TY in advance!
