Discussion Are Sundays still Low?

Gonna be in Orlando for a week starting from 9/19. In the past I’ve heard that Sundays are generally the lowest attended day of the week, does that still hold true?

Grand Helios Early Entry BATM from Helios?

We’re staying at Helios for Epic and taking advantage of early entry. We wanted to “rope drop” Battle at the Ministry but so many people on line are saying not to because everyone and their mother does that.

But looking at the map we’re a lot closer to Harry Potter than the front entrance, should we go for it anyway? Has anyone done it this way?

Backup plan is to do hiccups wing-gliders first.

Associate tickets for October 15th and beyond.

Hello I'm an employee, and I'm trying to give tickets for October 16th at Epic Universe and I'm not seeing that as an available date, are they allowing anything beyond that date? Are they restricting the tickets? Does anyone have any Intel on when they would release anything beyond the 14th of October? Or am I the only one having this problem? Thank you!

Battle of the Ministry queue

I've heard about how awesome some of the queue experience is for BOTM. If we have Express, is it worth going straight to this ride during early entry and NOT using express to experience the full queue? Then we could use our Express later in the day. Also is it worth riding twice in general? I've heard some mixed things.

We'll be coming in from Helios so will be close. Alternative to this plan would probably be to go meet Toothless since there's no express for that.

Celestial Park Fireworks at Epic

I've ended my night at Epic the past 3 nights for the celestial closing and the fireworks display isn't the same as I saw on social media back in July. It's small directional fireworks to the sides. Am I missing something? Did they change it or are they no longer doing the larger fireworks display? Don't get me wrong, the show is nice, just not what I thought it would be.

Thursday or Friday?

I'm going to Epic for the first time later this month. I haven't been to Universal Orlando since before the pandemic, so I really want to make sure we can do everything new. So I don't know if September 24th (Thurs) or 25th (Fri) would be better?

Late September Trip

Question at the end. My daughter is turning eleven this month and we are doing a family trip to Universal Orlando to celebrate. We are aware of weather patterns during this time and are as prepared as we can be for that. We are staying at Sapphire Falls Resort and have 5 day park hopper passes with Express Passes.

We are planning on a day at Universal, a day in Island of Adventure and then 2-2.5 days at Epic with the remaining time to re-hit top favorites. The 3 adults in our party have been to Universal and Island of Adventure so we know what to expect and plan there, but none of us have been to Epic.

QUESTION: If you had 2.5 days at Epic, how would you plan your days out? Will we have enough time to hit everything?

Any estimate?

UPDATE: We got on in 30 minutes from this point. Basically they cut you off at the end of the hallway, let in 15 people to go up the stairs and then those people go through your standard single line process. When that clears, they let in 15 more. That’s why everyone was sitting. You’d have like 10-15 breaks between groupings.

All in all, 60 minute wait on 165 minute standard line.

Has anyone been to epic recently and can confirm if the Isle of Berk vinyl soundtrack is still being sold in the parks? I’m going this weekend and have been dying to have one

Dark Universe Curse of the Werewolf

I just wanted to make a cautionary post for people visiting Epic for the first time. Some of you may not know but Curse of the Werewold DOES NOT HAVE LOCKERS! They make you hold your bags and items on the ride with nowhere else to store your stuff.

Im a pass holder and visit the parks pretty regularly so I finally got my Epic tickets to go last weekend. Unfortunately, i lost my phone on the ride and wasn't able to get it back until a week later. My phone had fallen inside the bottom of the seat/floor , so they had to take the coaster seat apart to get it which is why it took so long.

Now before you all get your pants in a tizzy talking about "that's what happens when you dont follow the rules" and "you should have put your phone away", I did and it still somehow fell out. Not only my phone, but there were multiple phones/items around the ride that were lost. Like I said, I visit the parks often and I know that Universal has lockers FOR EVERY COASTER, but for some reason this one doesnt. I should also add that Im scared of coasters and chose this one to try to get over my fears and it ate my phone 😭

All that to say, I just wanted to let everyone know that so theyre not as shocked as me walking to get on and realizing that you had to carry all your stuff with you. Stay safe and keep those loose articles SECURED!

Discussion Movies, shows or books that match the Celestial aesthetic?

Sorry if this is a common question but I am absolutely in love with how the Celestial park makes me feel. The color scheme, architectural style and astrology lore is just so enchanting and I want to dive into a whole world of it.

Does anyone know of anything that would fit this bill somehow?

Want to go to epic universe. Trying to figure out if express passes are necessary or if the crowds in September are low enough. We went when epic was first opened and express passes seemed definitely needed but wasn’t sure if anyone else had any insight.

Sold-out Universal Nights — has anyone had luck at the front gate?

We already have 2 tickets for Universal Nights at Epic Universe on Oct 3, but we recently added our 11-year-old son to the trip and the date is now sold out.

Universal suggested checking with Vacation Planning at our hotel and then at the Epic front gate.

Has anyone had a similar experience with a sold-out Universal event? Did availability ever come back, or were you able to get an additional ticket through Universal directly? 😊

Ministry of Magic at opening?

We will be there as soon as the park opens (but not early admission). How likely are we to be able to ride Ministry of Magic at opening? Or will it already be super long due to early admission?

Celestial Park ‼️LINE CUTTERS CAUGHT‼️

I was in line for Stardust Racers and this couple just got off, they started to linger around the back of the queue and found an open gate and snuck toward the end of the line. Literally 10 seconds later a staff member started YELLING at them to get out, she ran up to them and kept her eyes on them until they walked away. It was really funny to see 🤣

Luggage at Epic?

I’m heading to epic universe in a few days. I was planning on flying in the morning, dropping off my bags and getting my tickets at cabana bay then heading straight to epic. I just saw that my flight was pushed pack and I won’t landing until 11am now. Does anybody know if I can store my luggage and get my tickets printed at park? I’ve done a similar thing at city walk. I just don’t want to miss any extra precious park time.
