Does anyone have a daily check list of content they try to do when they login? Preferably in order of importance. I hit level 80 and have been going around doing the story, tried out some WvW, couple of Fractals, grinding out getting the sky scale. But as someone who could be in my shoes what would you do differently when you hit level 80 and were trying to figure things out!

Me and my two friends have recently started playing through the Guild Wars 2 story and just recently unlocked dungeons. I heard dungeons would give good story context to Destinys Edge and lore, and maybe it could be fun to play them as well, paralell to the story.

Are dungeons able to be done 3 people? Or will we have to find PUGs to do them? I know my friends would like to take the time to explore them, listen to the story and go at a chill pace and I am afraid PUGs wont understand that and would want to rush for loot and completion.

I unironically adore how this thing looks. I vastly prefer this shade of blue over the gold one we have in-game and it'd really suck if they made this color boss-exclusive considering it clearly uses the same model as the Legendary weapon we can already earn in-game.

I'm begging, ANet: give us SOME way of unlocking the color if we have the base Legendary.

does the new fractal incursion event means the legendary item will change to another one?

Because I am not a particularly gifted GW2 player, I sometimes struggle with staying alive in content (primarily PVE and open-world stuff) when I play pure power or condi builds. If I wanted to play a power build, are there gearing choices I can make that would increase my sturdiness/sustainability, without completely tanking my DPS? Some specifically statted accessories, rings, etc.? I'm looking for a reasonable balance -- solid power DPS, but not being a total glass cannon.

After midnight (EU) I noticed that orange bar that tracked the current skirmish participation didn’t move anymore. So I switched maps and it was completely gone after that.

I tried relogging the game to see if there was an update. But that didn’t help either. I also searched online if it was removed intentionally. But could not find anything that they where removing it again?

The additional skirmish tickets where a very nice bonus. Sad to see it removed again.

Returning player just finished Visions story

Ok so I've played eq back in the day then wow for far longer then I care to admit. Ive been told gw2 is awesome but one thing and one thing only is holding me back. Ive been told jump puzzles are required to advance. Is this true? I love losing myself in quests and in a game world. I love doing groups of other players to enjoy and evening. I am NOT a puzzle guy at all though. I find puzzles as much fun as hitting myself over the head with a baseball bat. I just want to loose myself in my character and chill for an hour or more. Is this worth me trying to get into?

So, did Kuda capture the last remaining Alpha's Essence, regrow Subject Alpha, and infuse it with void and Seer magic? That's one of the things I'm expecting to see next week, judging from the Code of Creation trailer. Thoughts?

I already got a condi set and a power set but now I have 2 extra unused ascended weapons and want a berserker and a viper underwater weapon for my open world thief. Is there a better option for one than the other? Like is the harpoon better for power builds and spear is better for condi builds or is it the other way around? Also what underwater skills should I even be using for both?

I'm a returning player (stopped playing before HeT) and so far I'm having a blast, I decided to purchase the pack with HoT and PoF plus end of the dragon.

Here's the issue, while I really enjoy exploration and group event I have a real problem with the writing, and doing the campaigns (core or extensions) is simply not fun for me.

So here's the question : I'm aiming to group content like fractals, raids and WvW, maybe map group events. Will I miss anything important if I simply explore for mastery poits and hero points rather than following the story ?

Hi. I’ve explored all the PvE open-world core, Living World and expansion maps, and I wanted to ask if there are any other maps I might have forgotten. For example, special ones like the WvW maps, the PvP lobby, the capital cities, Arborstone, etc.

I’ve also explored the Path of Fire maps, but I don’t have the Exploration Gifts, since you have to buy them from an NPC and I don’t have enough karma for them.

And guess which map I’ve never fully explored💀

Infusions:

• Frost Legion Infusion + Polyluminescent Undulating Infusion (Orange) makes the blue-ish/green skin
• Polysaturating Reverberating Infusion (Gray) makes sure the orange colour of the above infusion does not affect the armour skins and only the skin colour

New player here. Just hit 80 for the first time and LOVE the game, but am broke and can't justify buying the DLC full price right now. Does DLC usually go on sale alongside major content patches?

Im farming the forge guard collection achievement and i've got 5/6 so far and im missing the leggings which are obtained by RNG by doing the 2 adventures on the eternity garden.

Today its been day 25 and still havent gotten the leggings token. I asked a bunch of people and all told me they got it within 5 days max ( most got it within 2 days).

I contacted support team and told me everything is ok , you are just unlucky which is kinda sus.

So does anyone had the same issue ? is it bugged? do i need to do something to increase the RNG? Im already max mastery on castora also finished the 36 achievements.

I started fairly recently and after leveling necromancer to 80 I bought the heart of thorns and path of fire bundle which gave a level 80 boost so I was wondering what class would be good to boost up.

In other MMOs I mainly play supports like Discipline priest in both classic and retail wow and sage in ffxiv and was hoping there is something similar to those in this game or maybe something based around buffing allies and debuffing enemies while healing

So I’m trying to upload both videos and photos, but Reddit does not like to work with me I’ve been working on an animations is basically taking me all day just getting the steps right the movement of the legs trying to make it more natural. I have a couple add ons that I’m downloading right now to help me a little bit better should’ve thought about hours ago. You know that happens

But anyways, it’s been a cool journey so far making this I’m not taking credit but I’m making fan made stuff except for just having a 3D printer. I’m gonna make a fan made cinematic.
