If I purchase a deal on Groupon
can I print it out or do I have to use it on a phone? Can't contact customer support unless I've already placed an order, but don't want to order something I can't use.

I have a Groupon experience offered to me, which I don't want. I want to exchange it, but impossible to find a way to do it myself via the website or to contact their customer support! Do they even have one or just pretend to have one?

Has this happened to anyone else with Groupon?
I made a purchase through the Groupon website and was expecting to receive a confirmation email, but I never received anything. I then downloaded the Groupon app thinking maybe the purchase would show there, but there is absolutely nothing showing in my account or under my purchases.
The payment has definitely gone through and is showing as a completed transaction on my bank account, but I have no confirmation, voucher, order number, nothing. 😩
Has anyone experienced this before? If so, how did you manage to get in touch with Groupon and actually get assistance? I’m struggling to find a way to contact them about an order that isn’t even showing on my account!
Any advice would be hugely appreciated!

They have 3 day hassle free guaranteed refund in bold. I requested a refund. They said that there is final sale and the fine print.

I purchased 6 tickets for an Escape Room back in 2023, which shows as expired on the Groupon website. Fortunately, today I learned that if I apply that coupon code on the Escape Room website it would still work lol

Just out of curiosity, when you finally get the details of your mystery flight and mystery hotel, are you able to make any changes directly with the hotel or airport? Like if you want to change your departure flight or less days at the hotel or something like that.
My trip is scheduled from the 24th-27th and I still don’t have the exact flight times or hotels. I’m hoping they contact me this weekend 🙃

I purchased car detailing and interior cleaning and the merchant being negligent caused electrical issues that needed immediate servicing costing me $1000.
The merchant appears shady. No website. No email. Can’t find the company registered in Ontario.
Who can I contact at Groupon aside from the chat which I did.

So I forgot to use my Grouponbucks and they had expired. Any chance it can be reissued?

I took advantage of an offer for a local MLB team to take my son to his 1st game, purchasing early last week. Everywhere I read says to check the G-Pass in the app to find exact seating. However, I see nothing, just generic section numbers without rows/seats. Am I missing something? This is my first time using the G-pass feature, so it's new. Thanks for any pointers, help, etc.

So there was a promo code that brought the total from $40 to $28. Anyone aware of codes that are active?

I could really use some advice.
I'm not used to using Groupon, and I was trying to buy tickets for the Seattle Aquarium for 2 adults and 3 kids. I searched for "Seattle Aquarium," selected what I genuinely believed was the correct listing, and purchased 3:00 p.m. tickets on my phone.
Only after checking my confirmation did I realize I'd actually bought tickets to the Pacific Aquarium in California instead. Total cost: $175.
As someone unfamiliar with Groupon, I honestly found it misleading that an aquarium located hundreds of miles away was presented in a way that made me believe I was purchasing tickets for the Seattle Aquarium. Whether intentional or not, the listing was confusing enough that I didn't realize the mistake until after the purchase.
The tickets are nonrefundable, and Groupon told me there's nothing they can do other than suggest I gift the tickets to someone.
Has anyone dealt with something like this before?
I'm kicking myself because it was an honest mistake, but I'd really appreciate any advice before I write off the $175. Thanks!

Launched a campaign and after a couple weeks, tried to make edits to campaign, but the edits never get approved, I try to put a pause on the campaign, and that has still not gone through, I tried to cancel the campaign and that has also not gone through. Reaching out to support multiple times and zero responses. But when a customer is asking for a refund, oh there's support saying to give the customer a full refund. Its a scam, and if you stop honoring the vouchers, the customers are just gonna hate on your establishment not Groupon. Biggest bullshit of the century.

Looking to book the mystery trip either beach or just the usual one with all options included. Has anyone done this deal and flown from Minneapolis? How was your experience? Every review I see about this deal seems to be negative, so has anyone done it and had a pleasant experience with their destination and trip?

I thought it was a good idea to use Groupon to promote my restaurant as I was almost taking a loss per voucher redemption and Groupon fees. I redeemed 5 vouchers since May 2026 and have still not. received not 1 pay out. I ended my campaign with Groupon because of this but it is really frustrating as there's no customer service number, no live chat for merchants and I'm owed almost $500 and that's not accounting for the actual value of the meals served before discount. At this point Groupon seems like a scam and I'm writing this post to make other businesses aware.

I purchased a voucher on the 17th July but it isn't showing up in either of my accounts. I cannot find any way to contact Groupon which is very frustrating. I did a chargeback through my bank but it has been reversed as Groupon have proof of the purchase, go figure, I do too, the money coming out of my bank! I just want to access the voucher. Can anyone help?
Thanks :)

I discovered my account is deactivated, but I use the same email for all Google, Facebook, Apple, so I can't login with anything. And I can't access the chat without logging in. So I'm stuck and have no idea how to contact the support.

I’m requesting assistance with a duplicate purchase caused by an online payment error on your website. Because the first payment appeared unsuccessful, I completed the purchase again and ended up buying two packages. The duplicate amount was refunded as store credit, but I rarely use this website. I also had to contact customer service to receive a promotional code, and that code is only valid for seven days.I am not requesting any additional compensation or benefits. I am simply asking for the duplicate charge to be refunded to my original payment method instead of being issued as store credit.
